Whistleblower Vindicated: Biden Officials Conspired to Violate Court Order Stating that "Transgender" Could Not be Classified as a Protected Categroy Under Title IX (Which Protects Women on the Basis of "Sex", Not "Gender Identification")

Plus: After this article, the worst transgenders-in-girls-sports story I've ever read. I didn't want to put it in the headline. It's a very vulgar sexual violation committed during a sport.

I'm sure Fake Tapper and CNN will be all over Biden's lies and corruption and defiance of lawful (and obvious, open-and-shut) court rulings.

High-ranking Biden administration officials conspired to violate a 2022 court order against their interpretation of Title IX as covering "gender identity" within the definition of "sex," and may have also tried to conceal those efforts through coercion and intimidation, according to a Department of Education report made public Wednesday after lengthy outside review.
The U.S. Office of Special Counsel told President Trump the department "fully substantiated the allegations" by whistleblower Timothy Mattson, who now leads the department's Office for Civil Rights' regional office in Kansas City, recommending sanctions against current and former officials and compensation for Mattson for the risk he took coming forward.
"OSC has reviewed the disclosure, agency reports, and whistleblower comments," and "determined that the reports contain the information required by statute and that the findings appear reasonable," the agency's chief counsel, Charles Baldis, told Trump in a four-page letter.
The Feb. 19 "supplemental" report, compelled by the Trump administration's OSC after President Biden's OSC dismissed Mattson's allegations a month before the presidential transition, repeatedly names then-OCR Director Catherine Lhamon as the key figure directing Mattson and others to continue enforcing the gender-identity guidance.
"OCR's leadership actively engaged in efforts to thwart at least one OCR regional office (Region VII) [Kansas City] from following the plain and unambiguous meaning of the order" by U.S. District Judge Charles Atchley, a Trump nominee, who blocked enforcement of the guidance in the states that sued the feds, the supplemental report says.
The order validated years of accusations that Lhamon's office, which she led in the Obama and Biden administrations as assistant secretary for civil rights, misrepresented nonbinding guidance as legally binding, threatening federal funding for K-12 schools and colleges that didn't bend the knee.
Days after Atchley's order, in a virtual meeting with Mattson, Lhamon "stated that she planned to disregard the advice provided by" her own general counsel and the Justice Department "in navigating OCR's response to the Injunction." (Biden's OSC claimed Mattson "misunderstands the scope of the Court's injunction.")

I haven't heard that phrase in years and it brings back a memory of a horrible fistfight where I nearly killed a guy. Not on purpose, just the way it ended up.

I was in a podunk bar in the Rockies, and I was wearing this 3/4 length Yves St. Laurent woolen great coat. Really nice piece of gear.

And what would you do? Trump did what he said he would do all along--remove Iran's nuclear abilities and that goes back over a decade. He did not promise, but too many people assumed, that we would do the whole Iraq regime replacement bugaloo again.

So his aim is to get the Iranian nuclear program shut down period. Not to restore the Shah or some other ruler to make the Middle East safe for democracy. If the Iranian people don't get rid of the IRGC, then they will be ruled by them but they won't have nukes or nuclear capability to threaten their neighbors.

To that end, he directed air strikes, a naval blockade, and the strictest sanctions with help from the Arab states, that Iran has ever faced. Their external money is frozen and they can't get more if they cannot sell their oil.

All of this at a very low cost in lives of American service members and higher gas prices.

A seventeen YO girl in our church wrestles against males in High School dual meets and good enough to beat some males. She is obviously fully aware that she is wrestling males and agrees to that situation. She of coarse wrestles in larger female-only tournaments where they can get enough girls from many schools.

She of coarse is made a better wrestler by competing with larger and stronger males. I don't (THINK) I would want to ban male/female matches if the girl fully agrees. OTOH, I don't think it's terribly fair to force a male wrestler to wrestle a girl and to possibly suffer the never-ending ribbing that would likely occur if he looses.

