Why are we extorting money from taxpayers to take normal children and turn them into stupid and uneducated by completely arrogant mental patients?

Universities threaten students with investigations, disciplinary actions over 'deadnaming'

Several U.S. colleges and universities, including CSU Northridge, the University of Oregon, and the University at Buffalo, have adopted policies that classify 'deadnaming' transgender students as harassment.
Deadnaming is the act of referring to a transgender- or nonbinary-identifying individual by his or her birth name rather than the name the individual currently uses after 'transitioning.'

If deadnaming occurs on campus, CSU Northridge states on its "Office of Equity & Compliance (Title IX)" website that if faculty or fellow students deadname or fail to use a person's chosen pronouns, hearings can be held following a report to the office.
CSU Northridge's website adds that "If a violation is found, discipline through the relevant counterparts will be discussed."
On a University of Oregon website, the public university's "Prohibited Discrimination and Retaliation" policy allows officials to categorize deadnaming as harassment. It specifies that instances qualify as harassment when there is "intentional or repeated deadnaming or misgendering."

Other universities, including private institutions such as Tufts University, also have policies on deadnaming and "misgendering" for students and faculty.
The University at Buffalo states on its "Preferred/Chosen Names and Pronouns" web page that it "recognizes that individuals may use a name other than their legal name to identify themselves."

Universities have time for this deplorable bullshit, of course, because they've done such a great job teaching students in the basics.

Before 2020, Berkeley administered a diagnostic exam to incoming Calculus I students. Between 2018 and 2020, 71% of roughly 2,200 students tested as ready or nearly ready for calculus. At the bottom of the distribution there was almost nobody. Just 0.14% tested below basic algebra.
After UC adopted test-blind admissions, the picture changed dramatically.

ALEKS placement data shows 11.6% severe deficits and 71% near or ready in calculus. MDTP results show 33% severe deficits and 51% near or ready in topics passed.

The classroom itself changed shape.

Before 2020, most students clustered toward the "ready" end of the spectrum, with only a tiny tail at the bottom. Afterward, the middle hollowed out, and the weakest students became the largest single group. We didn't end up with one somewhat weaker calculus class. We ended up teaching two different classes in one lecture hall: one for students who were prepared for college calculus and one for students who needed remedial mathematics that nobody had scheduled.

13 Break the stupid deadnaming policy in the first article. Choose absurd pronouns like "sir" or "lord". Do something similar with an actual name, demand people call you by that name, preferably as ridiculous or insulting as possible, and report them when they refuse to use it. Demand to the HR drones at the college that you be taken seriously and your chosen name and pronouns be used according to policy.

Get a few hundred people to do that and watch how fast it falls apart.

No reason we can't use part of Cloward-Piven ourselves.

38 The stated purpose of public education has always been to indoctrinate students to fit into society as the school board has seen fit. Learning basic skills like math and spelling have always been secondary. Often the skills have been very important, especially as a pretext for public education, but the "fitting childeren to society" has always been the goal, hence the hatred and rejection of home and parochial schooling.

I have no problem with home or pod schooling, private schooling by a group of parents who hire a teacher or teachers to teach their kids, or any other type of private schooling. Were I King, my edict would be that a parent can get a refund on the education section of their property tax if they teach at home, can perform school work better than a C grade on standardized tests, and are off the streets between 8 and 1.

About 15yrs ago when our son was teaching HS music classes a girl decided she was "Seth" and asked to change her stupido pronouns. He thought whatever and did not discuss it again.

Son had seen the light years prior and was working on a new degree to escape and did. Their loss.

He put up with it and out smarted her desire to get attention and be hysteric. One example is during marching band camp Seth wondered which restroom to use, hoping for a conniption. Son calmly told her to use the staff's and moved on.

Well, her mother found out about Seth at some point. And who did she blame? You got it! Our son!!! Like he told her to be Seth!

There was a sit down with the principal and supervisor and the stupid mother, and our son was supported and the mother had to deal.

This is how stupid this has gotten. Worse as now there are furries.

You can be accused of rape, and have no recourse. No presumption of innocence, no right to face your accuser, not even the right to an attorney. Anonymous accusations are enough to get you Expelled.

My favorite tale was of a student who had passed out in his dorm room bunk during a drinking session with his buddies. His roommate had a girlfriend who, at some point, performed oral sex upon him. He had no idea, for his part. Remember, he's passed out.

About six months late, this gal got it in her head that this was somehow his fault, and constituted some sort of offense that merited an investigation. He was expelled.

56 I graduated from Robert E. Lee in Houston in the 70s. Excellent education seemed to result as I farted around for five years and went college and got a degree in engineering.
Today that school is now 'Wisdom High School' and is designated as 'International', meaning natives don't go there, only immigrants. We can guess their citizenship status.
Texas has a new high school ranking system. It is ranked as 'B' in the A, B, C, D, F order.
I call BS.

