You can see it now in the wake of Selected Not Elected -- Bush announces he has "classified intelligence" and therefore must crack down on swarthy men at airports and other high value locations. Double mastectomy for stage one breast cancer. We caught it at stage zero, and they upgraded it last week, but the operation was already scheduled so I'm not sure what the point was. We're waiting for the biopsy to see if chemo needs to happen.

Just before she was to be prepped, I got to chat with her and all the staff is doing their thing and as I left and paused and looked wistfully at her chest. "I'm going to miss you guys. We had 26 great years together."

132 BIL's surgery today went well after the sedation kicked in - as you may remember he has some developmental disabilities. He got spooked during the check in process and actually thought he could overcome his sister's (my lovely wife) will and strength when pissed off. Fool.

Anyway, the surgeon removed a monster organ that shouldn't have been and he is now in recovery. Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers.
