Daniel Kretsinger, of Hauppauge, New York, posted two vile and menacing videos to X on June 30, threatening violence against Pirro and further suggesting he may also attempt to assassinate President Trump, according to a criminal complaint filed earlier this month in the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. "Because you're such a lying despicable piece of s--t," Kretsinger allegedly said in a terrifying video replying to an X post from Pirro's account, "I'm specifically targeting you when I come to Washington, D.C., and put a bullet directly between your eyes c--t." Kretsinger, who was shirtless and appeared enraged in the video, then warned: "And if Trump keeps up his bulls--t I may kill the president too." In a second video posted minutes later, Kretsinger allegedly doubled down on his threat to kill the DC US attorney. "I'm gonna come to DC very f--kin soon sweetheart and I'm gonna put a bullet in your f--kin head," the crazed man said, according to the complaint. Nasheen Gilkar and Omar Ahmed filed a countersuit against West, a 28-year-old nurse from Alaska, weeks before she gave birth in Texas to their baby, who was born with a serious and rare heart defect, TMZ reported. They agreed to pay West $60,000 to carry their child -- with an abortion clause that allowed them to terminate the pregnancy if there were issues with the fetus, according to the lawsuit. At around 20 weeks, the unborn child was diagnosed with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, a life-threatening medical condition -- but West refused their request to abort it, and instead traveled to Texas, where she would be recognized as the birth mother under state law. The baby was born on Aug. 12. West named him Gabriel, but the biological parents insist his name is Rumi. Gilkar and Ahmed are asking a judge to award them more than $100,000 in damages from McKenna for breaking the deal plus unspecified damages for her alleged "malicious, outrageous conduct." West had two previous pregnancies and was well aware of the journey, according to the lawsuit. The intended parents denied they ever threatened to force McKenna to abort the baby. West's decision to keep the baby has ignited a national discussion on abortion and surrogacy -- and has involved courts and officials in three states. Gilkar and Ahmed "haven't given [West] anything" since she declined to terminate the pregnancy, Lincoln Wilson, an attorney for West, told The Post.Pete Hegseth has upset the infinitely upsettable: Chris Plante ShowJake "For the Troops" Tapper demands a firing: TAPPER: "Calling transgender trannies is obviously a SLUR they don't like! What the various Grievance Groups always demand is that we refer to them with pre-approved language that shows the highest levels of respect. Like a British nobleman might insist on being called "Lord Dwalish." But just calling him "Dwalish" isn't a slur -- it's just refusing to call him by his preferred full-dignity protocol title. This is exactly like the bullshit of having to say "African Americans" instead of "blacks." "Blacks" is not a slur either. Is it as dignified and high-fallutin' as the nearly-a-noble-title "African Americans"? No, but it's not a slur either, and I'm not being racist by saying "No thank you, I will use the one-syllable term rather than the six-syllable Aristocratic Protocol term you're demanding I use. It is simply not as Formal and Lordly as the preferred terms are. And I gotta tell you, we're all really sick to death of constantly having New Duties of Respect for the Higher Classes imposed on us. I do not recognize you as a Higher Class -- and don't push me to explain further than that -- so I will not indulge you by always using your full, preferred Aristocratic Protocol terms. ‘Black’ is more respectful than the phony woke liberal ‘African American’ that woke white clowns decided 15 minutes ago to call their black pets.
‘Black’ is the equivalent of ‘white’ which is what whites call themselves. What can be more respectful than to call others what we call ourselves? “African American’ is also ignorant and stupid and offensive to the many American blacks who did not directly come from Africa. As Jesse Lee Peterson shows, if you are begging for something from whites, that make you a white supremacist.
The only way you would ask/beg for reparations, get off the plane first, affirmative action, etc., is if you believe whites are superior to blacks and you need to ask for that to have it for yourself. I think at some point, unless you make significant changes to mass and/or geometry then basic running legs are going to hit a resonance speed and become kinematically divergent. And every geometry mass will have a critical resonance you will pass through at some speed. Not a great system for covering ground quickly. But great for moseying, sauntering, etc...

N.J. Monitor, Gov. Sherrill signs shield law aimed at protecting reproductive, transgender healthcare
Gov. Mikie Sherrill signed legislation on Thursday that criminalizes interference with reproductive and transgender healthcare while barring a range of officials from aiding investigations spawned by states where such care is illegal. The bill, which cleared both legislative chambers in party-line votes this June, bars the state from extraditing individuals facing out-of-state investigations over reproductive or gender-affirming care, expands existing confidentiality protections to such care, and expands safeguards for doctors and others who provide it. Sherrill, a Democrat, took a shot at the Republican governors of Texas and Florida in her remarks during a bill signing ceremony outside a Planned Parenthood location in Montclair. “If Greg Abbott or Ron DeSantis tries to investigate someone who came to New Jersey to access care, we will protect anyone seeking care that is legal here in New Jersey from investigations in other states,” she said. ha, yes the machines are in league with each other no doubt about it.
I let it sit for about 10 years unplugged, with a towel over it to keep dust off it. Danged if it didn't work fine when I plugged it in. Very surprising, electronics do not like long periods of idle-ness. I did have to find some drivers, which I found Canon had a very good website for that. Met him in the university health clinic where I was a student RN. Not kidding about our mutual first look. Smitten. He seemed healthy with a mild abdominal issue. Died at 24yrs of a very rare cancer 5 months later. I never saw him after they opened & closed his incision as there was nothing to help him. He went to Mexico, friends told me, & tried Laetrile. I really thought he'd beat it & naively held hope, altho I was told by the clinic RN's and MD there was nothing to be done. At 20yrs I figured it would make the inevitable worse on us both to contact him. He knew where I was in school, & he knew I was just starting a hard field that June. He died 3 blocks from where I was living my second semester of nursing school...and he made sure not to go to the hospital where I was training. Incredibly deep grief but my life worked out really well as a year later I met my dude and found love. I'll never forget him, tho.
