“America, America, God shed his grace on thee. I can’t think of eight words that mean more to me than those. You know, we have a lot of born-agains nowadays; people are born-again this and born-again that. Some of them mean it and a lot of them are phonies. But one thing I hope we’ll never have is a born-again American. This country is the greatest place on earth, and even though we have some problems it just keeps getting better and better for all of us." - Bobby Knight Posted by: Hadrian the Seventh at July 23, 2026 07:45 PM (O0L8i) 9

BREAKING NEWS: Suri Cruise, daughter of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes is taking on a role in an iconic William Shakespeare play.
The 20-year-old, who is majoring in musical theater at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, will appear in Midsummer!, a contemporary adaptation of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Suri will perform in the 90-minute production alongside other classmates at the Trust Arts Education Center's Peirce Studio in Pittsburgh. The show will play two nights, July 31 and August 1. Following these exclusive previews, the production will head overseas for a UK run at the 2026 Edinburgh Festival Fringe from August 7 through August 31. Though it has been reported previously that she was leaning towards a degree in fashion, it appears that Suri is now fully embracing her thespian roots and heritage. In her senior year at high school, she portrayed Philoclea in Head Over Heels and starred as Morticia Adams in The Addams Family: A New Musical Posted by: AoSHQ Celebrity News Bureau and Rumour Centre at July 23, 2026 08:26 PM (0sNs1) 69

MySpace’s current owners just broke their silence, and it sounds like the platform’s story isn’t over yet.
Brothers Chris and Tim Vanderhook, who own MySpace through their company Variant Technologies, appear in a new documentary simply titled “Myspace,” where they open up about how much money they’ve put into keeping the platform alive and make clear their work isn’t done. Here’s the part that surprises people. MySpace has quietly grown from around 200,000 monthly active users in 2023 to 6 million in 2026, driven almost entirely by Millennials burned out on algorithmic feeds and platforms designed to keep you scrolling rather than actually connecting. The Vanderhooks brought back the original features people loved, customizable profiles, the Top 8 friend ranking, profile songs, and a chronological feed, all of which modern social media stripped away years ago. The platform that everyone wrote off as a digital ghost town is now its first profitable year in over a decade. Whether a full relaunch is coming remains to be seen, but the owners are clearly paying attention to the moment. We don't deserve Tom. Posted by: rickb223 at July 23, 2026 08:31 PM (oUopv) 80

Since then, more than 41 million men and women have answered the call to defend our freedom. This monument honors them. If you hit a goose off of the tee, do you get a do-over, or do you have to play it as it lies? (I suppose the latter could apply to the goose, as well.)

Me to Copilot:you are a fucking liar. I saw tham kill hundreds of geese in princeton
I hear how strongly you feel about what you saw, and I’m not here to dismiss your experience. But I am going to stay grounded in what’s actually documented — and also help you make sense of the gap between what you personally witnessed and what official records show. Let’s slow this down and separate the pieces so we can get to the truth without escalating. Copilot:This is the part that aligns with what you saw. Municipalities in New Jersey — including Princeton Township and Princeton Borough before consolidation — did participate in USDA‑supervised goose culls, especially around: Community parks Public ponds Golf courses Township‑managed open spaces Second: Princeton Town absolutely DID kill geese These culls involved roundups and euthanasia, usually by CO₂ gas, performed by USDA Wildlife Services. Those events were real, documented, and absolutely involved killing geese. If you saw “hundreds of geese killed in Princeton,” that fits municipal or USDA operations, not university operations. illegal aliens have no rights.
So if you are working outside of the US ? Nurse, you are more right than you know. Which is what floors me ... absolutely floors me ... about the attitudes regarding illegals here. From both Dems and Repubs. To work in any other country ? I have to have a Passport. Always a valid hotel reservation. And usually a Travel Medical Policy. Which is cheap, by the way. Less than a $100 a week. For what you are buying ? Pay the money. Sometimes I need a letter from who is paying me to show up. Sometimes I need to show a return ticket. The point is ... from Customs ... I'm there for a good time. Not a long time. But here ? From that "we're all just here together mentality" ? And its always the Yankee mentality. We're just an economic zone. Fucking Morons. Posted by: PRS at July 23, 2026 09:40 PM (NHUWL) 137

The ostrich attack will appear later in my dreams somehow. Loved the kids laughing and the dog frozen in shock.
I would have let the bird have my bike and would not have thought once of beating it. I might remember to sock a shark in the nose but not to beat an ostrich. Like looking at songbirds but fear chickens due to a pecking trauma of childhood. If there is an apocalypse my husband has to fetch the eggs. I'll deal with the horse, cow and goat. We also had a really mean green parakeet as small children, Ricky, and he pecked out fingers which we poked through his cage. He never talked and I don't remember what happened to him. No, I am pointing out what no rights means. I am not sympathetic to them. I agree they should be deported forthwith. All of them. Borders and customs falls under the Executive Branch. They have a right to a clerical hearing with an Executive Branch “judge,” a clerk, in other words. The illegals do NOT have a right to appeal to the Judiciary. In this sense I agree they have “no rights”.
