Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | The Fairfax County, VA Soros Prosecutor Is Grilled by Congress for Making Charging Decisions Based on a Criminal's Immigration Status -- Letting Illegals Off on Light Charges So They Don't Get DeportedThis guy is a literal menace to public safety. He was summoned to Congress because he has openly proclaimed that he discriminates against American citizens in his charging decisions, letting illegal alien criminals off with minor charges or none at all. That's a euphemistic way to say: When Harmeet Dhillon opened a civil rights investigation into his discriminatory charging practices, he deleted the statement about it on the website, to hide the evidence. Good Lord. No wonder they're flocking to his jurisdiction to do their murders and child rapes. Except he doesn't. This is perjury. When asked about the promises he made during his campaign to let illegal aliens off with light charges or no charges at all, he claimed he was just joshin' and no one would take campaign promises seriously. Except... that he actually honored this promise, letting one dangerous illegal alien felon off after another. Some clips below. One clip shows Descano claiming that his key campaign promise was and is a lie. His supporters in the room gasp at this claim. He needs to go to prison.
Jason Miyares, former Republican Virginia AG until they voted in the guy who called for the murder of a Republican rival's children, explained something I didn't know. You know how the left keeps demanding that ICE get "federal judicial warrants" to arrest illegal aliens who commit state crimes? That's legally impossible -- no one can get a federal judicial warrant to make an arrest for a state crime. Federal arrest warrants are for federal crimes only. So they're just straight-up lying to the public -- what they want is 'no arrests of illegals for deportation at all," but they don't want to admit that to swing voters, so they pretend they're in favor of a "middle ground position" that is legally impossible. I don't know if the "Leaders" understand this or not, but if this kind of malicious dereliction continues, vigilante justice will not be limited to the street thug. It will escalate to those who enable the street thug.
It's almost like citizens considering and reimagining the legal system like a mafia. Yeah, your criminal street thugs are the flunkies that do the most direct action, but to stop the rot, you have to climb the ladder to get to the leadership. Abandoning the victims and treating them like expendable sh*t is going to force them to interpret the official, State leadership as mob actors and legitimate targets. For Justice. Because Law has become an ass. This is a very dangerous game Mr. Prosecutor is playing. He's setting up an almost inevitable environment. Sheriff Stacey Kincaid has redefined law enforcement to mean selective enforcement. I sort think she sees herself as an illegal alien super hero.
When you see a woman heading up a police or fire department, it is virtually guaranteed that she got her job because she is woke and utterly unqualified for the job. Sorry, but its true. Posted by: Cicero (@cicero43) at May 14, 2026 07:21 PM (guGkK) 101

Local police and sheriffs have all kinds of DEI boondoggles going on. From handing out school supplies, child car seats, free narcan, candy at Halloween and Easter and other kinds of "giveaways" to baby mamas and the issue of their loins pretending to be "community" policing but really just fleecing tax dollars and justifying their phony baloney LE jobs. Check your local LE and you may be shocked at what they are up to and who they hire.

There needs to be a decisive remedy for this phenomenon, and soon.
Our laws, the Constitution etc., are not a Smorgasbord. You don’t get to pick and choose what laws you like or don’t like. You took an oath upon assumption of office. If you don’t want to perform your responsibilities in a faithful and diligent manner (that’s what you expected to do, and are paid to do) Find another line of work. I actually have one and if it were not for the fan stopping I probably would have used it instead. But having popped laptops open in the past and messed with the guts inside, its not worth it. They never quite go together the same way away and its too easy to bust super fragile components, even if you can get them back together again properly. So can we amend civil rights laws so that elected officials subject to civil and criminal penalties will have their campaign statements received (when relevant) as prima facia evidence of intent and action?
Then elected officials have to offer rebuttal evidence in a court of law that they lied or else broke their campaign promises. I had to type it out but now it looks pretty feeble. I guess that’s why the guy who says nothing will happen always says nothing will happen. Posted by: Jack Squat Bupkis at May 14, 2026 07:44 PM (jYRYu) 146
