Lindsay Clancy Jury Forewoman Admits She Was "So Excited" When She Thought She'd Get to Acquit the Killer; Another Female Juror Says the Male Holdout "Just Couldn't Get Past the Fact That She Viciously Killed Her Children"

He just couldn't get over that, huh?

Wow, he's so irrational.

And he wouldn't listen to the nine hens pecking at him and cursing at him! (They admit that profanity was used.)

What a toxic-masculinity monster who won't just do what angry depraved Karens command him to do.

The jury foreperson in Lindsay Clancy's high-stakes triple murder trial detailed just how close the panel was to finding the killer mom not guilty by reason of insanity until one male holdout juror blocked the verdict.
"He admitted he had reasonable doubt after we watched the video of the interview," the female juror told NBC 10 Boston in an interview with two other women jury members.

As I said before, I think this is a distortion. I think he said something to try to conciliate the profanity-spraying hens like "I can understand why you say she was insane" and the crazed kid-killer fans jumped on that and took that to mean acquittal, which they were "excited" by.

"I started filling out forms, I was so excited," the woman said.
"There were three forms I had to fill out and I started filling them out, I wrote my signature on each one but then he said, 'But I'm still not going to say she's not guilty by reason of insanity.'"
One of the three jurors, was named Paula and is a former government contractor. Another, Kelly, is a chef in Plymouth, and the foreperson, Ronnie, is a retired fifth-grade special needs teacher.
The jurors called the holdout "arrogant" for refusing to interact with the other members and for refusing to consider their takes on the evidence in the case.

He did consider your takes. You rejected them. Like all left-wing female supremacists, when you say a man must "hear" you, you mean a man must obey you.

"He was very arrogant. He really did not take anything that anybody said," one of the women claimed.
Another said, "every one of us in the hours of our frustration would get up and walk the room because you just couldn't sit anymore. And we would all go to the cart with the exhibits. He, I think, got up to the cart once very briefly and went back to his seat."
"He would not interact with us and try to understand," she continued. "We read to him, on numerous occasions, the definition of reasonable doubt from Judge [William] Sullivan's instruction."
"But he had the hardest time getting over the fact that Lindsay viciously killed her children," she explained.

What a monster.

Meanwhile, the she-maniacs said they disregarded the prosecution's case -- see, women don't have to listen to men, men just have to listen to women -- because the prosecution wasn't "compassionate" enough to the triple child-murderess.

The jurors told the outlet the prosecution didn't show enough compassion toward Clancy -- who the jurors learned at trial struggled with crippling insomnia, anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts and thoughts of harming her kids in the four months leading up to the murders.
"I just found it to be harsh -- very, very harsh," one juror said.
"The fact that they had no character witnesses in regards to Lindsay being a bad mother ... I found it to be biased."
The foreperson said all the witnesses and evidence "proved that she loved her children ... so she had to have snapped."
The trio said they found Reddington to be "entertaining," "arrogant," "compassionate" and "funny."
"His compassion for Lindsay was amazing," one of the women said.

So, just like the highly-invested Lindsay Clancy cultists outside the court, these women feel that the Real Victim Here wasn't the three children murdered in the basement, terrified and confused about why their mother is strangling them, but the housewife these soap opera addicts obviously identified with and projected themselves on to.

You will not be surprised to learn that there were "strong personalities" in the jury room -- which I take to mean Alpha Karens who badgered and berated and shamed the other jurors into letting a child killer go free.

The panel of nine women and three men deadlocked after splitting 11-1, but one woman, identified as Juror No. 5, told local media that the holdout at the end of deliberations wasn't the only one who initially thought Clancy was guilty.
"The stand-alone juror was not the only one that was unwilling to see things from the other side, so I'm going to kind of defend that individual in a sense," she told the Boston-based WBZ-TV. "There were some big personalities in that room, but at the end of the day, it just came down to an inability to move past your convictions."
She, too, was originally in favor of a guilty verdict, she told the outlet.
"And maybe I still believe that in a certain way," she added. "I think that this is a woman who was not mentally healthy."

See? The Alpha Karens pressured her.

It gets worse. The "nurses on the jury" demanded the male (spit) holdout take the claims of other jurors as evidence and make his decision based upon this non-evidence.

See, there were "nurses on the jury" and their stupid uneducated opinions overrule the actual psychiatric expert who testified that Lindsay Clancy was lying about "hearing voices."

They called him "arrogant" and accused him of disregarding information from "nurses on the jury."

See, the (spit) man was arrogant. The "nurses on the jury" offering their lay opinions as expert testimony weren't arrogant. They were giving expert testimony.

Aren't all women experts, when you think about it? They have Lived Experience.

I don't know what's going to happen, guys. I don't know how we survive one-third of women now being viciously insane.

If they have a retrial -- no teachers, no "nurses on the jury." And strike as many women as possible.

I think it was more that the prosecution relied on females on the jury having sympathy. This was almost OJ Simpson redux with Identity crap. Prosecutors in that case thought black women would sympathize with another woman over the guy. They sided with the black part more than the woman part.

In this case, I suspect but do not know, the prosecution thought allowing female caring professionals, aka teachers and nurses on the jury would be able to consider the murders of the vulnerable. Instead, they went with their professional and political identity.

But I have no idea about the entire jury pool nor those that were stricken.

So the "more likely" standard should not be applied. It would be fairly "reasonable" to let her go because the "Devil made her do it" in Mad-sachusetts.

Because it makes you "not guilty", without the proof of mens rea in this fucking state.

