One of the Male Cuck Jurors Who Was Bullied Into Voting for Not Guilty by the Alpha Karens Speaks and He's as Weak as You Were Guessing

Catching up with the AWFUL Karens who insisted the "rogue" male juror obey them when they offered their non-expert "expert" opinions as nurses -- the more video I see, the worse it gets.

You probably know that jurors cannot be "experts." Jurors cannot research cases and bring their own "facts" and "evidence," often found on the internet, into the jury room. Jurors have been kicked off of cases for this arrogant step.

Jurors can also not appoint themselves "experts" and demand other jurors obey their fake expert opinions. If you saw My Cousin Vinny, you'll remember that Mona Lisa Vitti had to be declared by the judge to be an expert before she offered her expertise, and opposing counsel was entitled to voir dire her and attempt to impute her expertise.

And even when an expert is accepted by the court as an expert -- no juries are required to actually believe the expert. Experts offer opinion. Typical witnesses offer "fact" testimony, but even the "facts" they claim can be ignored by the jury if the jury thinks they're lying.

At any rate, these "expert nurses" were in contempt of court when they claimed that their expert opinions should not only be included as evidence, but believed without question as evidence.

And they also dismiss the doctors actually certified by the court as experts. Now, they're allowed to not believe an expert witness, but it's breathtaking that they simultaneously dismiss the doctors certified by the court as experts while illegally presenting their own Karen-Certified Nurse Experts and claiming the lone male holdout was a "rogue" juror for not taking this fake expert witness to be dispositive.

So let's break this down. These insufferable idiots sent a note to the judge complaining that the holdout juror wasn't following instructions (ie he wouldn't agree with them), while they ignored expert witness testimony and instead acted as expert witnesses themselves during deliberations. That is in and of itself enough to declare a mistrial.
More and more this looks like a runaway jury with a lone sane hero they labeled "rogue".

And if I'm picking on the women too much -- okay, let me pick on one of the two cucks, who accepted the "expert" testimony of the non-expert Juror Nurses but who claimed that the "rogue" juror was out of line in attempting to demonstrate the horror of what Clancy had done by wrapping the exercise bands around a bottle of water.

A male juror in the mistrial of Lindsay Clancy said the lone holdout on the 12-person panel wrapped one of the exercise bands the mom used to kill her children around a water bottle to mimic their strangulation in the deliberation room.
Juror number 10 Nick Dargie said the holdout had every right to his opinion but that the reenactment using the same exercise bands left the room speechless.
"I was so shocked. We're not here to play detective -- it's not a game of Clue. This is serious," Dargie, 25, the fifth juror to come forward in the macabre case out of Duxbury, Mass., told ABC's "GMA" in an interview that aired Thursday morning.

"I asked him why are you doing that? That's a band that was used to strangle a child. That's disgusting."
He also accused the still-unnamed holdout, who hung the jury in an 11-1 deadlock leading to the mistrial, of seeming disengaged during the deliberations, saying he would frequently be scrolling his phone while people were talking to him.
When pressed to explain his refusal to budge, Dargie said he made no effort to explain his reasoning.
"There wasn't a single piece of evidence or witness testimony that he used to prove why he was thinking the way he was," the juror said.

He tried to show this Soyboy Beta Cuck the viciousness of the murders that the Expert Nurses were so airily dismissing but seeing that made him cry. So he did attempt to show his thinking. But this cuck's pussy got hurt and he ignored it.

