Posted by: Gmac-WTF did you think was going to happen? at April 08, 2026 05:03 AM (Q/FnY) ----------- On my 32nd birthday, I started counting it in hexadecimal (base 16) -- so I was "hex 20." That makes you "hex 47" today ... congratulations! I'll turn "hex 41" in four months and be forced to sign up for Medicare ... which is better than the past 16 years ("hex 10") the wifey and I have had no medical insurance -- refusing to participate in DeathCare (and thank God we're both healthy). VDH writes,
Their obsessions with the low side of 30/70 issues had especially alienated Democrats from white middle- and working-class voters. Yet middle-class whites still comprise about 40–50 percent of the population and are perhaps overrepresented in voter turnout. Democrats realize that their fixations on biological males competing in women’s sports, open borders and millions of illegal entries, radical green agendas, DEI-driven racial essentialism, and massive government entitlements rife with fraud have alienated the middle classes in general and white middle- and working-class voters in particular. =============== Their solution is "more Spanberger". If voters don't like Democrat policies it's the voters who are wrong. So, don't change policies, just lie to get elected and then revert to radical marxism. MAZE is out with another flashback video, this one showing Newsom talking to youth offenders in San Quentin prison and relating to them as a blonde lady who accidentally killed her sister with a golf cart back in 1981. She said the incident was a situation of “wrong place, wrong time,” adding that she wasn’t punished “because clearly it was an accident, but their's was probably an accident, too.”
===== I've never seen this video before. But it goes far explaining the leftist mindset. Convicted criminals are innocent victims you see, there by happenstance and bad luck. The left sees no reason at all these people should be isolated and kept from decent society. They are incapable of separating right from wrong. I coulda told ya that. AI mode sucks dong. I just immediately press the X and start sifting through links. Gotta weed out the trash using human intelligence, but once you find a legit link you have at least some confidence the info is correct.
In my experience it's always with fast safer than asking ALie the same question phrased 3-4 different ways, getting 3-4 different "answers," and averaging them into something you hope approximates the "truth." One thing that helps with Google ALie Mode is having background knowledge of your own - frequently, the lies are so off the wall, over the top stupid that you can immediately weed out the "answer." But even people just a touch younger than me have little knowledge of anything because they were already relying on Google to handle about 80% of their cognition before AI came along. Another generation and people will be telling each George Washington played for the 76ers and invented cherries, and nobody will be the wiser.