She had already provided the case that she was the physical agent, however in this blew state, that's not enough.

Everything I have read about the jury shows 9 angry Karens who put their sympathy for the murderer first and foremost. Nothing angers a Karen more than not listening to them screech. The holdout was the manager who didn't GAF about their feels, and now they are unleashing their impotent rage.

I was one of two men on the jury. The women on the jury totally blamed the girl for the whole mess. They drove a Not Guilty verdict, and would probably have thrown the book at the accuser for filing a false police report, if that had been on offer.

Women's lib and beyond has been accompanied by a real brain drain in the helping professions. I've met a lot of very dumb, very dysfunctional nurses. Always true? Of course not. But jury selection is always fraught with uncertainty. And I wouldn't want to gamble on nurses at this point.

What a mess. I still had to go to court even though the DA dropped the charges at the first hearing when my wife showed up with alcohol on her breath.

She was at a genius level when it came to deceit.

Same for doctors and nurses, professors and teachers. On the negative side, there probably were a lot of frustrated women out there. On the positive side, these less prestigious, less well-paid professions were teeming with really bright, really capable women. That's not true anymore, or not true to anywhere near the same extent.

Probably not. The DA could have always just done a plea with the person being committed to mental health treatment at the get go. But I think the prosecution may not have used the jury consultants, mock trials, etc. that perhaps the defense did. Lindsay's legal defense fund raised one million bucks so far and that pays for a lot of defense plus whatever the ex husband may or may not have kicked in.

The prosecutions own witnesses praised Lyndsay and had not a bad word to say about her. It was like "she's a great mother and woman. And oh, btw she just happened to strangle her three kids. Oopsie!" It was positively surreal.

This was an obviously terrible strategy, and I have no idea why it was chosen. I can only speculate that the prosecution was so afraid of criticizing her -- worrying that the jury would see her as sympathetic -- that he went all the way to praise.

Strong personalities on a jury can sway the weaker members who just want to go home. Whether for prosecution or for the defense. I think the gang of three Karens were likely girl bossing the jury from their own media statements from what went on. One guy did not submit.

But, I also think the relaxed standard of Mass law permitted the Karens to do their damage. By showing prior treatment for mental illness, the defense met its rather low burden to indicate mental illness was a possibility. That then meant the burden of proof flipped and the prosecution had to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant was sane. That McHoul std which came from the Model Code abomination in this case, is not the traditional M'Naughten std where the defendant bears the burden of proof as an affirmative defense.

Made it easier for the defense to argue that the murders were out of character. Husband's testimony did not help the prosecution either.

But, I do think the prosecution might be able to improve on their case while the defense is kind of stuck to what happened in the first trial. That is, if there is not some plea entertained. I also think over time the public mood is going to shift on Lindsay due the batshit crazy actions of those copycats and the evil statements that Lindsay's supporters have placed on social media.

This is the precise legal strategy to pursue, IMHO. The elements are identical: the pool/trove of data are the attractive nuisance, the kid/hacker are not supposed to be there, yet the law punishes the owner of the former and does nothing to the later. This needs to change. Negligence in protecting the data is negligence -period. Hackers will always attempt to gain access to the biggest data pile - this is known, or should be known to all the data center/AI interests, therefore failure to put in place adequate protective measures amounts to gross negligence and should be punished as such.

The trial was in Plymouth so I assume the jury was drawn from Plymouth County. That leans Democrap, but it's far from deep blue. Trump probably got 40+% of the votes. Compare that to SF, where Trump got maybe 15%.

It may be time to have a serious conversation about professional jurors.

Listening to the three female boomers from the Lindsay Clancy jury explain their reasoning after the mistrial is disturbing, not because they reached a conclusion I disagree with, but because of how they say they got there.

“She loved her children, so she had to have snapped.”
“There were no witnesses saying Lindsay was a bad mother.”
“The prosecution didn’t show enough compassion.”
The prosecution was “harsh.”
Reddington was “funny” and “entertaining.”

None of that is the legal standard they were instructed to apply.

Nobody disputed that Lindsay loved her children or that she suffered from mental illness. Nobody was asking the jury to decide if she was a good mother, whether the prosecutors were compassionate enough, or which lawyer they enjoyed watching more.

The question was criminal responsibility: Did her mental illness leave her unable to appreciate the wrongfulness of her conduct or conform her conduct to the requirements of law?

Poor sobs facing a criminal trial may have an excellent attorney but no money to independently pay for their own experts. The trouble with blaming "the pills" is that her tox screen showed minimal amounts. Not enough to OD, not enough to make her go crazy and murder children, and not therapeutic for her mental illness. So that ploy failed along with others to end herself.

Tox screens, by the way, are part of a Trauma Panel bloodwork. Standard care.

I do firmly believe in post partum depression, and it's nothing new. Many cultures throughout history have had customs grow up around it. On top of everything I can't believe they allowed nurses on the jury! That could go either way of people questioning her tox screen, her manipulation, and her pathetic attempt to suicide herself.

When I was in voir dire they asked our professions (perp was a real estate tycoon who ripped off banks). I was a RN and not in real estate nor banking or the financial world and the prosecution lawyer liked me for some reason.

Nurses should not have been allowed. Granted, if they were "normal" like me, maybe, but I really thought from this experience they tried for a neutral jury vs stacking the deck.

I hope there is no retrial and that she spends her life monitored and miserable til her last breath.. I do request her tubes be tied so a sicko does not have a wild affair with her due to a fetish.
