DOJ Now Investigating China's Agent and Tech Billionaire Neville Roy Singham, Who Uses His Fortune to Fund Just About Every Hard-Left Antifa-Adjacent Group in America

He's married to Code Pink.

Literally. He married the founder of Code Pink.

Congress is wading into a federal grand jury investigation into alleged financial crimes committed by China-based businessman Neville Roy Singham, a U.S. citizen, and his connections to left-wing activist groups.

The Department of Justice, authorized by acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, launched a federal grand jury probe into the tech tycoon to investigate alleged wire fraud, bank fraud and money laundering within his financial network.

Prosecutors are examining the flow of hundreds of millions of dollars that Mr. Singham allegedly funneled from Shanghai into the U.S. through defunct shell corporations and a Goldman Sachs philanthropy fund.

The funds were allegedly distributed to a constellation of nonprofits, media operations and activist groups, such as CodePink, co-founded by Mr. Singham's wife, and the Party for Socialism and Liberation, that lawmakers and critics accuse of pushing Chinese Communist Party propaganda and sectarian division.

"Neville Singham is a traitor to our country. He has ties to the CCP," Sen. Jim Banks, Indiana Republican, told Fox News Digital. "He is an American citizen, but all of his loyalties lie with the Chinese Communist Party. And when you begin to untangle the web of his massive fortune and his philanthropic activities, the money that he sends to left-wing groups in America, and not just groups that espouse ideologies, but espouse violence."

Mr. Singham has said that he does not work for the CCP, but numerous investigations have tied his funding to organizations that support the party.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent previously traveled to New York City for a meeting with Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon, who reportedly received a warning from Mr. Bessent that his bank could face scrutiny for alleged conspiracy by funneling Mr. Singham's money.

Mr. Solomon reportedly agreed to cooperate with the Justice Department's probe.

...

He is funneling millions of dollars to the Party for Socialism and Liberation, according to a report by the Bitcoin Policy Institute made public Tuesday -- the second in a series on Chinese influence against data centers.

Because China wants to dominate AI, Singham is paying far-left groups to agitate against AI. Now I don't love AI myself, but this is exactly like Vladimir Putin funding left-wing groups to protest fracking. The leftists paid to oppose these things are doing so as pawns of a malign foreign intelligence operation.

...

"For years, Roy Singham has abused the generous tax status awarded to tax exempt organizations to fund left wing chaos and violence in our country," the Missouri Republican said on social media Monday.

...

"Far-left NGOs are the means by which U.S. adversaries like communist China work to undermine our country," the Texas Republican told Fox News Digital. "Groups like CodePink, which Singham has funded, openly spew CCP propaganda. Their objective is to spark division, resentment and unrest."

>> BPD disorder doesn’t respond to meds, but it does respond to DBT and CBT therapy. The problem is finding a therapist who dispenses it with tough love on the side. My oldest has BPD, she is on the very functional side of it vs. the ones who murder (like the girl in Maternal Instinct, or Jodi Arias), thank goodness. Through enforcement of treatment from me, she is doing amazingly well. She also had a metamorphosis at 26 where things in her brain started to work pretty close to normally. This happens in quite a few people with BPD and no one really knows why. The brain is fascinating.
Posted by: Piper at July 02, 2026 02:15 PM (Wmg4n)

Your brain goes through two phases of wild proliferation of neuronal connections, followed by winnowing. There is the exploratory phase of trying things and seeing what works and what doesn't; once you've figured out the rules of childhood (or at least settled on habits), your brain culls the unused paths and detangles itself. Then puberty hits, a whole new set of social rules presents itself, and your brain reproliferates tangles until you figure out adulthood (or at least habituate). It takes longer for some than others.

George W. Bush took pride in not striking back.

Trump 2.0 is the first time the right has used the power of the state to strike back at political enemies who actually break laws in decades. Decades of Republican establishment fops making it base firmware that only Republicans get targeted by the DOJ unless Democrats okay an attack on another Democrat.

A grand number of problems in our contemporary nation stem not from lack of laws, but the paucity of law enforcement of existing laws. This is why Congress is best ignored.

So... pay someone like Roy Singham to run an op against US datacenters. If nothing else it slows down US development of AI infrastructure while China goes about stealing what it can and figuring out how to deploy it.

That's the frustrating part. Not much different than when the FBI (and I doubt it was JUST the FBI) went after La Cosa Nostra. Its largely the same.