Re what we've seen of the Clancy jurors:
VERY early in my trial career, prosecutors with dozens of trial under their belts gave me some very basic tips on picking a jury. This is very critical in federal court because most federal judges don't give attorneys much time in juror "voir dire." So there were some rules of thumb you tried to live by when evaluating the panel and your options as a prosecutor.
1. No teachers. They spend their days telling children and adolescents what to do, and they after often contrarian in order to show adults how smart they are. They hang up juries more than any other "type."
2. No healthcare workers who are not MDs. Healthcare workers with the most contact with patients are empathetic by nature -- that's why they entered the field -- and are trained to take all info they are given by patients seriously.
Putting it in a very crass fashion, a prosecutor does not want 12 jurors -- you want 3 jurors and 9 sheep. If you convince the 3 jurors they will bring the sheep along in the end.
For a foreperson I was always looking for a blue collar manager -- usually a man. The arch type was someone who could give instruction in a non-condescending manner that didn't seem like overt manipulation.
I didn't like hard science professionals either -- like engineers -- they tend to be too linear in their thinking and resist being convinced by inferential evidence.
The Clancy jurors we have heard from violated my rules. It's hard to be too critical of the prosecutors, however, without knowing who they used their challenges to keep off.
For all we know they were worse.

I was in the hospital a couple of weeks ago for Kidney Stones and every nurse was wearing a button for some liberal cause/rainbow/fist garbage. Not most. All of them. A few looked like transgender freaks. My former sister in law was a nurse and she was a far leftist as well. What is going on with the nurses?

30 My first experience with a jury trial was in Indianapolis. Our defendant pointed a sawed off shotgun at his aged grandma demanding money. There were two witnesses. Easy decision right? Oh no. A couple of my fellow jurors wanted to play around like they were on some TV drama. Luckily our foreman(who happened to be an attorney) said cut the crap, the yute is guilty as sin and that's that. We were out of the jury room with a guilty verdict in no time. Sometimes common sense does win out.

36 yeah - picking the jury is the real major issue. Some times you get a bad panel. But you do try to avoid certain types, while the other side is trying to put those types on the panel.

Its the most important part of a trial, and it tends to be a bit of a crap shoot. You never know for sure. You make educated guesses. You try to check social media if you can. That's pretty much it.

I kept a nurse on once. I broke my own rule. It worked out okay, because she had been a defendant and had been through the process of being sued. I think the other side left her on because they were convinced I would kick her off and they used their strikes on other jurors....

My thought is, no one wants to see your toilet first thing when entering the bathroom......sometimes, there's surprises in there. At least when you open the lid and see something, you can close the lid and flush to see if it rids the horror.

At a minimum they don't understand the concept of innocent or guilty based on laws that are explained to them, and the conditions for guilt or innocence based on said law.

62 I was on a jury years ago on a rape case. We convicted the defendant of rape. But given the circumstances I was sure beyond a reasonable doubt the woman was a prostitute and the guy and the woman got caught fucking in an apartment parking lot. She ran off and when the police found her down the she accused the guy of rape.

The whole trial was a stupid shitshow with the defendant bringing in "witnesses" from the jail cell to vouch for him and the woman unable to explain why she was walking down the street in the bad part of town at 3am going from a party at a friends house to another apartment five miles away across several highways.

I figured the guy was on probation or something and wasn't going to cop to soliciting a prostitute and decided to take his chances with a jury. Stupid him.

118 It isn't as subtle as one would think. At one time, a Teacher or Nurse was practically the extent of female employment opportunities. Telephone operator, or maybe airline Stewardess.

Consequently competition was fierce and standards were very high. Mom was an RN, wore the uniform, hat, and pin and the rest of it. Nurses Training. They were well educated in the true sense and tough and competent, because the Doctors and Hospitals of the day demanded no less.

Once the job markets opened up, there was no incentive to be a Teacher, where more lucrative financial opportunities lay. So in recent decades the quality of the individual who is drawn to that field has cratered. There is a feedback loop mechanism going on here as well.

Stupid teachers produce, on average, less than capable students. They might go on to a Teaching profession themselves, as they can't do anything else.

Let's get rid of Math and Science while we're at it, guys. Way too hard! Math is hard! Plus, it's all that old white supremacy stuff anyhow.

It's not unusual for ADAs do most of the actual cases and trials. The top DA is more of a manager and decision-maker.

It's also odd that this case sat around for over three and a half years before the trial. It's a factually simple case where the defendant admitted she killed the victims. By contrast, Karmelo was tried about a year after he murdered AM.

Something happened to the LC case along the way. Not sure what, but so many odd occurrences and red flags.

