Birx is Dr. Fauci's accomplice, and while far less evil than Fauci, because there is little indication that she actually conspired to create the COVID virus that wiped out tens of millions of people, she participated in the subsequent destruction that destroyed lives and split this country apart. She lied repeatedly, causing enormous damage, and decided that she and Fauci could run a shadow government and do an end run around the political leadership elected by the American people.

The CBC was showing the hearing this morning where Saint Fauci was voted in contempt of Congress - iirc.
The vote was 8 - 7 strictly across party lines.

Assuming the criminal referral goes to the DOJ, DOJ will have to take it to a DC grand jury where it will...not go to an actual indictment because DC grand jury and Fauci isGod Science.

Fauci got a federal pardon. He did not get a pardon from any state. There are currently 3 states pursuing legal action against him, one being Florida.
He will likely never do time but watching him spend the rest of his miserable life getting his halo busted over and over is going to be enjoyable and might just turn out to be better than making him a martyr.

If it had been "OK, you are at Gate 2 and you need to be at Gate 20" that would have been good. But nope. It was "You are in terminal A and need to get to C right now."

One of the most amusing parts of COVID...
According to "official" numbers China had 1/30the the COVID deaths the US did.
And instead of the clot shot they developed a traditional COVID vaccine. Now their vaccine probably did nothing since flu like illnesses mutate too quickly for a vaccine to work, but it also didn't have the clot shot side effects.
So essentially a saline injection was 30 times more effective then the clot shot.
Now if you present this to a Branch COVIDian they will claim China just falsified their numbers, which is likely true. But then so did the CDC and that for some reason they won't agree with...

I wouldn't expect it to be the big ad buys form PACs and the campaign, though, since Piker isn't the nominee himself.
Still, it should eat at the margins pretty effectively.

A NYC MD, early on, tried to explain that once on a vent people with COVID appeared to have stiff lungs and were not responding like pneumonia patients. I am paraphrasing from memory. That putting them on vents was the wrong thing to do vs hyperbaric chambers as if treating for decompression sickness. No one listened to him and others (two docs in California).
