As I currently watch the Dr. Fauci’stein hearings, I cannot help but think that this could be one of the largest crimes of humanity in history. All too true, sir. given the corruption of our courts and the horribly effective propaganda machine of the media, Fauci will likely exit stage left, at least until another Democrat is elected or is otherwise installed into the White House as happened in 2020 and he will be brought back under much pomp and circumstance. What a cowardly and shameful final chapter for Dr. Anthony Fauci, who pleaded the Fifth 111 times in the Senate Wednesday even though he has a pre-emptive presidential pardon that gives him immunity from prosecution. In the history of Congress, only a couple of mob bosses have invoked the privilege more. “On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer, based upon my rights, under the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution,” the Machiavellian career bureaucrat said over and over in the nearly three-hour hearing before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs. But Fauci’s silence rendered him a villain more powerfully than his usual sly deceptions. Shameful, too, were the Democrats and their media handmaidens who continue to run cover for Fauci, singing his praises, and denying their flock the truth about a man who filled his pandemic diary with self-praise and celebrity worship while remaining callously aloof from the human suffering he had caused. . . What a cowardly and shameful final chapter for Dr. Anthony Fauci, who pleaded the Fifth 111 times in the Senate Wednesday even though he has a pre-emptive presidential pardon that gives him immunity from prosecution. If there were any true justice in this world, his final chapter would end with him strapped into a gurney in the death house of a federal prison, and a doctor declaring him dead after being given a lethal injection. Alas, this is America 2026 and as we all know too well, real justice from a judicial system that has been thoroughly corrupted as a weapon of political repression against any opponent of Leftism/Socialism/Globalism and the Democrat agenda is nigh impossible to get. What the future holds in that regard, whether we see a reversal of that in our lifetimes or at least the lifetime of those who have much of their lives in front of them is to be seen. Elsewhere we have the ramping up of operations and the President's rhetoric against the Iranian regime. Well, you don't have to be Victor Davis Hanson to see this, as I've been screaming this the whole time, but he's more eloquent than I am for sure. We know the tired Iranian strategy by now. We might call it “theocratic rope-a-dope.” For the theocrats and their terrorist proxies, survival means outlasting Trump, waiting for the next cash-laden Democrat administration, and using “moderates” to play good cop while haggling away months. The mullahs and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps feign indifference even as their half-century, half-trillion-dollar investments in what is now essentially a vaporized military-industrial-nuclear complex continue to be destroyed. The war has finally revealed the full extent of Iran’s vast conventional arsenal, nuclear program, and missile and drone industry. It's why after reading this item, I thought something stinks to high Heaven. The ship that Ukraine struck in the Caspian Sea on Saturday [July 25] contained components for drones and missiles on their way to Iran, Ukrainian Ambassador to Israel Yevgen Korniychuk said in an interview with N12 on Sunday. Iran claimed the ship was carrying civilian goods when it was attacked by Ukraine and accused Ukraine of seeking to expand the Russia-Ukraine war….This stinks because yes for sure the Russians are in bed with the Iranians but also because it provides a mighty convenient excuse for those who have President Trump's ear to give military aid and assistance to Ukraine , which thankfully he has been loathe to do so far. And worse than that with the situation with the Mullahs at an impasse, this item hints at potential American boots on the ground, which would be an unmitigated disaster for all the reasons I and others here and elsewhere have shrieked since the beginning. The United States and Israel are considering some form of a land blockade to crank up the economic pressure on Iran as the war against the Islamic Republic enters its sixth month, the Washington Free Beacon can report. The land blockade would complement the sea blockade that's been in effect for some time. "What if you just block the land? Suppose Iran can't bring anything in, cannot take anything out," a senior Israeli official told the Free Beacon—raising one possibility the two countries have been discussing.Great, Ho Chi Minh Trail 2, let's drag in the Chi-Coms boogaloo! (who as was reported last week were supplying Iran Have a good day,

I watched only a few minutes of the hearing with Fauci.
If the congressmen are trying to shame him they might as well give it up -- I don't think the guy has a conscience that works anymore. It's been seared, or sold. The only justice that is fitting for him is the one that the Almighty God will declare, and that is forever. And ever. No matter what our "justice" system could do to him, it would never be enough for the crimes against humanity he perpetrated. And every one of those crimes were not just against the people here, but against God Himself. Posted by: TecumsehTea at July 30, 2026 07:18 AM (FGA9/) 5

