The Rockefeller Brothers Fund, a $1.4 billion U.S.-based charity with funding from the Rockefeller family and other donors, has forged a "dangerous partnership with Communist China" and is pouring millions of dollars into China-based nonprofits that are advancing the Chinese Communist Party's foreign policy goals.
That's one of the findings in a new report, "The Rockefeller Network: How the Rockefeller Family Turned Their Oil Fortune into Extreme Climate Activism," out today from Americans for Public Trust, a nonprofit, nonpartisan investigative watchdog organization.

I don't disagree, but certainly our own homegrown Luddite Communist scum are stoking the fears on their own, of course the Chi-Coms have the cash and wherewithal to fuel the propaganda campaigns against AI and for the insane Communists now running the Democrat Party in the hopes of derailing and hastening the destruction of America post November of this year and two years from now.

Speaking to the content/links:

Datacenters: I think mostly-China is sowing seeds and hype, to give both reasonable concerns (there are some) and actually-wrong conspiracy theories (ditto) more spread and more visibility.

As for for communicating the good things about the economy (despite my personal situation, it's probably better than it was two years ago overall) - I think the individual candidates, yes, and probably the Party apparatchiks could do better. But I think Team Trump does a darn good job on the platforms that they aren't dealing with active hostility. It is, bluntly, not enough to dump the vague mandate of 'do better' on them unless you can offer concrete advice that works in the midst of an actively hostile media environment.

I think I like your translation. Texas has a weak governor with plural executive, which means his influence is appointments to the boards of agencies. Most regulatory powers are exercised by independent agencies and the people he appoints need to decide whether they want to go against the guy who put them there.

Yet, the governor just can't deny permits, that is why there are courts to challenge agency actions. So the agencies are probably ordered to slow walk the permits—and bureaucrats are particularly well skilled in losing paperwork and doing nothing.
