In our new research published in Lingua, we analyzed more than 1.7 billion words of online language across 20 English-speaking regions. We identified 597 different swear word forms - from standard words, to creative spellings like "4rseholes," to acronyms like "wtf."
The findings challenge a familiar stereotype. Australians - often thought of as prolific swearers - are actually outdone by Americans and Brits, both in how often they swear, and in how many users swear online.

Guy has a huge sandstone boulder as a gatepost to his estate, and embedded in that rock is a fossil that I thought was a crocodile, about 4 feet long, minus a tail. Web search tells me it is probably a Champsosaurus a reptile that was similar to crocs, but from a different line. They survived the big K-T extinction by a few million years.

The Royals were in the AL West before they went tonthree divisions.

Some team names just don"t fit because they are kept from a previous location- Lakers makes sense in Minnesota, not so mych in Los Angeles. There's nothing Jazz-y about Utah, but there was in New Orleans. Thanks tonSherman, Flames made sense for Atlanta, not so much for Calgsry.