Because a lot - A LOT - of what ultimately sank the Five Families was getting their money in LEGIT businesses squeezed. Which of course impacted their ability to conduct business off the books.

The FBI, and CIA, and DOJ, and purposely forgot how to do it. Why ? Because they don't want to.

They know - we all know at this point - when the riots will start. So its as easy as, and it really is, putting a team in place to arrest the delivery guy. And they can. They can arrest and detain you or I - right now - for a time.

Why do you do that ? To get the paperwork for the delivery. Better yet - if the guy is anything more than an anonymous driver - to get him to roll. And you work it up.

Our "Angels in Blue" don't want to.

"In 2019, Singham started a consulting business with partners in the publicity department of the Chinese Communist Party...

Singham, a socialist, is a benefactor of far-left causes, and an admirer of Maoism. According to The New York Times, he has provided significant funding for media outlets, organizations, and politicians around the world that promote pro-Chinese government propaganda." etc.

The antifa case in TX seems to indicate that the lowest levels of leftist organizations dedicated to agitation and chaos are filled with craven cowards who will give up their comrades for reduced sentences.

And they're all very open about what they're doing because they've long thought that they were untouchable.

Don't hate them. They are the ones with a specific problem in their life they cannot solve, so they come here to work it out on people not going through their shit. Of course - the people here are all going through their own shit, but with varying degrees of healthy handling.

Dragging people down into your muck is easy with the internet - but mysteriously never solves the problem that still will not leave you alone.

One theater professor I had mentioned that before Diane Downs got famous, she took classes at Western Oregon State College and she had taken a couple of his courses there. He said she was a horror to have in the classes because she would get other people, especially men, to start fighting, and she really disrupted the classes that way. It was her way of interacting I suppose, and surely she thought she was doing everyone a favor by letting them vent, and learn something important. Of course she was a total sociopath who had no concern other than her own self, and was incredibly good at manipulating other people. Very smart, very high in verbal ability, total psycho.

It makes you wonder what skeletons he has that he wishes to keep from public view, and how China came to possess that knowledge.

Or his success could be prefaced by Chinese invovlement and that made it possible. I've heard stories about the underground vault in Beijing where foreign parties are taken into a room filled with huge safety deposit boxes that have bronze placques with their names and the contents inside each is theirs if they cooperate.

Or, maybe Singham is just an idiot with no values or common sense.

In southern California along the border, the Chinese used rotating cheap motels as birthing centers. BUT, the mother and child would leave upon giving birth and return to China, where the child would eventually be groomed to operate on the CCP's behalf. Once they reached an age allowing them to travel to the US independently, they would arrive and immediately proceed with their assigned field. THIS, is how most of the corporate espionage is done by the CCP. They're innovate approach to technology and other industries is basically stagnant as a by-product of Chinese culture (Communism)...so they rely on placement, theft and application. Russia does this as well, and got nailed by law enforcement back in 2010. If China is using local girls, the child cannot return to China for grooming.

And yet there is no lack of examples. Robert Owen was a wealthy Welsh industrialist who invented the first wave of "socialism".

It's curious though, the first iteration of "socialism", which Marx later appropriated resembles a lot more of the politics of the liberals that I grew up with.

"Society's at fault". "If we fix society, first, we fix all our problems".

Owen thought he knew how to "fix society". And had the money to fund various communes in America in the 1820s that lived off Owen's wealth for a few years.

It seems to be this dynamic. Socialism/Marxism at its variants are about the government orchestrating people to "fix the Problem", if you're successful in life, it seems that you consider the next step as being the government and telling everybody what to do. "Elitism" is the obvious next step. Free Markets were just an effective vehicle to get you there. But with the way property distributes power, it's got to go.

That's a tried-and-true ChiCom SOP. Even for standard military intelligence gathering.

Back in the 90s, the ChiComs bought their first full aircraft carrier from Ukraine, but it couldn't be sold and transported as a military ship, so they had a Chinese pro basketball player buy it and ship it to Macao to be converted into a hotel and casino (which had been done with a couple of earlier Russian ships). They gave him a bunch of cash to do the buy, but since it was a carrier, the Turks wouldn't let it pass through the Bosphorus. It steamed in circles under tow in the Black Sea for something like 2 years until they worked out the issues.

So the ChiComs decided not to bother towing it to Macao, and it went up north to the Dalien shipyards for refurbishment. The b-ball player went bankrupt because the ChiComs screwed him and didn't pay him any more money to cover the towing.