136 A couple of weeks ago Steve Sailer had reason to revisit the OJ murders (specifically the "chase") and remarked in passing that it was his opinion that Marcia Clark was of the opinion that female solidarity would lead a conviction, and happily agreed with OJ's defense to seat a jury of mostly black females.

I have to wonder if this DA was affected a similar misjudgement, possibly thinking mothers would recoil from supporting a defendant who killed her own children, and nurses would be better at understanding the toxicology evidence.

Yea, but unless MA is unlike every other state I'm aware of, the judge has the option to dismiss jurors for bias and other obvious defects.

I've been dismissed from several jury pools by the judge, before the prosecution or defense even started making strikes or even asking questions.

I doubt it counts against the prosecution's strikes if a juror says during voir dire that she won't ever convict no matter what.

Some of this mess (with nurses) started with shortgage. Old nurses retiring. Burn out to new profession that paid better. Enter online nursing schools and DEI.

I saw in the late '90's as a clinical professor the difference from the late '70's when I graduated. EMT's and LPN's becoming RN's for better pay, not for the profession. I graduated 40 good ones and weeded a few out. They were ok. Now? Not sure.

Not really that odd. Three years is longer but it depends on the jurisdiction and then there were about six expert witnesses and a rebuttal expert so that process probably added about a year. You get a speedy trial if you want it - if you don't you just tell the judge you need another expert -

I've been dismissed from several jury pools by the judge, before the prosecution or defense even started making strikes or even asking questions.

I doubt it counts against the prosecution's strikes if a juror says during voir dire that she won't ever convict no matter what.

Fair number of states require a motion for the judge to strike a juror for cause (bias or incapacity to serve-felon, illegal, mental illness, etc.). Judge cannot do it de novo without a motion. Dunno about Mass. Could look it up but too lazy.

But at least in the jurisdictions I am most familiar with in the South, judges require a motion from either side to start the ball rolling right after questioning the juror. And often the judge then gets involved in asking questions as well.

If the judge denies the motion, only then do lawyers use a strike.

Going to a nursing reunion dinner tomorrow night. I fully expect some grey haired wimmen libbers. I do hope Clancy and covid are not brought up or it will be a very short dinner at the pub for me.

I am sure as heck not going to stand my ground or state my opinions as it is not the place, nor do I want to deal with it. Arguing politics is a waste of breath. Same with these issues. I would not change minds and would only make myself a target.

I will get very quiet if this happens. Which would be a big clue on how I stand as I am rarely quiet or not having fun.

I will tell you this: the 40 of us (half the class) who did graduate together were very good. Many are big shots in the field today (and liberal,no doubt). We were sought out as new grads to work anywhere.

Sadly now I cannot say this about my profession. I have no regrets as I helped a lot of people and enjoyed all of the different areas where I worked, from cardiac PCU, to NICU, to teaching, to the ED. It was all good and I worked with great MD's and other nurses.

Well almost but not quite. There are statutory reasons to strike a prospective juror. THe list varies but the most common one is where the prospective juror is an employee of the defendant - thus their income is dependent potentially on that defendant's solvency. So it is often the case that the people fill out a questionairre indicating their employement and they can be steered away from conflicts. But people change jobs. In my AOO the biggest employers are Health care entities that I defend. It takes a while sometimes to pick a jury because the prospetice jurors, or spouses work for the defendant. The judge just kicks them off after the Judge's initial voir dire - may inform you at sidebar that she/he is doing it and if you want to bitch about it has the reporter come over. There are other statutory reasons.

One of his cases made Dateline where they got off the defendant by actually solving the case as much as they could do so. His last years, he became a Circuit Court judge and liked it much better as less pressure. Helluva guy.

My grandparents worked for the Adminstrative Office of the US Courts. My step grandfather (maternal grandfather died in WWII in the P.I.) was originally a clerk for the FBI during the early Hoover era and then switched over to the court system in the 40's. Last job he held was chief of personnel for AOUSC.

Grandmother started working for the federal marshal 's service and then switched over to the courts. Both retired in the 80's but knew all the DC judges including a fair number of Scotus judges.

