The Supreme Court recently lifted the stay on Trump's executive order to the Post Office to check mail-in ballot names against a list of US citizens.

The rogue woke judge who initially issued that stay came up with a Brand New Reason to defy the Supreme Court: She said that because the Post Office had continued making plans for the eventuality that her order was reversed, they had defied her original, lawless and now reversed order, and so she ordered her stay back into effect, the Supreme Court be damned:

As that guy says -- she must be impeached, and if the GOP wants its voters to bother voting for them, they must impeach her.

The last time the Supreme Court overruled her, she said she would abide by their ruling, "reluctantly," while writing an order re-asserting all of the bullshit reasons she cited for issuing it in the first place.

From Crusader: The fat sack of racist-grievance crap Monica McIver attacked workers at the Newark DHS processing station, for which she was arrested.

She claimed immunity under the Constitution's Speech and Debate Clause, which, as you might guess from the perfectly clear English words, immunizes Congressmen from lawsuit based on their speech in Congress. (And bad judicial rulings have extended this to speech made outside of Congress, too, so long as it's supposedly "in furtherance of their duties" as Congressman.)

This High-Calorie, Low-IQ woman decided that she's also immune to criminal process for punching cops.

A federal judge denied her motion to grant her Star Chamber powers to attack anyone she disagrees with.

Rep. LaMonica McIver is not immune from prosecution for her contact with ICE officials during a heated scrum at New Jersey's Delaney Hall detention facility, even though it occurred during a legislative investigation, a federal appeals court panel ruled Wednesday.
"The charged conduct ... is unambiguously non-legislative," 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Cindy Chung, a Biden appointee, wrote in a 2-1 opinion joined by Judge Stephanos Bibas, a Trump appointee.
McIver is facing three federal charges related to alleged assaults on ICE officials and interference with them during a May 2025 oversight visit to Delaney Hall. McIver and two other Democratic lawmakers were present when federal officials moved into a small crowd to arrest Newark Mayor Ras Baraka, who joined them on the oversight visit. The confrontation escalated and became physical, and McIver was ultimately charged with making physical contact with the officials.
The 3rd Circuit ruling sustains the bulk of the criminal case against the Democratic lawmaker despite her protestation that the charges were brought for political purposes. McIver pointed to commentary by Trump, his allies and the former federal prosecutor who brought the case at the time: Alina Habba, a former Trump personal lawyer and current White House aide.
McIver had argued that she could not be prosecuted because the Constitution's "speech or debate" clause grants lawmakers immunity for their legislative actions.

Of course a Clinton appointee dissented, stating that while he would not necessarily throw the charges out, he would like to see if Trump's supposed "retaliation" against her grants her the immunity for punching cops she craves.

The judges who side with the left are responsible for passing, or striking down laws... county/state and/or nationally. They stop examination of voter fraud, yet put people on the right under the microscope for pointing out the fraud. It goes on and on from there.

It's a problem that cannot be resolved through typical means. Voting isn't going to fix it. Congress isn't going to fix it. The judiciary itself certainly won't. SCOTUS is neutered.

I would not do impeachment directly but launch an impeachment inquiry which can be done at the committee level. The advantage is that it pierces the separation of powers doctrine and allows Congress to essentially go on a fishing expedition to collect information as to whether impeachment is warranted or not. So witnesses can be subpoened and forced to testify under oath (transactional immunity forces testimony without the 5th btw) about the back room dealings of these resistant judges like their finances, the calls from and ex parte meetings outside of court with interest groups, call logs, meeting agendas, etc. etc.

This is not random stochastic terrorism, these judges are picked in collusion with the clerk's office in these district courts and circuits in order to do what Eisen and his fellow lawfare types want them to do. Possibly even Eisen's group are writing orders, etc

97 Since we're complaining about women in general, let me add that I went to Food Lion today and there was a nice looking young lady of coler working for the store picking out orders in the aisles. Ten feet away, I could smell a soapy, sickly, kind of violets odor about her that almost made me gag. I can handle over-perfumed smell, or even Axe overdose, but this one was very unpleasant. Kept running into her because I traveled the whole store and so was she. Could smell it when she was in the next aisle. Can't imagine being in a car with her or such.

They expected ICE to drop what they were doing and escort them around. And didn't group include some non-Congressional activists? It had every appearance of being an intentional confrontation staged as a publicity stunt.

The claims about the conditions inside sound like the actual conditions of the jailed Jan. 6 detainees. Unlike the Jan 6 people waiting over a year for a trial, the illegals can leave the facility any time by agreeing to go home.

Seriously, Don Black, a lot of us have abandoned that burning ship for Linux or a Mac, or stayed aboard Win 10 or earlier. My only Windows laptop is a 10 (I think -- it's difficult enough), and my other computers are Macs.

During the '50's, I grew up in a neighborhood filled with those names. Mostly a Hungarian area with a few Slovak and Polish families. My mom and dad were 1st generation Americans, (Mom was Hungarian, Dad was Slovak) as were most of my friends' parents. And, yes, you had to have a sponsor AND some sort of employment lined up when the immigrants arrived. Those were a very proud people. They took whatever job they could to support themselves and their families. We had quite a few ethic churches in the area...Polish, Hungarian, Ukrainian, etc. Those are all mostly Hispanic now. And the food was wonderful.
