Trans Illegal Alien Rapes 14-Year-Old Boy, Gets Sweetheart Deal for No Jail Time from Soros DA who Persecuted Trump (and of course Probably Won't Even Be Deported)

Why won't you let him breathe, Bigot?

An illegal trans immigrant admitted Tuesday to molesting a 14-year-old boy inside the bathroom of a Manhattan bodega last year -- but won't have to do any more time behind bars.
Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez, a 31-year-old Colombian immigrant who was born male, pleaded guilty to second-degree rape in Manhattan Supreme Court for sexually assaulting the teen in East Harlem last year and was promised a sentence of just six months -- which has already been served.

That is, he was held in jail pre-trial, and the judge sentenced him to "time served" already -- meaning, he waltzes out of the courtroom, free to rape another child.

That means the creep will be free to go at sentencing on April 27 -- unless federal immigration agents are there to slap on the cuffs again to deport them.

And of course the Soros DA will attempt to hide him from ICE.

The Manhattan District Attorney's Office said the resolution was reached in close consultation with the victim's family, sparing the teenager from having to testify to both the grand jury and over several days at trial.
"We expect the defendant to remain detained and be deported following sentencing, due to the felony conviction," a spokesperson for the DA's Office said in a statement.

We'll see.

So this is one of those Mostly Peaceful illegal aliens who didn't commit any crimes before raping a child.

Well, he committed a whole bunch of "non-violent" crimes, but illegal aliens are allowed to commit those, right?

Suarez, who was already wanted in Massachusetts on robbery, prostitution, and weapons charges, followed the teenager into a bodega across the street from Thomas Jefferson Park on Feb. 11, 2025, and raped him, according to prosecutors.

Robbery is theft by force or coercion -- mugging with a gun, for example --and I imagine the gun charges are related to the robbery.

But non-violent, I'm sure.

Maybe it wasn't "rape-rape"...?

The young victim flagged down bystanders after the attack. Suarez was arrested the next day and charged.
Officials at US Immigration and Customs Enforcement later obtained a detainer to take the sex fiend into custody for deportation once the criminal case is done.
"This creep should've never been released into our country," Tricia McLaughlin, then-Department of Homeland Security assistant secretary, said in a statement after the arrest.

It's unbelievable. And if you think the Soros DA will honor that detainer, you're a more trusting soul than I am.

Her body was discovered by the oldest, then a young teen.
By the time he came to trial, she was 16, and next sib 14.
They very much wanted to testify, because they knew that someday he would come after them if he ever had a chance.
The Soros CA refused to let them speak on the grounds of that fake compassion (this while she was prosecuting the dad of the trans-raped girl), and the family who adopted the kids had to go to court on their behalf, at their request, to secure their right to testify.
These are the people, the Soros tools, who need to summarily meet a lamppost or woodchipper.

This assumes there is such a thing as "trans" which has an ever-changing definition based entirely on the subjective needs of the person claiming the status. The only time I ever felt apprehension doing a dive, was hanging on the anchor line doing decompression stops at night. I could almost hear the Jaws theme going through my mind.

Lemme make the best case against vigilantism, and not based on a Christian code that says vengeance is for the Lord, but more on the practical aspects of not getting caught.
Paul Kersey didn't live in a panopticon surveillance state, nor carry a personal tracking device in his pocket. The odds of not being seen are slim and none, and slim is at the bus station leaving town.
Don't forget, law enforcement does NOT like competition, especially not effective competition, so the entirety of the "justice system" will be mobilized to put an end to it.

Just some thoughts because certain cases do make one angry enough to entertain taking matters into ones own hands.
