Ro Khanna's driver intentionally triggered a Security First Response Team.

Absent some specific individual issues, it is all about how many calories you consume versus how many you burn. Walk 15 miles aday, you lose weight. Yes, there are some alleged tweaks - the periodic fast, the 8 hour window well after breakfast.

But in the end, if you eat too much you will gain weight.

The GLP's like Ozempic have a limited amount of clinical history but one thing we know is that the rebound when you come off of them is a problem. Employers had been on the GLP bandwagon but have begun to roll back as they see that the GLPs are not proving out across their entire populations. It has to be closely managed.

CDA has a whacko theory about Graham today. Take it with a LARGE grain of salt (like a mountain of it), but I do love reading crazy conspiracy theories.
