The Morning Rant

punk-monkey.jpg

When supposedly conservative organizations reach a certain size, they begin that sad journey into wishy-washy bullsh*t language, so as not to attract the attention of the legal departments of their competition, or the libel attorneys working for the Democrat opposition.

Of course there is a different interpretation, and that is they are protecting their carefully cultivated access to the movers and shakers of the Corporate GOP apparatus, and the excellent cocktail parties they throw with the superb passed hors d'œuvres (especially the scallop with bacon!) and top-shelf bourbon.

Why else would The Federalist bury the obvious lead until the penultimate paragraph? They are minimizing the glaringly obvious conclusion that the Democrat talking points about lack of access to citizenship documents being a horror on par with genocide and puppy rape are absolute unmitigated lies, and the real issue is that the reason so many of their voters can't prove they are citizens is BECAUSE THEY AREN'T!

WaPo Admits Many Democrat Voters Can't Prove They're Citizens

Ayres and Slaughter estimate that Democrats are 13 percentage points “less likely than Republicans to hold qualifying registration documents” in New Mexico. And while Ayres and Slaughter estimate the passage of the SAVE America Act would only have “modest” consequences for the midterms because those currently registered to vote would be “unaffected,” “as more people would need to register after moving, changing their names or reaching voting age, this document shortfall could flip New Mexico to an electorate where Republicans have a 3.3-percentage-point advantage.”

They are buying into the nonsense that poor people and people of color and non-binary trans-women and downtrodden housewives simply can't get the vital documents to prove they are citizens. No...not "buying into," but purposefully obfuscating so their donors in the GOPe don't get too frustrated by the threats to their labor force...wetbacks and non-citizen guest workers, many of whom vote.

The correct headline should read:

WaPo Admits Many Democrat Voters Are Not Citizens

Everybody with a pulse and a few functioning neurons knows that's the case, but Conservative Inc. can't seem to admit it.

Rushing out articles debunking the Democrat lies about the difficulty of access to basic documentation is allowing the Democrat/Progressive cabal to control the narrative. The issue is not documentation access...it is that illegals are voting.

That's it. Nothing else matters.

The voter rolls have been wildly inflated for decades by design. Forcing people to provide ID in order to vote under one of the existing bogus entries will destroy A LOT of the fraud they've got going.

Nick Searcy had a post recently about how Angel is happy to work with leftists because they're happy to use the name and don't mind supporting them financially while the hard leftists, like Serkis, don't mind doing the work because they know that none of the people they actually know and work with will ever see it.

38 These people don't understand that they themselves are going to be the ones replaced by the illegals. The politicians, the talking heads on TV... all of them will be out of a job because the non-citizens get preferential treatment.

Not every illegal who comes here is all in for the free shit. Many are, but some have political aspirations. Take one Ilhan Omar for example. Or any of the Hispanic transplants who now dot Congress.

It's amusing when one of the proponents of illegal immigration in Congress gets stomped out of office by the very illegal they championed.

Pretty much. Our upper crust left and right go to the same schools, attend the same social events, share the same tastes, and that is to be pseudo aristocrats complete with privileges. But to do that in the US requires money, not having the right ancestors. So they use the right's money to get where they are and then sell out for generational wealth and access to the pseudo aristocracy.

The current 'woke' right podcasters are a perfect example--they view their audience as rubes to be fooled, tricked, and defrauded just like any other con man would.

After all, some of them did that gig for the real media back in the day and got paid for it, so why not repeat the con in a new arena.

Townhome sales in the Charlotte area.

https://is.gd/Deb6XZ

"Townhome sales plummeted nearly 14% compared to this time last year, while listings increased 18.9% to just over 2,000 in March."

"Charlotte’s overall home sales also saw one of the steepest slides in the country, falling 7.6% in March.

Part of that can be blamed on an unusually snowy February, pushing closings back."

"“We’ve also seen job growth slow down during the first few months of 2026 across most sectors except professional services,” McShane says. “That could be keeping some middle-income buyers on the sidelines.”"

I been sayin for a while. Deportations are going to be wide and deep and have huge effects.

And these globalist cloud people despise and hate the common people in their countries much more than they hate and despise their nominal political opponents like the Dems/Labour/Social Democrats etc.

I prefer not to have a civil war because the wrong assholes die--it is never the leaders nowadays that get their just deserts as they flit off to safe places and avoid leading from the front. The old real aristocracy, did not have that disadvantage, they were required to lead from the front (at least the males did).

I prefer Bukele's solution--mass incarceration of their pets until death do they part with prison. And these elites and their bootlickers should be impoverished and imprisoned on an wholesale basis using the very tools they used to oppress the people--NSA intercepts, financial intercepts, etc.

The evidence is there of clear betrayals of the people of the US (and most Western countries) because to coordinate these criminal actions, they must communicate and must be able to exchange money. That is the Achilles heel of the global society and any real conspiracy--the need to communicate and move money around.

Animal Farm was independently produced, shown to distributors, and no one bought it. Eventually, Angel Studios bought the distribution rights, probably at a cheap price because everyone else had passed.

It also probably has something to do with how Serkis is in Angel Studio's actual production coming out this year, Young Washington.

82 WSJ has an interesting analysis on Polymarket that shows that .1% of accounts get 67% of the profits.

There are two possible explanations for this:

1) Fraud - people betting with insider info or people using Polymarket to launder money

2) Someone has a bot net that locks for poorly bet scenarios and then just uses that: eg if one bet should be 60-40 but it is currently at 80-20 you come in and bet on the lower probability event.

