More Illegal Aliens Arrested for Doing That Thing That Never, Ever Happens

We're moving towards The Most Secure Elections in History, and the Democrats and the media (but I repeat myself) don't like it one bit.

Footage obtained by Fox News Digital shows federal agents executing a sweep linked to a multi-state Department of Justice (DOJ) probe that has resulted in criminal charges against individuals for illegal voting, falsifying citizenship status and other election fraud related charges in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Wisconsin.
The charges arrive as part of a highly publicized nationwide surge by the Trump administration to hunt down election-related crimes ahead of the 2026 midterms.
Over the past year, the Justice Department has filed lawsuits against nearly 30 states to force the surrender of confidential voter rolls, while simultaneously repurposing Homeland Security Investigations (HSI)--an agency historically focused on cartels and terrorism--to spearhead a search for unlawfully registered non-citizens.
"Despite the media and Democrats claiming it never happens, the evidence of non-citizens registering to vote in our elections continues to pile up," White House spokesperson Lauren Bis told Fox News Digital. "Any non-citizens found registering to vote and voting in our elections will be held accountable. Only Americans should be electing American leaders."

The Justice Department announced Friday that five people--including two illegal immigrants and two non-citizens with legal status--had been federally charged with unlawfully casting ballots, falsifying citizenship status, fraudulently registering to vote and aiding and abetting during the 2022 and 2024 elections.
Some of the arrestees, according to a DOJ press release, could face up to more than a decade in prison if found guilty of providing a false statement of citizenship in order to vote and other election fraud charges they are facing.

Meanwhile, Homeland Security announced earlier this summer that an audit of public voter rolls had identified more than 250,000 registered noncitizens in just four states: California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Nevada.
Just days ago, internal directives revealed by CNN showed Homeland Security Investigations launching a coordinated "voter fraud surge" into nine key states--including Pennsylvania and Wisconsin--to hunt down non-citizens suspected of election interference. The handful of arrests announced Friday are among the latest enforcement actions.

I assume that illegals vote at about 6%. There was a study of the 2008 election that came to this conclusion.

I also assume it was that high because there was no real consequence for doing it.

In addition, many illegals probably thought that they were legally allowed to vote since they got registered.

I think the ICE effort this year and last year, combined with stories like this, will drive down that number significantly. I think it'll affect even legal immigrants who do have a right to vote. They'll just be too scared to try it.

Essentially, it'll depress their turnout beyond just those deported.

No, it doesn't addressed the dirty voter rolls issue, but if 6% of illegals are voting and there are tens of millions of them, and you dissuade them down to 5% while removing a bunch at the same time....that makes a difference.

We just had a really good friend pass away late last week unexpectedly, so we're dealing with that. First Lady will likely go spend some time with his widow later this week.

We're also prepping for a investor showing of our house this coming weekend, so there's all kinds of fun and pressures everywhere.

I don't know about other states but you can't vote here in Texas unless they scan your drivers license. And if it doesn't match the voter registration paper you are getting a paper ballot marked "provisional" that may or may not be counted depending on if they can verify who you are before the deadline.

I have witnessed people who have recently moved and did not update their DL handed a provisional ballot at the election place.

I was curious about this a couple of months ago, and found similar information. There is a town down in Maryland that has allowed non-citizens to vote in local elections since 1992. The town was Takoma Park, Maryland.

NOW HERE'S THE RUB. That is the ONLY town where the residents voted that into the Charter. EVERY single other town or municipality that does it didn't allow their residents to vote on it. They just declared it.

One of the keys to understanding the left is that they live in fear and misery. Those shots of them screaming and crying and wailing in their cars etc, that's their life. They feel a huge burden of hopeless disaster, that they are fighting alone against the ultimate evil, that they are the rebels against the evil Empire, that they are the oppressed other skulking through ruins while being hunted by hateful puritans who want to lynch them while burning them in a church and chaining them to a sink barefoot and perpetually pregnant etc.

I grew up afraid of nuclear war, it genuinely affected my mood and hopes of the future: none. Finally I got over and but it was a dark veil over all of my life. I know what they feel like, and its pathetic.
