NBC Boston Doxxed the Juror by Providing Specific Details of His Arrest Allowing Anyone to Find His Name Through Court Records; Defense Lawyer's AWFUL Wife Goaded the Media Into "Getting" the Juror

This article originally had the full details of the arrest of the Black Man Who Didn't Take Orders from Old White Women.

Andrew @ Don't Walk, RUN!
@DontWalkRUN

15h

UPDATE: Sadly, I was right. The holdout juror was doxxed yesterday by several users on X. All because @NBC10Bosto showed a graphic with the following info:

* The juror's DOB
* The original charge (265/13M/B-0 A&B ON FAMILY / HOUSEHOLD MEMBER c265 s.13M(a))
* The date of the arrest
* The date of the arraignment
* The location of the court

In fact, I was easily able to do a search on http://masscourts.org
, enter the details, and put two and two together to figure out what his name is (which I will not be providing here.)

But the fact remains: there is no way that I -- or anyone else -- would have been able to track down his info without the details that NBC Boston provided.

I hope he gets a lawyer and sues the hell out of them.

Massachusetts like most other states makes it a felony to harass and injure -- including emotionally -- a juror:

lawagainstharassingjurors.jpg

But I'm sure that's one of the many, many laws "journalists" say they're allowed to break when they deem it lucrative and I'm sure left-leaning judges have agreed with them.

NBC Boston's main "journalist" on this story is about as clownishly partisan an AWFUL as can be. She didn't write that story -- some "guy" named Ryan did -- but she's been cheerleading Lindsay Clancy.

And she's had some real #HotTakes previously:

Western Lensman
@WesternLensman

25m

I thought this was an SNL skit at first but it turned out to just be more Sue O'Connell hackery.

Jan 2024. O'Connell makes the "objective" case that Biden is the superior choice when it comes to health and mental sharpness over Trump.

"Everybody needs to take an objective sort of look at this."

"When it comes to physical fitness, I think Joe Biden is a very healthy old man. There's no doubt about that."

"Some of the mistakes that Joe Biden makes, he's been making for 80 years. Right. We've been listening to Joe Biden misspeak and confuse things for 80 years."

"[Biden] has a very successful presidency."

"Now, Donald Trump is not the picture of health. He does not look great. The things that he's confusing, it's not like he's misspeaking."

She then compares Trump to Kamala and her word salads.

Maddow-tier hackery here from the "journalist" chosen to be the face of Clancy coverage by NBC Boston.

Western Lensman
@WesternLensman

"Journalist" Sue O'Connell has been at the forefront of the local Clancy coverage. Glowing puff pieces on the female jurors and promoting 'investigations' into the lone holdout.

This was her take on celebrations of Luigi Mangione:

"I checked the feeds of a number of those people who were celebrating this murder, and they weren't trolls or haters."

"That anger could be harnessed, and it could actually fuel efforts again for maybe something like Medicare For All, like Senator Bernie Sanders has advocated for."

This is the "journalist" NBC Boston decided was the right person to shape their Clancy coverage.

Honestly surprised MSNOW doesn't have O'Connell in a primetime lineup slot.

Now, I suspected the leak might have come from the defense attorney the AWFULs found so charming and heroic, Kevin Reddington.

The fact that his AWFUL wife was cheering on the media to locate the "rogue" juror makes me suspect him further.

e>

debbiedownssyndrome.jpg

gettojuror.jpg

Remember, the baby-murder-promoting lawyer has a motion in for the judge to disregard the mistrial and call Lindsay Clancy innocent by his own power. This very coordinated hit-piece on the Black Who Said "No" to White Woman seems to be part of a PR campaign to convince the judge to just pretend the Black Man Has No Voice At All.

reddingtondeletesaccount.png

Gee, I hope no angry people "visit the homes" of the Reddingtons or the Alpha Karens like they encouraged people to "visit the home" of the "rogue" juror. Because that would be bad!

93 This is a modern-day lynching.

For real, this time. Angry white mob hunting down a lone black man.

Most people don't realize that every lynch mob in history felt morally justified. They always think they're "the good guys" in the situation. The lynching victim is always depicted as a villain who needs punishment. No one thought they were being "racist" (besides which, the vast majority of lynching victims weren't even black, but that's a different story). They just thought hey were meting out morally correct punishment.

What's happening to day is no different from a white mob lynching a black man they're chasing through the bayou with torches. Except this, time, the mob has purple hair.

118 Related: if you didn't see the movie "Barbie", check out the opening scene.

Little girls are shown in a bleak landscape, wearing dull clothes, and playing with lifelike baby dolls, while the voiceover intones that life for girls used to be like this ("ask your mom," it snarkily adds). Until....

BARBIE! the hypersexual doll with sky-high heels, impossible figure, and cat-eyed shades appears, with a sliver of the moon over its head, like the Monolith in "2001." Then the girls stare up, amazed.

And then they start to violently, gleefully smash the heads of the baby dolls, like the Ape started to bash bones with a club in "2001." Doll heads break and fragments fly.