Turns out the elders liked having those big gyms for their own meeting spaces and those nice kitchens for processing game up to the size of whales, and every year they have to buy new computers because somehow, over the summer, those classroom computers go missing.

It's a complete mystery, I tells ya.

So take a student who couldn't pick up seventh-grade algebra by high-school graduation.

Put them in Calc I in college.

Expect this person--who's demonstrably unable or unwilling to learn math at a normal rate--to learn 6.5 years worth of math in a semester.

I'm sure that works well, and isn't setting them up for failure.

And doesn't drag down the students who are there to learn calculus.

The university gets paid either way, though, so good for them.

There are specific rules about child labor. The USDoL has Hazardous Orders, which are the expected "no deep pits, no mills, no bakery equipment, no radioactives, etc"
the states have their own rules, and for example, Oregon is pretty reasonable. However the taxing, insurance and FICA, and record keeping are hard for the employer, and high minimum wage requiring a steep learning curve makes hiring illegals a better deal

I never heard the final resolution, so I searched for current articles. There are NONE.

In all of the articles from June of 2025 when the fraud was exposed, the School Board vowed to get to the bottom of these accusations. Yet somehow not a single news source has reported how this investigation has been resolved.

I did find an old article that said that the principal had been "replaced".

I assume that means NOT fired and NOT jailed for fraud.

When the penalties for fraud are non-existent, and you get bonuses and awards for committing fraud, then fraud will necessarily increase.

Normies understand this. The "education experts" in charge of our schools are either too stupid to understand that, or are pretending to be too stupid.

My favorite tale was of a student who had passed out in his dorm room bunk during a drinking session with his buddies. His roommate had a girlfriend who, at some point, performed oral sex upon him. He had no idea, for his part. Remember, he's passed out.

About six months late, this gal got it in her head that this was somehow his fault, and constituted some sort of offense that merited an investigation. He was expelled.

Males have no chance to redeem themselves as it was not a court of law but a kangaroo court run by women.

One case in CA: Texts proved a boy received texts from a girl in his dorm. SHE wanted sex. They BOTH were drinking and she went willingly to his room as she requested.

Days later she realized it was casual, he was not her boyfriend, and went to someone & declared she was raped.

The texts did not matter for the boy. Expelled. Had to register as a sex offender. I hope he sued and appealed but don't know.

Both parents were raised in these same failing schools, and they both work, so homework oversight is probably fairly lax. Also, in my son's case, he would fail and they would promote him anyway. The schools don't hold any kid accountable for anything, and when you question them, they spout some horseshit like self esteem.

He ended up at AMYA (the 40 week military program here run by the National Guard) and got his GED. THEY held him accountable for everything. Works like a charm.

99 Our oldest went to public schools entirely. Our school district is considered one of the best in the entire state. Elementary was good in that she learned to read and write and cypher. Middle school was a wasteland that sought to socialize the students. She never brought a book home but got straight A's even though her math teacher couldn't identify her.

We shifted to two youngers to a private school that was know for its rigor. Because of that rigor they found the private high school a piece of cake and did very well in college. I regret I didn't know what I now know with my daughter.

My Senior Year in high school our AP math teacher, who was an awful good dude and a great teacher - wanted to teach "statistics and probability". He was one of those cats that truly thought a Bell Curve and enough data and he could measure the world.

Both my parents worked but they put a priority on my sister and I getting a good education. Shockingly, it was easier for my sister. I was easily distrac ...squirrel!

Everything, and I do mean everything, took a backseat to not just getting good grades but learning to think critically. That was pretty common with my peers way back when I walked uphill in the snow both ways to school.

That's why I think Calc should be after Algebra I, then the last year can be advanced Calculus and the Algebra it needs. I was a math-head and found the A II such a chore even for me.

So it was God's way of telling me "Engineering is fine, the computers do this math for you once you're out of college. You don't have to start with Maxwell to get to Ohm's Law."

Yes, Diff Eq in math class was tough for me, but in Quantum it all made sense even separating partial differential equations because it was about something real.

Calc I is like that. If you understand an Exponent ? You've got Calc I by the balls.

Calc III is also like that, if you can juggle three variables in your head as far as which ones are the constant and which one is the variable according to the notation.

Calc II is a bitch. Because it's all the Trig Identities. The messy shit you have to memorize. I hated Calc II.

For those that never took Calc ? Did you ever notice that EVERY FUCKING NEWTONIAN THEOREM turns out to be 1/2 X ^ 2 ? That's basic Calc I. Springs. Gravity. All of it.

I thought Calc I, Calc II, and Calc III were pretty easy. Advanced Calculus, I guess you might call it Calc IV, gets a little hairy until you understand the delta-epsilon proofs that make up the majority of that class.