This is why I hate Hearings Theatre. Yeah, yeah, yeah. He took the Fifth a hundred times. He's obviously guilty as hammered sin, and now we'll spill gallons and tears and ink about it. Blah blah blah blah.
The only point of hearings like these is to let people pretend they're doing something because they never will, and give some very mild catharsis to the people who watch them. There's a paper trail a mile long on this sonofabitch. If the feds wanted him, they could gin up some pretext to hook his desiccated old ass up on some process crime and see to it he dies in jail. They rig up the courts whenever it suits them, and this doesn't suit them, because it risks too much coming out about too many people if they do. So we get this instead. Regarding Fauci....
I personally think Rand Paul has a grudge. Nobody else in Congress seems as outraged as him. The entire thing was scripted, following the "failure theater" model. They all knew what was going to happen, Fauci included. Everyone woke up this morning and by 10AM will have moved on to the next crisis theater. Had anyone been serious about all this they'd have yanked in Brix, the CEO's of Big Pharma that crafted the vaccines, the governors and mayors who ruthlessly pushed various mandates and so on. But they didn't. They focused on Fauci. He's not the only person guilty of foisting death on Americans. Ukraine Hits Iranian Ship Delivering Russian War Materiel to Iran (Yeah, Putin's no angel, but then again Zelensky is a grifting liar himself. I smell a rat - jjs) The reason I believe that the story is essentially true is that the Iranian leadership is pissed about it, and have been talking about it a lot. It’s clear they lost something on that ship that they desperately wanted, and it wasn’t baby blankets and condensed milk. There was also a credible report yesterday that China is shipping in hundreds of shoulder fired missiles by a land route. My belief is that this was always bigger than just Fauci. There are too many details around this situation for it to be just one bureaucrat running the US. Why was Fauci being paid nearly $500k/year, by far the highest paid government employee including POTUS? Why was he allowed to share potential deadly bio weapons tech with the CCP? Why did the intel community help him cover up the source of the outbreak? Fauci is an evil little shit who has been doing this kind of stuff since AIDS where he also made money partnering with drug companies. Not surprising that the money grubbing Clintons focused on selling AIDS drugs in the 3rd world when Hillary was running State and USAID. I don't believe for a second this was all the doing of just one evil shit, he had help. Posted by: JackStraw at July 30, 2026 08:31 AM (viF8m) 160

BTW, why is a blanket pardon even legal or possible? Laws are pretty specific things. A blanket pardon is the opposite…. Also a preemptive pardon? That makes no sense either. To me a pardon is you’ve been convicted of something then comes the pardon. I once read (perhaps incorrectly) that part of the pardon mechanism is that in order to to accept it you have to acknowledge that you were indeed guilty of the offense? Fauci hasn’t been charged convicted and certainly no admission. What gives?

Fauci is 85, to be 86 this year. He is not coming back to work under any admin. He is closer to receiving a final judgement than not. He will answer. We may not get earthly satisfaction from it, but he will answer. Don’t forget, his wife was reassigned to an Indian Reservation from her cushy job, she declined, she left. She is now a professor at Georgetown, I think? She is 74, younger than Fauci.

165 BTW, why is a blanket pardon even legal or possible? Laws are pretty specific things. A blanket pardon is the opposite.”
Good question - to answer it specifically, “The pardon power is established in Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution, which states that the president “shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment” This wording is unfortunately very broad. “The Supreme Court has recognized the pardon power as extremely broad. In Ex parte Garland (1867), the Court described it as “unlimited” except in impeachment cases, applying to every federal offense and exercisable before, during, or after legal proceedings.” Also, Congress cannot restrict or limit this power. It would provably take a years long case before SCOTUS to challenge this, and Roberts will just say “it’s a tax!” Posted by: Tom Servo at July 30, 2026 08:40 AM (6YiIr) 187

Ben Had,
The reason why Fauci is so smug is that putting him on trial risks some of the US most dirty laundry. That is the intel community misusing the statute of threat reduction. "The Nunn–Lugar Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) program, established in 1991 by Senators Sam Nunn and Richard Lugar, was created to secure and dismantle weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in the former Soviet Union following its collapse. The initiative addressed the urgent risk that 30,000 nuclear weapons, chemical agents, and biological research could fall into the hands of unstable regimes or terrorists. Key achievements include: Scientist Employment: Provided civilian jobs for over 22,000 former WMD scientists to prevent proliferation expertise from leaking. Chemical/Biological: Secured sites and destroyed thousands of tons of chemical agents and secured biological laboratories across multiple continents. Originally limited to the former Soviet Union, the program's scope expanded in 2008 to address global WMD proliferation threats, shifting focus toward capacity building, border security, and biological threat reduction in countries worldwide." >>Yes. But I find it murky. I see the Deep State wanting to pursue bio-weapons research. Word is that they had labs in Ukraine. But why Wuhan and the Chi-Coms?
It's not a rumor that we were funding bio labs in Ukraine, Victoria Nuland admitted it in front of Congress. Sometimes hearings produce gems. And Hunter Biden's dogshit investment company that took money from the CCP was invested in a company called Metabiota that had federal government contracts to track virus spreads in two countries, China and Ukraine. Before the Ukraine war started, Putin invaded Kazakstan, where Hunter was getting paid along with John Kerry's daughter, and publicly said the reason he was doing it was to stop another "western color revolution" in a former Soviet satellite. We were funding a massive bio lab there, too. Making Fauci and untouchable fall guy is convenient. He's a loathsome POS that has gotten filthy rich off human and animal suffering. But he was not working alone. Posted by: JackStraw at July 30, 2026 08:52 AM (viF8m) Posted by: Add Sugar at July 30, 2026 08:53 AM (JM9I6) 225

To continue, senators on the Intelligence Committee know damn well that the US has been paying scientists across the globe to engage in risky and dangerous biological research and this is justified as 'defensive' research in biological weapons permitted under the Biological Warfare Treaty.
If you notice the dates of Tony's pardon, from 2014-2024, what sticks out is 2014--Ukraine and the fall of the Russian influenced regime. One of the sites for biological research are the former Soviet labs in Kharkov or Kharkiv depending on RUS/UKR spelling. There were probably more dirty labs in Ukraine. And the 2008 date is important because that is the date when the US decided to expand this project to the whole world--including China no doubt. Posted by: whig at July 30, 2026 08:57 AM (E4rtv) 234
