Graham Platner's fall is not really about sex or tattoos.

Enjoy how he renders rape as "sex" and a Nazi SS Totenkopf tattoo as "tattoos."

The establishment cared so much about getting him canceled because he opposed their economic and foreign policy programs that serve the powerful and shaft average Americans.

Remember, Tucker Carlson is a "conservative"! If you criticize him, you're "splitting the party," "causing division," and "in-fighting"!

I mean sure he's full-blown socialist (or communist now-- he is extremely authoritarian and seeks a return to feudalism), but he hates gays and that's all you need to be conservative!

Except his Islamist friends also hate gays and I don't think that makes them conservatives. Hm, this is a puzzler. Why is he a "conservative" again?

Consider this a formal invitation to Graham Platner to appear on Tuq'r Qarlson's popular Egyptian/Pakistani/Qatari podcast.

Tuq'r's ally Donna Brazille says Platner needs "time to heal."

Ed Morrissey writes that Tuq'r's allies in the leftwing communist media are oscillating between two narratives:

1, We did our jobs perfectly (no notes!), or

2, We were duped by a liar and had no way to know we were being conned.

The Wall Street Journal is pushing the "duped" narrative.

Again, they blame their Democrat sources (and friends, and wives, and mistresses) for "misleading" them.

This is exactly the same narrative the media deployed when "Sharp as a Tack" Biden was found out. "We weren't in on it, we were fooled like everyone else!"

Except no one else was fooled. Only the Wise Men Truth Tellers of the media.

This entire article aims at Democrats for missing a parade of red flags in Platner's life while fraudulently promoting him as the "authentic voice of the working class." Democrats certainly deserve every bit of opprobrium possible for selling voters a whiny, entitled, upper-class mooch as a working-class stiff, just a couple of years after attempting to sell a senile old man as a Sharp As a Tack(TM) candidate who could totally handle another four years as president. Democrats are spending a lot of time growing candidates in vats, as long as they come out socialist blue once formed.
However, the WSJ does not include one single word about how the media helped sell that fraud to voters in Maine and to the entire country. Their article never admits -- as Axios at least did -- that the media repeated the Katz-Moraff narrative "without scrutiny" for months. It never mentions the New York Times "tamp and tame" effort last month in which they manipulated three women, including Lyndsey Fifield and Jenny Racicot, in an attempt to muddy allegations to the point that Platner, Moraff, and Katz could claim that it was a partisan smear campaign. And of course, the article never mentions that Racicot finally came forward with the rape allegation specifically due to the NYT's manipulation of Fifield.

I think you are seeing the real Tucker here. Anyone following his career in media would notice the different masks he would try on and then discard for something bigger or more well paid. I have a lot of faults and sins to my name but fortunately envy is not one a major issue for me. But, it can burn people up inside which is a problem. I think from social media, entertainment, etc. where they rub our noses in what they have versus our look at ourselves in what we have makes us feel small, deflated, and discouraged.

But what good is all the world if we forgo eternal salvation. Glamour in its original meaning was a magical trick making us think something is valuable when it in fact isn't. Easy to forget that sometimes.
