Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Supreme Court Appears Skeptical of Laws Permitting Blue States to Count Ballots That Arrive Days After the Actual ElectionIt's obviously just farming fake votes to steal elections in the unconstitutional overtime period. And the Justices appear to believe that when the Constitution specifies an Election Day, it means AN Election DAY, not an election week or an election month or an unspecified election period allowing the printing of millions of fake ballots.Unbelievable bias. This is the AP, of course. Trump has repeatedly claimed that his loss to Joe Biden in 2020 resulted from fraud even though more than 60 court decisions and his own attorney general said that argument had no merit.1, that's all false, and 2, this has nothing to do with the actual legal question at hand, which is: When the Constitution speaks of an (singular) Election Day, do they mean it or were they just joshing? It's amazing how leftwing communists routinely invent words and penumbras that don't appear in the Constitution, but, when faced with the Constitution's actual words, claim "Oh that doesn't matter, that's like 100 years old, man." Of course the AP doesn't think that's at all politically motivated. ... Paul Clement, representing the political parties, played on fears of fraud by invoking Democrat-dominated Chicago, infamous for election shenanigans. Voting ends at 8 p.m. in Chicago, Clement said, but state law allows ballots postmarked by Election Day to be received later. A voter paying close attention to the election returns could in theory try to swing the election by submitting a mailed ballot to the post office after the polls were closed, he said. "I am not here to say there could ever be voting fraud in Chicago," Clement said to laughter in the courtroom.

Regardless, the Lawfare Army has lawsuits ready to file that will attempt to get SCOTUS to rule that any significant election changes in Fed Law and in its own rulings can't be reasonably implemented in time for the November 2026 election. As I said this morning, it will be a 6-3 opinion.
Under Bost v. Illinois, a candidate has standing to sue to challenge election law that allowed counting of ballots after Election day. Overturning lower courts that had said a candidate had to show monetary harm to challenge the law, holding specifically that even the speculation of having to retain staff to potentially contest those ballots was enough to overcome that rule. They also overturned the rule that judges were using to dodge R challenges, that--without allowing evidence--the judge would divine that the outcome would not be changed and deny standing. Further, Bost said candidates have an interest in a fair election and a final outcome of the election. I posit they would not have granted standing if there were 5 votes to say the post-election day counting law was constitutional. There are not. Or, to put it another way, if 5 days after are legal, why not 5 years? ACB wanted to chart a "middle ground" in Bost, but still joined the majority. She will likely try again with some stupid shit like trying to keep existing law but that's as far as allowed. She'll be a vote of 1 on that. Like with a lot of things vote tabulation time should always decrease with time. The time it takes to count votes should vary directly with total number of votes and indirectly with technology advances. LEGAL voter population numbers haven’t changed much. Technology advances have been exponential and better for a hundred years. It should take a minuscule amount of time. Not more and more every damned year. Everyone knows this is fraud and that the ruling class is just pushing for their advantage to continue.

Apparently no one on earth has "standing" to challenge an election. One of the worst travesties of justice ever perpetrated on a people. You can request an absentee ballot months in advance.
And receive it well over a month before Election Day. But somehow, we must make all accommodations and allowances for those who choose to wait until the very last moment to mail it in. And indulge this myth that their intentional delay was caused by some sort of careful consideration of the candidates. All these lies they stack up to dance around the fact that the whole edifice is to promote and enable fraud. In a way almost perfectly designed to prevent the detection of that fraud. So they can then claim there is no fraud. Posted by: People's Hippo Voice at March 23, 2026 05:44 PM (HXT0k) 98

