TSMC has shown off its roadmap through 2029 - heading towards 1.2nm chips. (Tom's Hardware)

That used to be not a lot. In fact, it probably wouldn't be possible if the numbers were still real, but they haven't been real for twenty years.
Meanwhile TeraFab, the SpaceX / Tesla joint venture in chipmaking, will be using Intel's 14A - 1.4nm - process. (Tom's Hardware)

Despite his budget alert being set to $7 per month and the hard limit on his account level being $1400. Google helpfully upgraded his limit and kept right on charging his credit card.
Cybersecurity firm Truffle Security Co. has already highlighted the risks associated with Google Cloud using a single API key format. These API keys were previously used as project identifiers, but when the Gemini API is activated on any Google Cloud project, these existing API keys become Gemini credentials - allowing anyone who can copy them to rack up AI bills. So... it's likely we'll see more horror stories of shocking API bills if Google doesn't update its Gemini policies.

The $10 billion is locked in; the purchase if it happens will come after the SpaceX IPO which is expected to see the company valued at $1.75 ~~billion~~ trillion - 35 times as much as Cursor.

The waiting list, alone, for newer ASDL lithography machines would take decades to fulfill for a new fab.

Instead TeraFab is going to buy one or two ASDL machines to do their own in-house iteration production and then source out the chip fab to others. Then TeraFab will do the packaging work and start putting out millions of needed chips, with faster updates.

It's the only practical way to get anything done with ASDL's monopoly standing in the way for everybody.

I suppose Elon could afford to build a competitor to ASDL, but it's not going to happen any time soon.

24 If Elon's dreams of AI data centers on land and in space along with the millions of Tesla Optimus robots he's planning on selling are going to happen, he needs SpaceX/Tesla to have their own steady supply of bespoke chips to handle it all.

He's usually got some crazy ideas that will never happen for a lot of his businesses, but TerraFab is a necessity they can't live without and still be able to have a reliable production schedule with reliable, cost-effective, chips in everything they make.

Apple should be taking notes, instead of relying on TSMC/Samsung in an uncertain future.

Could be blood pressure issues or reactions to medications causing dizziness, too.

My Dad got it really bad when they kept switching his meds around trying to take care of some blood clots.

Because a stay was granted in September of 2025 for Williams' original order that tried to effectively "undo" the Alligator Alcatraz facility. Once that stay was in place, there was no need to rush, and the wheels of justice could grind at their normal glacial pace. The outcome matched the stay, so no surprises.

91 I'm having 2 issues viewing aspects of Ace's website on my Samsung phone. (No, it isn't the "don't click on continued reading.") First, the video links posted above the fold in the Cafe won't play. The video does appear on screen, but I have to click on the 3 horizontal dots on the X video to embed the video to play it.

Second, the text on any thread is so small, I can't read it. I can pinch to enlarge, but it takes swiping right and left just to read a sentence. I've been to my settings many times and the zoom function seems to only effect other aspects of the phone.

Are these phone issues? Any tips on how to fix?

They appear to be site issues. I use the Samsung Browser on my phone to look at this site. Both Brave and Google give the small-text appearance.
