21 Buffalo Named "Donald Trump" Spared From Islamic Sacrifice In Bangladesh

I'm calling shenanigans that this is even Islamic. Looks like tribal Bronze Age scapegoating to me, except with a water buffalo.
Islam has a completely different ritual, where they chuck stones at some pillar representing Satan.
There's sacrifice of cattle but those are not to represent unclean things they hate. It's to represent the taking of life necessary to sustain the people. (Like kosher butchery possibly, a Jewish 'ron might help here)
tl;dr a lot of subcontinental "Islam" is a thin veneer over tribal practices usually awful and inbred.

FBI Arrests CIA Official With $40 Million in Gold Bars
May 27, 2026 at 5:23 pm EDT By Taegan Goddard
New York Times: “A senior C.I.A. official was arrested last week after investigators found hundreds of gold bars worth over $40 million stashed in his Virginia residence, a small fortune that he apparently brought home from work, according to court papers.”

“The official, David Rush, is being held in jail while he awaits a detention hearing in the coming days on charges of stealing public money by filling out fraudulent time sheets. The charging documents filed in Alexandria, Va., still leave a lot unanswered about his recent conduct.”

The DFL is profoundly shaken and devastated by the horrific shooting today at the Canterbury Park Expo Center. This senseless act of violence occurred during a sacred prayer service — a time meant for peace, reflection, and community — leaving one person fatally wounded. Our hearts are with the victim, their family, and the entire community traumatized by this tragedy.

We stand in absolute solidarity with Minnesota’s Muslim community during this dark hour. This attack is part of a deeply alarming national rise in threats and violence targeting mosques and other religious institutions. We stand in solidarity against this violence and remain committed to ensuring the safety of all Minnesotans.

Yep, the current big barge is named the Pegasus, and is what transports the SLS to the Cape. They've done this since the Apollo days, to the Shuttle, and to now.

The Saturn V transporting was a complicated thing. The SI-C (first stage) was built in Michoud. Now, the S-II and S-IVBs were made in California. The S-IVB (third stage) could be transported by air with that giant Supper Guppy. But not the S-II. That had to go the long way around down through the Panama Canal and back up the Gulf Coast. They had some special Navy vessel which did that.

Those huge stages were way too big for land transport across the country.

178 I believe the reason Talarico's gone under the radar so far (even though I and people in Texas paying attention have been saying this ever since he won the primary) is the GOP-e and Uniparty Republicans wanted to make Texans vote for Cornyn so they bought all the way in to the storyline "Ohh, Talarico is a moderate, Talarico is the one to turn Texas blue!!!"

What total bullshit. And just a reminder, as if anyone doesn't already know; all of the legal harassment of Paxton in Texas did not come from the Left or from Democrats (although they certainly enjoyed the spectacle) - all of the attacks against him have come from the Bush Family Machine and the GOP-e in Texas. And Cornyn was a card carrying member of that bunch.

179 Last week James Talarico announced that he HAS a girlfriend, and has for years, but you'll never meet her, she goes to another school.

@amuse
TEXAS SENATE RACE: Ken Paxton won 252 counties out of 254 with Cornyn only winning Travis County (Austin) and tiny Kenedy County (winning just 6 out of 8 votes). Cornyn and the Senate Republicans spent more money on this campaign than any other Senate campaign in history and lost by double digits. Imagine what the GOP could have done with that money in the 12 House toss-up seats. Embarrassing hubris on display in Texas - shame on you Cornyn, shame on you Thune.
9:01 AM · May 27, 2026

Politico (2022): Biden, in fact, also sees Cornyn as critical; the senator’s staff is in touch with the White House on guns and Biden recently described the Texan as a “rational Republican.”
“People are going to say what they’re going to say,” Cornyn said. “But I’m happy to be part of the coalition of the rational.”

Per Swimming Pool Steve, the blue color President Trump picked is "going to very likely be a more sharp and accurate reflection versus the original gray color... What you’re going to see is a higher contrast to the light of the sky and clouds.”