Egg Foo Young?

None of the above.

Your answer will probably depend on where you live in the world. Those inside China would probably argue that none of those dishes resemble anything from a traditional Chinese menu.

But others might disagree.

For them, the idea of "western Chinese food" isn't an oxymoron, it's a genuine style of cuisine primarily developed by generations of Chinese immigrants to the United States.

Now, one restaurant in Shanghai is trying to bring American Chinese food back to China.

IT’S OFFICIAL: Mitch Sylvester has announced 301,620 signatures for the Alberta independence petition outside Elections Alberta’s office in Edmonton.

He called on the Premier to recognize this as a clear expression of the democratic will of Albertans and move forward with putting the question on the October 19, 2026 referendum ballot.

That there are no blues guitarists on that list is itself a travesty, given that the rock musicians "stole" a lot of their licks from the blues guys (which Clapton freely admits).

And what about Chuck Berry? Would "rock guitarist" even be a job category if he had not made flashy guitar playing a popular thing?

"John Lennon, Paul McCartney, and George Harrison traded guitar solos during the track "The End". I think there's a way to get it to SCOTUS, but if that happened, all the recent SCOTUS decisions about procedure on redistricting have just allowed the state's to have their way (it's why the CA and TX cases both bowed to the wills of the state governments).

There'd need to be some kind of new case brought to challenge it under Callais, if that's what you're thinking, and even then I think the new map actually would fit post-Gingles jurisprudence better than the old map. They actually broke up a couple of black districts to get the new map.

I am hoping slash imagining Trump has a long term plan and/or had a damn good reason to do all this. Best I can tell he is doing as much damage to the globalists and our enemies (BIRM) as he possibly can. They already showed what they were willing to do in his first term - basically steal his first AND second - if they were counting on him not taking chances because "midterms" they gravely miscalculated.

ACLU hates families and tries to destroy them supporting all sorts of deviance, kid grooming, rape, murder etc. by their pets.

All the ACLU is mad about is that their precious Dems might lose votes and thus power/money/grifting in Texas. Like the SPLC, NAACP, Amnesty Intl, etc., any good these NGOs did is long past, now they are a skinsuit for communists seeking power by any means.

Texas is trying to save brown people from the evils of the oligarchal and capitalist police state that is America.

Why isn't the ACLU celebrating how these immigrants will be able to leave and go to enlightened countries that have single payer healthcare?

241 I went thru tat process, not for a major change, but just to put someone on a ballot.

The rules vary for state to state, but can include:
1) each petition sheet may only contain names from the geographic area .. one name for outside, the sheet is dumped.

I only needed 3 sheets, had 4, but 2 got dumped. No Joy.

243 Long ago, when I moved from NY to CO, I discovered that the birth certificate I'd been using for everything, my entire life, wasn't my real BC (city-issued, not county or state) and wasn't accepted by the DMV. My real BC was sitting in some vault in Albany.

The very helpful DMV clerk (I know, wonders never cease) showed me how to get it. It took all of 10 days and 70 bucks to get it, and that's from the dysfunctional state of NY.

Beretta Holding and Ruger Agree to Partnership

by FRANK MINITER posted on May 4, 2026
NEWS, ARMED CITIZEN

Sturm, Ruger & Co., Inc. and Beretta Holding S.A. have announced a strategic cooperation agreement.
This collaboration began last year as a contentious disagreement between the two companies—as of last March, Beretta Holding S.A., the Luxembourg-based parent of the iconic Italian gunmaker Beretta, had amassed a 9.95 percent stake in Ruger.

The shared agreement will allow Beretta to increase its ownership of Ruger to up to 25 percent of the company’s outstanding shares (NYSE: RGR). According to the press release, the minimum partial tender offer price shall be $44.80 per share in cash.
Beretta had been promoting four individuals for seats on the Ruger board. But, according to this agreement, Beretta will “nominate up to two independent directors following the 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and regulatory approval.

Objection: Facts not in Evidence.

None of what you said represents statements by Trump. Neocons plan to invade and change the government internally, Trump is doing punitive expeditions to keep them from getting nukes.

That is what this is about-the Iranians were gloating that they had enough enriched uranium for 11 nukes and missiles to deliver them.

And they told us that in the negotiations after we went after their nuke program.

I'm afraid this is unavoidable. A lot of people do not take the long view or understand the broader picture. President Trump is singlehandedly administering correctives for 47+ years of disastrous American foreign policy toward Iran, 54+ years of the same toward China, and Cuba, and South America, as well as the utter lawlessness of the Obama and Biden administrations regarding illegal immigration among other things. The more advanced the disease the more painful the treatment. So there are people freaking out without understanding why we are where we are, and that corrections can bring short-term discomfort.

Not a fan of consolidation in industries--stifles innovation, makes companies more amenable to doing governmental bidding, etc.

Beretta was going after Ruger because growth in Euroland is stymied and they have had trouble doing much in the American markets.

263 If any US citizen is too screwed up to obtain a valid, State issued, photo ID; I do not want them to vote at all. No more mail in ballots except for the military.
Real, both party monitoring of the counting process.
Mandatory paper ballots.
All ballots are to be serialized, watermarked, and have a QR or barcode to eliminate mystery extra ballots.
All ballots must be accounted for.
And MOST IMPORTANTLY: Anybody caught voting illegally or otherwise tampering with the vote/talley gets a minimum of 10 years in federal prison - after the horrifying 2 weeks in the barrel.
