The Tuesday Morning Rant

~~Good~~ morning. CBD is on special assignment. Again. So you get this.

To be honest with you. I've been pretty busy with projects. And my daily upkeep of the news has been lacking.

As I was looking at my Face Book account Sunday morning there were some notifications from several people I know. They were responding to a news item I had no knowledge of. But, from what I gathered. Someone was killed by a cop in my home state's capitol city, Madison.

And the Chief of Police of Madison had lost control of a press conference.

So before I even searched web for "Madison Man Killed By Police", my guess was a black male with a felony record decided to play FAFO. Of course his death was not a result of his piss poor decision making skills but Madison's finest. Although Madison is about as woke as woke goes. The average LEO wants only one thing. To return home at the end of his/her shift. No "Madison Man Killed By Police" you cannot play FA and not face FO.

One of the articles that came up when I hit searched, "Madison Man Killed By Police" was the following: Madison police kill man in broad daylight in front of witnesses.

State Sen. Kelda Roys, another candidate in the primary, said, “Let this city wrap its arms around Corey’s family and loved ones, and demand justice for him and them and all of us. There must be a full, independent investigation and the responsible officers held fully accountable under the law, as required by Wisconsin statute. The Department of Justice should serve as the lead investigator to ensure fairness and impartiality. We do not have to accept this as normal or inevitable. It is NOT. No other country in the world tolerates this level of police violence. We can and must create a more just, safe world for all of us.”

My curiosity was certainly piqued about this man, Cory Ruiz, killed by Madison police.

What did I find out when I went to the wonderful Wisconsin Circuit Court Access record of one Cory Ruiz? Mr. Ruiz was born on January 5, 1988. At the time of his death on July 22, 2026 he was 38 years of his age.

According to Wisconsin's CCAP Mr. Ruiz's first brush with the Wisconsin court system as an adult was in 2007 at the ripe age of 19. Just a minor conviction of disorderly conduct. Oh but it gets better. One of my favorites was from 2009 when our aspiring Rhodes Scholar was singled out for the following:

Dane County Case Number 2009CF000495 State of Wisconsin vs. Corey D Ruiz
The defendant Corey D Ruiz was found guilty of the following charge(s) in this case.
Strangulation and Suffocation, a class H felony, Wisconsin Statutes 940.235(1).
Robbery with Use of Force, a class E felony, Wisconsin Statutes 943.32(1)(a).
Strangulation and Suffocation, a class H felony, Wisconsin Statutes 940.235(1).
Charge(s) in this case were read in to this or other case(s). A "read in" charge is a charge that is dismissed as part of a plea agreement, however:
The defendant agrees to have the court consider the charge(s) when sentencing for another crime, under Wis. Stats. 973.20(1g)(b); and
The defendant cannot be prosecuted for these charge(s) in the future.

I'm guessing the sealed juvenile record of this distinguished citizen is about as long as long as my 2 arms.

I'm not sure why I'm ranting about a loser thug who has been in trouble his entire adult life. It's so predictable. And of course if the victimization of the deceased doesn't upset you. This might do it. The Madison politicians are just as fvcked up as their dead criminals.

As with Officer of Derek Chauvin of the St. George Fiasco of Minnehopelis. These 4 Madison cops don't stand a chance. And I for one am sick and fvcking tired of an American race that cannot and will not act civilized; the politicians which enable their predictable criminal behavior and the resulting mayhem affecting the law abiding citizens which they supposedly "represent".

Obviously the black community has forgotten the PSA put out by Chris Rock. I guess it's time to remind all people who might have contact with a LEO.

And that's my rant, for now.

Harris County’s DA and judiciary suck thanks to dummy voters. I would not be surprised if the Houston PD is thankful for TX gun laws. It’s probably the only thing keeping the county from sliding into near anarchy.

Yes, I realize not every city, town, or burb has them. But between "vest cams," the Flock LPR and surveillance cameras, home security systems, dash cams, etc. I'd almost expect every person, every day is filmed at least a half dozen times.

It pains me because I know we have black readers here, and I don't like condemning an entire race. However, it's undeniable that America's black subculture does have serious problems, out of all proportion to their numbers. It's condescending to deny it. They do.

The left keeps saying we have to have a conversation about race, by which they mean whites must abase themselves to blacks. Sorry, I don't play that. I'm ready to have a REAL conversation, one that involves speaking unpleasant truths, but somehow I don't think the militant black wing wants that. Black America will not heal until the race grifters are driven from the public square and they confront their problems directly.

Looking at it from a Dem perspective, Carville might have a point. Hogg thought that a new generation of Dems should take over from the old guard, and the old guard obviously didn't agree. Everyone now does agree that Martin just isn't up for the job, and the new guard is storming the gates in the form of the DSA. If Hogg did run it there would have been a chance that the Dems could have co-opted the DSA. It may not have worked, but they could have bought some time. Now, they will get a hostile takeover, and the old guard doesn't have the personnel to do anything about it.

Speaking as one of those black readers, I have to agree with you. It's interesting that for the longest time it's considered patriotic by the Left if one criticizes America, because the criticism is meant as a spur to improvement. Reasonable people can disagree, but I see the point of that line of reasoning.

That POV just doesn't exist in modern black America. You either have the race hustlers who are the ones that everyone hears about, or people who keep their heads down and say nothing because nobody wants to be called a race traitor. I was at a town committee meeting recently, and I was accused of that in subtext. All the while, however, nothing changes.

And that distinction is to do both at the same time. Criticize white society for expecting these virtues, and avoid saying that they are exclusively white.

Yes, the DNC and DSA have identical policies, but the trick the DNC mastered was to brand their candidates as 'moderate' so they can get elected. After that, their common radicalism would be legislated in - with the assent of the GOPe, of course.

Now, unfortunately, the truth-in-advertising DSA is saying the quiet part out loud - this is their brand. This will serve to make the Dems unelectable in national elections. With someone like Hogg, there was a chance that they could have been convinced to play nicely within the tent. Now, they don't. Trump/Vance/Rubio will take their lunch money like a boss.

Diet? How about genetics too then? Depending on who is wielding the data and for what purpose, I've seen some stories about how AA men have a higher percentage who have the "warrior gene" which makes one even more aggressive than young men already are by nature.
One side uses it as proof why blacks are "better" at physically aggressive sports, while the other side uses it as reasons for violence and criminality in general.
