Ana Paulina Luna: It's Going to Get Worse for Eric Rapewell, and He Might Wind Up in Prison
PLUS: Another Drugging and Rape Allegation

We'll see.

Note that while I waved a yellow flag on him cavorting with a woman on a hotel bed, I now believe this video is real. No one has actually debunked it, and Luna says it's real and I believe her because she is scalding hot and her lips glimmer like the stars on a spring night.

Luna appeared on Fox News with Jesse Watters Monday night and warned that more damaging material about Swalwell would be coming within 24 hours, and she made clear that what she already knows is bad enough on its own.

"I do think that he has serious criminal problems on his hands, and I do think that he might end up in jail," Luna told Watters. "Not only did I receive forensic reporting showing that you know, that infamous video of him in the hotel room was indeed him -- it was not AI-generated -- but I'm also being told that... more stuff is going to be dropping in the next 24 hours, and that also potentially the individual that recorded that video in the hotel room was a female and she was underage," she claimed.

Underage? Well, Swalwell's problem just got so much worse.

That video at the link.

"I do think that he has serious criminal problems on his hands, and I do think that he might end up in jail." She concluded the segment by calling on the Manhattan DA to take a hard look at the criminal dimensions of the case.

Another woman has come forward to allege Rapewell drugged and then raped her.

I don't believe Gloria Alred or her daughter Lisa Bloom, but the woman, at least, sounds truthful. She says she went to a sexual assault center and reported the rape to the staff there.

Jonathan Turley had some choice rhetoric. He noted that Rapewell was the Democrat Party's "monster" they heavily promoted because he was soulless and sleazy and was eager to spread the defamations and lies that other Democrats blanched at. He noted that when Susan Collins complained of having received death threats, Rapewell mocked her. He also pointed out that Rapewell has been in the front of ever mob the Democrat Party has mobilized -- "He's never late to a mob."

People are asking more and more questions about Rapewell's "best friend" and vacation-partner Ruben Gallego -- who was possibly in that hotel room in the video.

Gallego claims he had "no clue," about the "double life" Rapewell was living, none at all!

But Gallego was more than Rapewell's best friend and vacation partner -- he was Rapewell's roommate.

Mike Lawler
@lawler4ny

Serious question, @SenRubenGallego:

During the time that you were roommates, are we to seriously believe that you didn't know or witness anything about the "double life" @RepSwalwell was living?

Anyone who's ever had a roommate knows there are no secrets there. And you also know that roommates choose each other for common interests and compatible proclivities.

George Santos says that Gallego is one of the worst diddlers on Capitol Hill:

George Santos
@Georgesantos

I will say this...

There is an AZ senator that needs to be looked into ASAP!

The rumors about him have alway been WILD... when I was in Congress it was the worst kept secret... he also happened to be my neighbor in the Longworth house office building, so my staff and I saw and heard plenty.

Ed Morrissey points out that this would not be the first time Gallego has been accused of some very bad behavior:

George Santos makes more accusations, including against... Nancy Mace?

Apparently the "cages" under the Capitol are used for secret sex.

George Santos
@Georgesantos

Apr 13

When I was in Congress I used to talk to Staff and reporters on the Hill a lot.

During that time I learned about the activities taking place in the "cages" which are the storage rooms in the basement of the House office buildings.

I reported it to House Admin Chair at the time Brian Steil and he did NOTHING.

But over the course of my time on Capitol Hill I learned a lot of members had Rumors and or allegations against them... now I'm not the sex police and never dug into it but to name a few rumors I heard about when I was there of members engaging in lewd or alleged sexual misconduct like behavior with staff or reporters:

Eric Swalwell D-CA
Tony Gonzalez R-TX
Max Miller R-OH
Dan Meuser R-PA
Matt Rosendale (former Rep) R-MT
Ruben Gallego D-AZ
Nancy Mace R-SC
Anthony DeEsposito (former Rep) R-NY
Mark Green (former Rep) R-TN
Lori Chavez (former Rep) R-OR
Ritchie Torres D-NY
Brian Steil R-WI
Cory Booker D-NJ
Bob Menendez (former senator) D-NJ

Santos has his own credibility problems, to be sure, but I'd look into his claims. And yeah I would be inclined to believe whatever sexual allegation someone makes against Nancy Mace.

Rapewell did not hide his extracurricular activities -- he had the protection of the Democrat Media Complex.

Until he jumped up above his station.

The blonde at the end of that video is something.

The guy who published the hotel video says he can do this to any Democrat he wants -- and threatens Ro Khanna in particular.

Martin Shkreli
@MartinShkreli

to all house dems, this can happen to you easily. imma tell you one time: don't fuck with me. @RoKhanna
you fucked with me. that's against the aforementioned rules. so you next.

everyone has a secret, a vice, a mistake. but not everyone has a determined enemy. tread carefully.

