Every time I see Duffy I rember that M-TV show he was on with his eventual wife, and some loser named "Puck" who encapsulated today's Democrats. America250 road trip.
That seems to be the Ds new ploy, to paint everyone in the Trump administration as "corrupt" in some way. America 250 was about drumming up support for making America's 250th celebration the single largest day of charitable giving in U.S. history. They also want to synchronize the celebrations, to make it one big block party from sea to shining sea. It is mostly being paid for by corporate sponsors. Sean Duffy's part of this was attending portions of the "Great America Road Trip". The idea was to drive across the country in American made vehicles, from all manufacturers. Thta's the whole fucking story. Duffy didn't get paid a dime for his time, or the promotion. He literally filmed himself driving an American made card across the country for a few days. "You have everyday Americans who are struggling with the price of gas, struggling with the costs of everyday items, and you have the cabinet secretary announcing that he is going on a trip with his entire family, which appears to have been funded by the industries that his department is overseeing,"
By "funded" they mean the companies paid for the gas and provided the car. That's fucking it. And he doesn't get to keep the car, just drive it a few days, with his wife, nine kids, and a camera. "If he's saying that this is a work project or that he did work on the project, then taxpayer funds should be paying for it," he adds. "And if it's a vacation or some kind of personal trip, then certainly industry should not be paying for it." The government pays his fucking SALARY. This is promoting American cars - he's the sec of transportation. Ethics and budget officials approved his participation and travel "in accordance with federal rules." Sean Duffy is great, but to be honest, I'm kinda OD'ing on the Duffy clan. First, he had the show with Dagen McDowell and Rachel gets a gig on F&F weekends. Then the daughter, Evita, starts contributing on Fox and Newsmax, and Dan Bongino adds her to his podcast. Rachel is given a new Spanish language show on Fox Nation. Sean becomes Sec of Transp. That's good. Then the whole family takes a road trip, and Rachel writes a book on patriotism.
