WSJ: The Senate Has Fauci's iPhone As Well as Thousands of Additional Records

From Ed Morrissey.

We don't know yet what's contained on the iPhone or in those records. But given Fauci's arrogance and sense if invulnerability, there's probably more to come.

A Senate panel investigating Dr. Anthony Fauci has obtained a copy of the doctor's iPhone, potentially securing even more records related to the doctor's actions during the Covid-19 pandemic.

...

The phone could be part of more public document dumps on the way: Paul and Johnson have received millions of additional Fauci-related pages from government servers, people familiar with the matter said, and are still pressing for more. And at least four Republican-led states have meanwhile launched their own investigations into Fauci.

More at the link.

From a couple of weeks ago: Deborah Birx was never pardoned.

Birx is Dr. Fauci's accomplice, and while far less evil than Fauci, because there is little indication that she actually conspired to create the COVID virus that wiped out tens of millions of people, she participated in the subsequent destruction that destroyed lives and split this country apart. She lied repeatedly, causing enormous damage, and decided that she and Fauci could run a shadow government and do an end run around the political leadership elected by the American people.

All these sociopaths do is lie and then bully you into accepting their lies by saying "Trust the Science."

Deborah Birx from her memoir, explaining how "two weeks to flatten the curve" was just marketing for harsh, months-long lockdowns that she was really planning:

"On Monday and Tuesday [March 9th and 10th, 2020]...we worked simultaneously to develop the flatten-the-curve guidance I hoped to present to the vice president at week's end. Getting buy-in on the simple mitigation measures every American could take was just the first step leading to longer and more aggressive interventions. We had to make these palatable to the administration by avoiding the obvious appearance of a full Italian lockdown. ... No sooner had we convinced the Trump administration to implement our version of a two-week shutdown than I was trying to figure out how to extend it. Fifteen Days to Slow the Spread was a start, but I knew it would be just that. I didn't have the numbers in front of me yet to make the case for extending it longer, but I had two weeks to get them."

Assuming the criminal referral goes to the DOJ, DOJ will have to take it to a DC grand jury where it will...not go to an actual indictment because DC grand jury and Fauci is God Science.

Still, it's a nice hit on him. Some decent bits of theater. Won't change much, but it will add to the overall narrative around Fauci being a piece of shit.

28 There and are no "numbers" to support lockdowns, period. Which was well understood long before 2020. The actual science, such as it is, was tossed out completely in 2020.

From memory, the summary conclusion of a meta-study done by a team led by the guy who oversaw the eradication of smallpox world-wide (2006): "there is no research or historical observation to support the quarantine of healthy populations to prevent the spread of influenza".

The ease with which the greatest country in history was hijacked, vandalized, looted, and turned into a ridiculous science fair experiment is the most important and revealing development in generations.

84 So the new game is "What's on Fauci's Phone"?

Assistant Secretary for Health & a four-star admiral in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, Dr. Levine oversaw the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH) and the U.S. Public Health Service. She reported directly to the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), Xavier Becerra. 👈🏻

Because the NIH operates as its own distinct agency within the broader HHS umbrella, Dr. Fauci's agency was a peer entity rather than a subordinate to Dr. Levine's office. They worked alongside each other as high-ranking advisors on the White House COVID-19 Response Team, but neither had authority over the other.

What about Rochelle Paula Walensky who served as the 19th director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from 2021 to 2023?

I think it has less purely political effects and more generally cultural effects with political side-effects.

Essentially, the bubble of the expert class is popped in the minds of normies. "Experts say" becomes a punchline rather than a rhetorical backstop and argumentation tool. So that when they see it used unironically, there's automatic distrust bubbling under the surface rather than unalloyed trust.

And Fauci is the central symbol of that.

189 One of the most amusing parts of COVID...

According to "official" numbers China had 1/30the the COVID deaths the US did.

And instead of the clot shot they developed a traditional COVID vaccine. Now their vaccine probably did nothing since flu like illnesses mutate too quickly for a vaccine to work, but it also didn't have the clot shot side effects.

So essentially a saline injection was 30 times more effective then the clot shot.

Now if you present this to a Branch COVIDian they will claim China just falsified their numbers, which is likely true. But then so did the CDC and that for some reason they won't agree with...

202 Fetterman answers whether he'll cross the aisle to confirm Trump AG nominee Todd Blanche
The Pennsylvania Democrat, who supported Pam Bondi, told Jon Stewart he tries to 'call balls and strikes' on nominees

Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., said Wednesday he would not vote for acting Attorney General Todd Blanche to officially take over the role leading the Department of Justice.

During a Wednesday appearance on comedian Jon Stewart's podcast, Fetterman was pressed on Democrats' failure to use the Senate filibuster to block President Donald Trump's Cabinet nominees. The senator responded by claiming he would not vote for Blanche, who is Trump's choice for attorney general.

"Many of them I didn't vote for," Fetterman said, referring to Trump's Cabinet nominees.

If that's the exact quote I hate it. Starting with "he cares" is brutally bad persuasion.

Especially because few believe the second part. You never want to boost your opponent. Telling the entire audience that your opponent "cares" is so bad. It doesn't matter what you say they care about, not on the level that people feel.

"He's for Palestine, I'm for Michigan" would be better.

225 Brix ticked me off big time when she did not explain what President Trump meant by "inhaling bleach." Or taking bleach...and the MSM ran with it.

I don't remember the details and don't feel like looking them up in my busy day of procrastination in real life.

There was a study of using something similar to help people's lungs while intubated on vents. That's what he was talking about.

A NYC MD, early on, tried to explain that once on a vent people with COVID appeared to have stiff lungs and were not responding like pneumonia patients. I am paraphrasing from memory. That putting them on vents was the wrong thing to do vs hyperbaric chambers as if treating for decompression sickness. No one listened to him and others (two docs in California).

She sat there in her mask and scarf and rolled her eyes and did not explain when Trump mentioned bleach. I wanted to slap her.

She ruined scarves for me for awhile. I still have silk scarves and may return to them now and then with sweaters next spring. That was also unforgivable. Not that I look like that Karen, thank goodness. Ole bint.

235 The federal government has removed COVID-19 vaccines from the list of shots recommended for healthy pregnant women and children.

This move has led to a significant divergence between federal policy and state-level actions, with a majority of states refusing to adopt the new, narrower guidelines.

As of January 2026, 28 states and Washington, D.C., have announced they will not follow the new, narrower CDC child vaccine recommendations. These 28 states are largely relying on previous recommendations from the CDC or guidelines from medical groups like the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), which continue to recommend vaccines for children and pregnant individuals.

Key states that have rejected the new federal policy include California, New York, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and others, mostly led by Democratic governors.

I recall that Ireland had some special tax dodge; a US company I was familiar with set up a subsidiary or some other construct in Ireland for one of their core processes, and used that to lower their tax burden.

Much like the H-1Bs, this involved firing American workers and outsourcing the employment remotely.