55 I understand how rape allegations come about when such allegations are politically convenient.

I do NOT understand how a raped woman with video evidence did NOT make criminal charges at the time!

IMO, trying to rape an 'ette would having a high likelihood of causing the rapist to be quickly perforated with many 9mm holes.

If someone did manage to rape an 'ette by drugging her first, then I would expect she would rain hell down upon the rapist in a court of law.

Do these Democrat victims just not have the strength of character of our 'ettes?

I truly do not understand. I know it would suck to "go through it again" in a court of law. But I imagine if I was raped and had PTSD, putting the bastard in jail would be the best solution to remove the fear.

123 I was a House staffer way back during the Tip O Neill era.

The Western front of the Capitol was undergoing repairs at the time as the original sandstone facing stones were crumbling. In the 'dungeon', there were storage rooms where all sorts of documents, and other miscellaneous rubbish went to die. They were hauling cartloads of this material so teh restoration crews could get to those areas. There were a few hideaways, particularly on the Senate side. I still have a few relics that I took from the garbage carts--Cannon's Procedures, A History of the US Constitution, an Annotated US Constitution from that restoration.

The storage cages were the largely vacant top floor of the Cannon House Office building in particular but I don't remember such in the Longworth nor would I have reason to go there. Pretty sure that Rayburn did not have those at that time. Both had storage rooms though.

The storage cages were for Congressional offices and were literal wire cages with a padlock that stored whatever the offices wanted. Very quiet, few if any people around on that floor even at the few woeful Congress critters that had offices up there--memory was those were at the front.

And in these cases, there were questionable decisions made - enough that any defense lawyer is going to take them and run and make you out to be the town whore. And it isn’t just defense attorneys doing their jobs. Your neighbors, people on line who don’t know you, your family, you will be on trial. There are a lot of similarities between those who have been sexually assaulted by someone they know and abused women in their reasons they don’t come forward. Add in this guy is in a high profile position, and he most assuredly told them just that, and promised you will be ruined and never work again.

In 2017, Shkreli was convicted in federal court on two counts of securities fraud and one count of conspiracy. He was sentenced to seven years in prison and up to $7.4 million in fines. In the civil antitrust case, Shkreli was fined a further $64.6 million to be repaid to victims. In May 2022, he was released early from the low-security federal prison in Allenwood, Pennsylvania.

This is severely limited or eliminated under states' rape shield laws, which tightly restrict or prevent the admission of a woman's sexual history as evidence in court, so the Lifetime Channel court dramas using the "the victim's a slut" defense don't hold water anymore. However, social and reputational damage are outside the scope.

A University of Oregon professor determined that a quarter of the women at U of O had been "sexually assaulted".

She defined things like unwanted kissing to be "sexual assault".

The problem was that most of those women didn't think that they had been sexually assaulted, so the professor concluded that more education was needed, so these women would realize that they had been sexually assaulted.

226 209 How else do you explain that 25% of women in college have been raped and the jails aren't filled with preppy college dudes who did all the raping?

A University of Oregon professor determined that a quarter of the women at U of O had been "sexually assaulted".

She defined things like unwanted kissing to be "sexual assault".

The problem was that most of those women didn't think that they had been sexually assaulted, so the professor concluded that more education was needed, so these women would realize that they had been sexually assaulted.
Posted by: The ARC of History! at April 14, 2026 01:58 PM (n1OCj)

The surveys the used watered down "sexual assault" so much as to be meaningless. Getting an unwanted bump in a crowded room could've been sexual assault. It's absurd and offensive to people who actually have been raped. Makes it into a propaganda point, a bumper sticker, and a reason to look at claims of "sexual assault" with extreme skepticism. These "One in Four" and "Take Back the Night" people set back the very cause they claim to champion.

Not really. If you actually put true statistics on criminality out, then the victimhood entitlement scam goes away.

I spent a lot of time researching the Federal (and state) Sentencing Guidelines at the turn of the 21st Century and it turns out that white male criminals get the worse sentences disproportionate to their representation as criminals. Black male criminality is bimodal, less punished in urban areas and punished on the levels of whites in suburbs and rural. Females of both races get lighter sentences compared with males on equally severe crimes and Hispanics/Asians males and females got lighter than usual sentences versus the severity of the charge probably due to trying to avoid them being deported.

From my outsider point of view, I've been told the only time the Pope's statements actually hold any weight is when he's speaking ex cathedra. Ex cathedra is not the issue.

The issue is that out of everything the Pope could be talking about, including literal genocide of Christians in Nigeria, he's spearheading a conversation about how the war with the Islamic Republic in Iran is not a just war. Nevermind the IR's long history of waging war on the West, it's apocalyptic language and threats on Christianity, or anything.

He could be talking about abortion. He could be talking about assisted suicide in Canada. Again, he could be talking about the literal genocide of Catholics and other Christians in Nigeria, while he's in Africa by the way. He's not doing that.