My grandparents worked for the Adminstrative Office of the US Courts. My step grandfather (maternal grandfather died in WWII in the P.I.) was originally a clerk for the FBI during the early Hoover era and then switched over to the court system in the 40's. Last job he held was chief of personnel for AOUSC.

Grandmother started working for the federal marshal 's service and then switched over to the courts. Both retired in the 80's but knew all the DC judges including a fair number of Scotus judges.

328 After she sent her husband to find, among other items, otc med. that she knew was not available in their routine drugstore, she took her daughter (4 days a week preschool) down to the exercise side of the basement and strangled her. She got her 3 yr old son (also in preschool though less days) and took him down to the basement and strangled him in her husband's office. (She may have placed that child in a closet.) She then got the 8 month old boy and strangled him next to his sister. Reportedly, she went upstairs to the kitchen and got the knife and poked and/or slashed around. She then returned to the basement and stood near the baby where her blood was pooled on the carpet.
She heard the garage door. She ran upstairs through the kitchen to the steps leading upstairs and locked the bedroom door from inside. She went out the back window. (There were others on the side of the room. However, the back placed her directly opposite of the front of the house's garage entry.)

Remember the baby was in the hospital for several hours as it was being established whether he was truly dead/brain dead. And could have easily killed herself before or after killing the children.

I have a real problem with the fact that a single member of that jury is in very real danger for doing nothing other than taking his job seriously and voting how believed to be correct. I had to bring my kitten to the vet today. Kindly spouse drove there in his break between bus runs .Kitten is about four months old, and has only been there once before. He cries the entire way in his carrier and it sounds pathetic . I imagine him saying "Nooooooooo" in cat talk. I don't think he's too jazzed by being in a car either and he knaws on the door of the carrier. He was a perfect gentleman while there though He wasn't in pain just needed a shot. The vet and the tech liked him as well

Do puppies go to the vet visit howling or it
depends on the dogs? I think I am more tired out than if I had gone to the Dr.
Our pets are a great blessing to us, aren't they?

344 235 Sadly now I cannot say this about my profession. I have no regrets as I helped a lot of people and enjoyed all of the different areas where I worked, from cardiac PCU, to NICU, to teaching, to the ED. It was all good and I worked with great MD's and other nurses.

Here’s a palette cleanser for you. Last October I was in the recovery room after hernia surgery and had the nicest young RN (and not a foreigner!). It was a month after Charlie Kirk was murdered. I noticed she was wearing a cross necklace. You know how when you’re talking to someone and they’ll say something where maybe one word indicates they’re conservative? I can’t remember what she had said, but I then said something slightly conservative. We ended up talking about CK, Trump, left wing loons etc. She admitted how she keeps her views to herself at the hospital. She’s an anomaly but they’re there.

Dunno. Active versus passive makes a difference. I have no interest in commenting on X despite having an account. Ditto for a lot of other places nowadays. I think social media is more likely to reinforce opinions and deepen them by affirmation than it is to lead them astray in the first place.

Again, mentally and emotionally stronger people who know what they believe and why they believe it are less influenced by it than others. Maintaining frame makes a helluva lot of difference and thus those people are more willing to be the odd objector to the consensus if it matters to them personally.

I do think that social media is more successful at leading women into a group think narrative than it is men. I think it is the "social" aspect of the app. Women just have a greater need to be part of a group although men are not immune.

I have had to deprogram my very intelligent conservative wife, from stupid shit she has seen on the internet and bought hook line and sinker. And no she didn't appreciate it at the time. I would not have believed she could succumb, but she did. Fortunately, taking ego out of the equation enabled the logic to kick back in to drive and she is more cautious about jumping on board a meme train.

When she looked worried, really worried, then we knew we were really sick. For some reason 7-UP was the drink of choice when we were really sick. It was a badge of honor to get 7-UP and stay home in bed.

Not just in MA but a recent case in NY. Days before he was to have his summer with them as ordered by the court in another state. The mother and grandmother killed the kids then themselves.

I'd vote for death by the way they killed someone if found guilty and death sentence.