- The defense attorney went all-in on this, pushing past ethical and legal boundaries because he knew he was going to get disbarred for the other stuff.

It fits the oddly pesonal anger at the loss.

126 (besides which, the vast majority of lynching victims weren't even black, but that's a different story)

One of the most notorious cases of a lynching was Leo Frank - he was a Jewish guy who was accused of murdering a young girl in his factory.

Most investigators believe the culprit was actually a black man named Jim Conley who worked at the faciility who successfully misled both the cops and the mob that came for Frank.

So to your point, the mob thought they were meting out justice but they got the wrong guy...

178 A GiveSendGo campaign for the "unnamed holdout juror" was organized & over $110,000 has been raised. The funds are intended to cover security, potential legal fees, and lost wages following a public backlash, allegations that his identify was compromised through unredacted court documents, and heavy medical scrutiny into his past.

The situation has drawn national attention, allegedly with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis publicly criticizing the media's handling of the juror's privacy & offering 'asylum' in the state if the harassment in Massachusetts persists.

Of course the Court is also currently focused on evaluating how the juror's background info. was obtained in the 1st place, and also whether he falsely filled out the initial vetting questionnaire pre-trial.

Today, the MA Governor, Maura Healey, announced the state's Executive Office of Public Safety and Security has stepped in to ensure the juror's immediate physical safety. Further, judge handling the case requested that the U.S. Marshall Service evaluate the ongoing threats to the juror.

No different than the mass hysteria over the day care child sexual assault craze back in the 80s that swept the country. Innocent people went to jail for decades based on "repressed memory" testimony from kids that were coached on what to say by prosecutors including the infamous martha cloakley.

The entire country lost it's collective mind back then. People went so far as to dig up the fells acre day care center parking lost looking for secret tunnels leading to launching sites for hot air balloons piloted by clowns that would take the kids to a remote place so they could be sexually abused.

216 @118...Barbie.

I was reading the other day, while wasting time (I do this well) about women now having plastic surgery for "The Barbie Waist."

Going a bit further than the removal of a rib bone (like some past starlets who are insane), the plastic surgeon goes in & bends the rib. I honestly don't read much if not super into it, other than here, and could have this wrong.

Pain to look like this is not my idea of spending tens of thousands of dollars. The pounds I need to lose are apparently holding my face up vs some of the people I saw at the reunion (I didn't know them). All had the Karen haircut and glasses. Thank goodness no politics or pro-Clancy people. I only knew 3 women and we 4 were the most normal.

I had a photo taken of me and my two friends who lived above me in a historic old house. One has a chubby face as well and looks pretty good. The California girl was tanned, rested, skinny, and my dude said she's a bit leathered. I thought she looked good.

If I lost a lot of weight will my face fall like a bloodhound? Dragging my bottom eyelid down? This worries me. We are talking about 20lbs, not 200lbs as I am not as fat as Lizzo. My covid pounds have fossilized. Sad.

The ones I brush against are terribly empty and are searching for something to fill their lives. Championing those like them that have done the horrible things they have considered might be the reason for this behavior.

She manipulated her husband, family, friends and shrinks. She planned this like Ted Bundy and other serial killers. She could easily manipulate anyone.

I repeat: I have seen psychosis in the hospital and she was NOT psychotic to be able to plan these murders and time frame. Evil, yes.

However, she will need someone to help her with her basic needs for the rest of her life. Let's hope this someone does not let her have exercise bands.

“Our revels now are ended. These our actors,
As I foretold you, were all spirits, and
Are melted into air, into thin air;
And, like the baseless fabric of this vision,
The cloud-capped towers, the gorgeous palaces,
The solemn temples, the great globe itself,
Yea, all which it inherit, shall dissolve;
And, like this insubstantial pageant faded,
Leave not a rack behind. We are such stuff
As dreams are made on, and our little life
Is rounded with a sleep.”

Easy.

Marx & Engels - they introduced the bacillus, and it can't be stopped by any societal antibiotic.

What they did was expose a healthy organism with a millennium of more-or-less sensible development to a brain-eating amoeba to which it had no resistance, because it long forgotten many ancient evils.

364 Given the way things have progressed, I'm wondering if that whole episode wasn't a psyop to make people believe pedophile conspiracies are ludicrous on the face of it. Basically laying the groundwork for reflexive skepticism regarding child trafficking.

365 The start of the death spiral of the West? Wilson's presidency, I have little doubt. At the least his getting us into WWI was a bad point. Though the outbreak of the war itself was pretty awful.

Disagree - the Jacobins were a manifestation of the evil, but their destruction was limited to France, and short-lived.

Communism, named for their little experiment, broke out and consumed everything in its European and Asian path, and we're next.

370 I read yesterday that we have a lynching crisis here in America. I was shocked to learn that they were fabricating a crisis of blacks being lynched when I was under the impression that the crisis was Democrat women lynching their babies. Then, they got members of the PPKKK - Planned Parenthood Ku Klux Klan - onto the jury and tried jury nullification. When that didn't work they've moved on to juror nullification. It's a nonzero chance that we'll see a lynching by the PPKKK before all is said and done.
