I suspect there will be arrests of Fulton County and maybe even GA state election officials in the next day or so preceding the address along with announcements of sweeping oversight over elections in suspicious jurisdictions (Harmeet Dhillon has already announced poll watchers from DOJ in a dozen jurisdictions just for primary voting).
GA is going to very weirdly swing hard to the right this year, and the conventional wisdom will be somewhere between voter suppression and Bottoms as the gubernatorial candidate.

They are not “regulations” or “rules”. Black letter Federal Law Felonies.
Each count. Intent has nothing to do with it. Failure to safeguard State secrets, among other things.
Further, much of the materials and imagery were purloined from secure facilities that have no connection to the internet or email, ever. By design, to preclude this top secret material from being hacked or diverted in the first place.

Threatening "licenses" is a non-starter. The local stations (which again, now have an audience that is a rounding error anyway) have licenses, but they're not the ones who set network policy.

Not one vote for Shrub, or the libertarians, green party, or even the free drugs party.
And we just pretend this sort of thing is a believable outcome...Not 80%. Not 90%. Hell not even the 99% dictators normally claim. 100%.