Instead, he's talking about how Islam is some kind of equal co-religion to his own Church while whitewashing Islam's millennia of butchery.

And it's transparently an effort to turn the Catholic vote, which went 56-44 in 2024 for the GOP, against Trump and the Republican Party.

Oh, and it's obvious he's butthurt that Catholic Charities has been cut off from billions of USAID money to resettle refugees in America.

However, social and reputational damage are outside the scope.
Posted by: In court is one thing, outside

Understood, but a lot happens before you get to court, and typically, the night in question is enough - do not pretend a defense lawyer isn’t going to go after behavior that night. Not only that, the trial is only one component of a lot - making the complaint, the investigation, all the other things I noted. I am not a lawyer, but when I went through my experience, I channeled my anger into helping others so I did a lot of volunteer work at a crisis shelter. The stories are terrible.

That said, I will not sit here and tell you no woman will lie about this stuff. There is certainly rewriting of history when you feel the sting of regret in the morning, and those women are disgusting, because they cast doubt on the women who actually are assaulted.

Not anymore. The youngest tells us he and his buds purposely steer away. "Ladies nights" at college area joints are gone

294 Of course she's full of shit. They all are. These dudes are all gross pervs with galloping dicks. And the Party gallops behind those dicks paying money to keep these women silent, but also to gather/buy compromising evidence/testimony. Even evidence as flimsy as this lady's "journal entries," against the day when they may needed.

Today is that day for King Fart.

296 With this underage stuff, it was possibly? different in the 1970's. I'd skipped my junior year of HS due to federal bussing me out of the HS where I had just been elected cheerleader. It sucked and I have disliked the federal government since. I started my freshman/woman/trans year barely 17yrs old. Community college across the street from our HS.

We had to meet individually with our American History teacher fall semester. He was young, about 30yrs old. He talked to me for awhile then brought in another young history teacher the same age (I think both were married). My teacher told him I was 17yrs old and they both shook their heads, sort of sad or something...regretful, not saying anything else. Little did they know that I would have murdered or maimed before I spoke to my father or the dean of students if there was any monkey bidness.

Being an innocent I had no idea what that was about, but I guess many decades later I get it and just remembered wondering what that was about.

I made an A in the class and not because I hung out with the instructor or got "extra credit."

301 291 > He's using his position to influence American politics, protecting Islam, instead of protecting his own flock

Sure, but you can make the exact same argument about any public figure. They SHOULD use their position for positive influence. I agree.

Catholics are a big group, and the Pope is the present leader (on Earth). But it's a placeholder position that is largely irrelevant. I contend Catholics mostly ignore the Pope.

Posted by: bonhomme at April 14, 2026 02:19 PM (mkw2N)

=======

We mostly do. If we didn't, Francis would have done a lot more damage.

But that doesn't negate the fact that Leo is trying to use his influence in ways that are antithetical to the leader of the largest Christian denomination in the world for base reasons.

It should be highlighted, talked about, and denounced heavily and regularly to show that the Catholic leadership does not have its own flock's interests at heart.

304 278- yes, exactly- the casting couch analogy perfectly fits my meaning. I certainly respect Piper’s statement, and, as a father of four daughters, agree with it to a point. But for at least some, I think this was an agreed quid pro quo, trading in different currency.

305 I heard something once in the political arena and I do believe it’s true and it makes sense in this case. That the political machine only allows you and supports you to get to these positions of power if they know you are corrupted or they know you will be easily corrupted.
On top of that most of them are perverts to start with

I'm a very new convert and don't pay a bit of attention to Leo.

For the heck of it I read the liberal Catholic newsletter and there was a recent story by a demented former priest hating on Trump. I would like to send an opposing letter but I won't pick on a near blind elderly man who had a stroke and is seething with anger. Not worth the price of a stamp.

307 Pretty much. Guy is dumped on by women and men. Same with female teachers screwing their male underage pupils. Basic argument that men cannot get raped because of erection.

308 Swalwell is clearly an immoral, scumbag, sociopath, but, all these women coming forward (not the yacht whores- whores are whores, honest work) but the ones who continued to work for him, advanced in position and power, and now, at the party’s convenience, throw him under the bus- are they not just as morally culpable?

309 183 So I have a question; if its always wrong and little more than rape to have sex with a drunk girl because she has no judgement... is the guy also being raped if he is drunk or is he always without exception a predator and able to make wise choices even though he's stewed?
Posted by: Christopher R Taylor at April 14, 2026 01:51 PM (El6/E)

Because Title IV says so. The college boy can have texts from the girl saying to come to her room for sex. She thinks this means love/marriage. He does not date her anymore. She claims rape.

This has happened in the past and I read the texts. Both had been drinking. The boy was expelled and expected to register as a sexual predator the rest of his life. I think he fought it but am unsure. The girl was never questioned about consent.

Due to mainly the fact they were drinking was his doom card. The texts proving him innocent did not matter.
