Democrat Whistleblower Claims that Adam Schiff Ordered His Staff to Illegally Leak Classified Information In Order to Rig an Indictment Against Trump

Adam Schiff, I assume, has been quizzed about this before.

And I assume he lied to federal investigators when he was asked.

That's obstruction of justice.

🚨 ADAM SCHIFF'S FELONY CONFESSED BY HIS OWN DEMOCRATIC STAFF: Leaked Classified Secrets to Frame Trump -- 10+ Years in Prison or Just Another Swamp Pass?

Declassified FBI 302s -- released by Director Kash Patel -- expose a Democratic whistleblower (a 10+ year House Intelligence Committee veteran) who warned agents in 2017 and 2023: then-Rep. Schiff convened staff and explicitly authorized leaks of classified intelligence derogatory to President Trump. The explicit aim? To manufacture material "to indict" a sitting President during the now-discredited Russiagate probe.

This was no rogue staffer. It was the ranking member -- later chairman -- of the very committee entrusted with our nation's most sensitive secrets, plotting in open conference to weaponize them against the Executive Branch. A fellow Democrat called it "illegal, unethical, and treasonous."

Professor Jonathan Turley captured the constitutional horror: "a truly chilling account... perfectly moronic to commit such a felony with a planning conference meeting with staff." Under 18 U.S.C. § 798, unauthorized disclosure of classified information carries up to 10 years or more per count. "Someone," Turley rightly declared, "is a felon."

The Framers designed the Intelligence Committee to defend the Republic from foreign threats and domestic overreach -- not to serve as a partisan Star Chamber. Schiff's alleged scheme was not oversight; it was subversion, the precise factional cancer the Constitution was written to excise. While he sermonized about "threats to democracy," he allegedly orchestrated one from within its most sensitive chamber.

President Trump has torn back the curtain. The rule of law is not optional. Equal justice is not partisan. The same statutes that bind the rest of us must now bind the self-anointed high priest of the Russia hoax.

America is watching. History is recording. Accountability cannot wait.

This researcher says that Eric Swalwell was part of the illegal leaking conspiracy as well:

=======

The main issue is getting indictments, actually. Grand juries in DC just throw everything out.

Once they actually go to trial, this DOJ actually has a pretty good record. Unless some judge in Minnesota says that the jury got it wrong and no punishment.

But this is North Florida, not Minnesota or DC.

I wouldn't be surprised that Schifffff will scream that the FBI 302s are unreliable perjury traps. Because they are. They're antiquated forms based exclusively on an agent's written notes, with MANDATORY bans on video or audio recording witness/suspect interviews, according to FBI guidelines.

If he gets the Swamp Ass, I'd love to see it cited to FINALLY get the FBI JBTs to use proper audio/video recordings in their cases and take away this most pernicious means of gleefully wiping their ass with The Constitution.

That reminds me...

I remember during COVIDmania when the government mandated people take the clot shot to "stop the spread" because you didn't want to kill granny.

And then a little while later the FNM/government started claiming that NO ONE ever said the clot shot stopped or even slowed the spread it was just to make you got less sick when you did get COVID

BUT

They still left in the rules requiring people to get the clot shot on the grounds that it would stop the spread.

Comparing levels of Democrat perfidy is like choosing shades of off white paint. I mean, eggshell, moonbeam or bisque, who knows.

The biggest thing the Left got out of Obama was weaponizing blacks and inventing a race war whole cloth. The effect on our culture has been brutal. But then look at the "me too" stuff - the engineered male female divide has sucked too. So now we got both.

As for the difference between the Obama Commies and the Clinton Commies it would SEEM the Obama ones are worse. Also they had someone purportedly likeable with Obama where no one on earth likes or respects that cunt.

Official campaign? No. But he went around the country, touring as a candidate, and raised campaign money through a PAC. I'm sure a hefty chunk of that money ended up in the pockets of whores and half-whores.

But they don't.

Just fuckery all around.

The priest is dying, and calls Schiff and Swalwell to his bedside. They both say how honored they are that he called them. He responded that Jesus died between two thieves, and he wanted to do the same.

Nanzi must also be proud, partially. Both Shifty and Swallowell are attack-dogs she picked, mentored, and set-loose on Trump and everyone who voted for him. She almost got what she wanted out of them. Almost. Trump is back in the White House and seeking justice and revenge. Nanzi will not be tarnished; she is a Made Democrat. Yet I enjoy thinking how red hot angry she must be every minute of every day, about her and her attack-dogs' failure to finish-off Trump.

She really stepped on her own tit picking those to dicks.

They don't have a template for case captions? One that would already have the state's properly spelled name already in it?

______

Of course. And spell-check too. But these are the dumbest people on earth.

But ... true story: I was a baby lawyer at one of the most prestigious Big Firms in the country if not the world. Big case, billions at stake. It involved litigation against an entity with "public" in the title.

The associates more senior than me drafted a legal brief. Partners reviewed it. I happened to be in the partner's office at the time. I was involved in the case but not that brief. Partner says "Elric the Blade, we're about to file this brief, why don't you take a look."

After reading like two pages, I said "umm ... the brief says 'pubic' instead of 'public' ...." Yuge save.

So anyone can fuck up. But spellcheck woulda caught the "Virginia" misspellings. It didn't catch 'pubic' bc that's a word.
