$585 billion to increase chip production, with a particular focus on doubling memory production within five years.

Though you will need to assemble it yourself.

It should come to about 2686 bytes and has full feature compatibility with classic Notepad.
The Redmagic Astra 2 is a large small tablet with a 2400x1504 185Hz OLED display. (Liliputing)

With its 9" screen it's really pushing the boundaries of a small tablet, but it's only about 20% heavier than the 7" Nexus 7.

It runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and has up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. Pricing in China starts at $780 for the base model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage and goes up from there.

The previous model - no longer available - started at $549, so it's gotten a lot more expensive.
The GPD Win Max 3 is a mini-laptop with, curiously enough, a 9" 2400x1504 OLED display. (Liliputing)

With a 165Hz refresh so it's the display used in the previous Redmagic Astra tablet.

Apart from that, it has up to a Ryzen 395 processor with 128GB of RAM, and M.2 2280 and 2230 slots for storage.

And a detachable 97Wh battery, which is a lot given its size.

14 And I had such a nice experience at the senior car center yesterday I had a Bible study on Ephesians ( which I enjoyed ) and then the Activities Director had invited me and several volunteers who do all kinds of programs there to a late luncheon, I finished up about half an hour
Too early so I walked around the building which is nicely landscaped As I turned a corner in the back I saw two spotted fawns eating grass. When the saw me they took off running in various directions. They are so funny -The way they dash off and jump. And it was very kind of the Activities Director to give us a luncheon and little gift bags as well

With any luck I'll find what I need in the first store.

I've a suspicion that the electricity usage is more leaning towards HVAC - cooling down the schools. And letting the sunlight in, with all its waves of radation, is the #1 cause of heat generation in the schools (and the world, for that matter).

Especially if, being good little serfs, they moved to CFLs, then to LED lighting, which is supposed to use less energy. On the plus side, LEDs do generate less heat.

91 That "TinyRetroPad" app is interesting as a concept - try to shrink the size while still being a full-fledged Windows app. But apparently it uses some sort of compression software, "Crinkler" (also a project on GitHub), to obtain that shrunken size in the EXE file. And there's warnings that Windows Defender complains about both; naturally, since compression is a type of obfuscation that malware usually does (the competent ones, anyways).

I'm also reminded of a recent surge in web malware from "AdShield". It tries to get around various adware blocks, AND the JavaScript that invokes it is a mess of obsfucated code that tries to add together strings of unicode values and then EXECs them. Just like malware. If you happen to have Dev Tools open to the Networking tab, it goes crazy sending messages to "HTML-LOAD" and similar servers, like it was the rest of the world pouring over the US borders during the Biden Empire.

Be careful with their ONN crap. Had a regular dvd player. Watched Bullitt. Replaced when no longer working with ONN player because $25. Wouldn't play Bullitt: no files. Correct area. Had trouble with a balky mouse freezing for no reason. It was ONN. Thought the HD was too full or RAM was high use. Nope. Replaced ONN mouse with Logitech: no problems since. Not gonna buy ONN stuff again.

For the 2000 fireworks, The scaffolding on the Washington Monument was a staging area for fireworks.

Bill Clinton was President for the Party December 31st 2000 in the US Mall. Any astronomer knows this party was a year early.

6 Jumbotron were installed down the Reflecting Pool. I was with my abundantly-provided black girlfriend at the end of the Reflecting Pool. Secret Service screening broke down by that time.

President Clinton was late. He had with him Sophia Loren and Lix Taylor, both without a lot of torso coverage on a cool night. He gave a forgettable speech.

The fireworks went off close to me on the Washington Monument repair scaffolding. For only 20 minutes.

Then the official party left, and there were more fireworks from a badge on the Potomac.

How do I access CA? How do I get the records displayed? Going through STN? Elon Musk couldn't finance that.

No, it's a long, long plodding search with Google Scholar and the databases from the publishers. I've gotten the citations from ACS, Elsevier, Wiley, Springer and a couple of others. The Royal Society of Chemistry is the last one I'm going to go through.

Then, whenever that's all done, I have to organize them all by keywords, which will have to be generated. And after that, I actually have to get them to read them. And there's going to be close to 8500 of them.

And that's just the journal articles. There's also patents, though that will be a one-day search. Even limiting them to US, EP and PCT, there will be an equivalent number. I feel like Sadak in Search of the Waters of Oblivion.