Going back almost 50 years we had a girl my age that had wrestled in grades 4-8 against other girls (wrestling is big in Pennsylvania) but it topped out at grade 8. She wanted to wrestle in high school, caused a little circus, but in the end (IIRC) she joined our practice meets for a season or so and went on distant tournaments where they could scrape enough females. It was a little odd in the first few weeks but she was so taped up on the top side that it wasn't much a factor.

Back in the day, I studied martial arts (tae kwon do) and my master's daughter was about the same age as me. She would spar me -- full contact -- to help get her ready for competitions. I was much bigger and stronger than her. The idea was to practice against me, and then have it easy in the competitions against other girls. It worked.

I was supposed to fight her hard, but I never had the balls to do that. I would have killed her. But I did fight her harder than a girl would have.

And yes, she was a korean smokeshow.

A lot of people here and elsewhere are sullen because of gas prices I suppose.

It isn't US casualties, nor really even US forces abroad which was a constant from 2001-2021 in the Middle East. Some argue it is a distraction but in reality, show where Trump could get more of his domestic agenda passed or through courts than he already is doing. Border wall is nearly completion, trade is being reorganized, oil is present and US oil, gas, even nuclear and coal are being revived, we are pulling troops out of Germany, took care of Venezuela, deterred China from Taiwan, and are slowly fixing our domestic employment into jobs for Americans, not invaders. Plus the public fisc has been revealed that at least half of our deficit if not more is outright fraud which is being cut.

I have never seen this sort of accomplishments in any modern US presidency since perhaps FDR in totally reorganizing the US and its foreign policy. Even Reagan does not come close and he squibbed badly on immigration and Iran.

276 That ribbing was pretty painful but years later the "you let me win didn't you?" conversations were fun. Especially the two "rematches" I got in high school. I'm still friends with some of them all these 45 years later.
I just couldn't bring myself to go full force with a women in combat. It just didn't feel right to do so. I could have won any one of them but chose not to. Coaches were always pissed at me. I was almost unbeaten with males but 0% with females.
Actually this line of thinking makes me sad. Dude in my weight range I had to wrestle a lot got killed on the senior trip.

Historically that does not work out very well. It is easier to deal with a bad government in Iran than anarchy because the anarchy invariably spills over borders into Pakistan, the other Gulf States, etc.

If pushed, I think Trump is more likely to destroy Kharg Island and the eastern Iranian oil fields than destroying the civil infrastructure. That lets the populace live but leaving both the IRGC and the people of Iran in abject poverty. Oil revenues ARE the Iranian economy which is the problem with rentier states.

The untold story is that core inflation is .2 percent last month. That is a 2.4 annual inflation rate without gas. And that unlike previous oil price crunches, this money is staying here to encourage even more production, reducing our trade deficit, and new fields are likely to come online because of the higher prices. It is also causing the end of the Green Nude Eel crap even in Euroland--they can't afford it anymore and now ironically rely on us for Natural Gas imports to keep the lights on.

In spades for California where they pushed refinery shutdowns by stupid and evil designs to raise gas prices by scarcity. But you never seem to see them bitch about their own state governments and rapacious taxation--instead it is Trump's fault.

283 172 I think Trump is just flailing. I think his Generals and spy chieftain told him if we boot in the door, the populace will rise up and the whole rotten edifice will come tumbling down.

I think there was very little by way of a Plan B, and when none of that materialized, he's now stuck trying to figure out what the hell can be done short of a ground invasion, and not coming to a satisfactory answer. Hence the constant vacillation.

I just hope he settles on something soon. "Annihilate their entire civil infrastructure and bug out" is my preferred answer, but whatever ends this is fine.

My worry is that he's being strung along by these dopes in the Pentagon and Langley until they can get a nice big land invasion for us to lose.

Exactly. Onlyna few months ago there was much crowing about wiping out the mullahs. Apparently not so much. I suspect if proprtional damage was done to American leaders, our country would've collapsed.