Democrats will find 162 ballots in a tray in a warehouse two weeks after election day so they can win a state governorship by 129 votes out of 2,746,593 votes counted.
BTW my theory on that is they are taking real votes from blue strongholds and shoving them in trunks and trays and replacing them with fake votes on election day. Since the fake votes are 100-0 but show up in 80-20 districts no one notices. And then if they need the saved ballots they are in fact real so no one can claim they are fakes... Here, Grok found it...
The incident you're likely thinking of is the Battle of Athens (also known as the McMinn County War) in 1946 in McMinn County, Tennessee. What Happened Local elections had long been controlled by a corrupt political machine led by Sheriff Paul Cantrell and his allies. They were accused of widespread voter intimidation, ballot stuffing, fraud, and rigging elections for years. On Election Day (August 1, 1946), the machine's deputies allegedly intimidated voters, beat poll watchers, and even shot at least one man trying to vote. They seized ballot boxes and took them to the county jail to "count" them in secret. A group of WWII veterans (many just returned from the war) who had been monitoring the polls demanded access to the ballots. When refused and threatened, one veteran reportedly shouted something like: "Get the hell out of here and get something to shoot with. And come back as fast as you can." Hundreds of armed veterans (using guns, rifles, and even dynamite from a local supply) surrounded the jail. A firefight broke out overnight. The veterans eventually used explosives to breach the building, overpowered the deputies, seized the ballot boxes, and ensured a fair count. The machine's candidates were defeated in the recount.
No one was seriously injured in the final tally (though there were wounds on both sides), and the veterans' actions were widely celebrated locally as restoring honest elections. Several participants later held public office. This event is often cited as a rare historical example of citizens using armed force to counter what they saw as a stolen local election. It inspired the saying "The Battle of Athens" in discussions of election integrity and the right to resist tyranny. Posted by: Stateless at March 23, 2026 05:55 PM (Sco7b) 140

No, no country has the "right to exist". History is replete with counties that no longer exist.
You either continue to exist through your ability to defend yourself or you don't. Tucker usually asks the other side of that thought process, "If Israel has the right to exist, did Yugoslavia have the right to exist?" Posted by: Conserving R at March 23, 2026 05:48 PM (9OT3N) That's missing the point. If the answer truly is 'no', as in no country as a right to exist, then any and all means are legitimate to wipe it out. Yugoslavia didn't get invaded or conquered, it split apart. That's not a question of 'rights'. Israel is (theology aside) more legitimate than almost any other nation because of the UN ruling on it being an independent homeland for the Jews. Very few countries have a global consensus on their formation and existence. Posted by: Mark Andrew Edwards, buy ammo at March 23, 2026 06:00 PM (xcxpd) 163

Asians tend to vote leftist as a bloc as well. When asked why, here's what a few said in response:
"If I had to guess I’d say it’s a lesser of two evils thing. Sure, the left is bad on crime, but the right keeps saying I eat cats and should be deported and they want to take away my right to vote." and "Asians in the west tend to be liberal because 1) They're often from major cities - SF, LA, NY - all very liberal 2) They often attend elite schools, which are also overwhelmingly liberal 3) They have high institutional trust, which in the west is leftwing coded" and "Asians in general are obedient. Women of all nationalities are more obedient than men. Liberalism is attractive to collectivists. Conservativism attracts individualists. Posted by: Mark Andrew Edwards, buy ammo at March 23, 2026 06:00 PM (xcxpd) The vast majority of the UN has recognized the sovereignty of a Palestinian homeland as well. The point of both Tucker and Walsh is well made. Defenders of Project Israel often point to institutions to gain legitimacy for their position, then are quickly dismissive of the same institutions when they voice opinions otherwise. The bottom line is this, Israel exists because America says it does and Palestine does not exist because America says it doesn't. Kosovo is very similar. Lines are drawn and redrawn all the time because of force dynamics. Russia is presently in the process of proving that what was formerly know as Ukraine does not have the right to exist in its former fashion. And make no mistake, if these laws are not overturned, all of the blue states will change their laws to allow counting of ballots postmarked after Election Day, citing the USPS recent change to regional processing centers that may not postmark for up to 3 days after receipt.
Like I say, worst case, it'll be 5-1-3 ruling they are unconstitutional; must be received by Election Day. ACB might try to do something stupid like say received 3 days after. Great news that Gosnell is dead and in hell! Another weekend I went loco was over him. Calling him a monster does not cut it. I was nearly physically ill reading about his murder clinic, right in the middle of a poor, black neighborhood. Eugenics dream of this says the ghost of Margaret Sanger.
I waded into WaPo to argue about him. At the time I could have a fake email and name. I pretended to be a French anthropologist, spewing facts about abortion, and even told the dummies the title of my study was "WaPo in the Mist." I rattled off information about Gosnell and they were very polite, with me being French. I was laughing like a loon that rainy FL weekend afternoon. They were too afraid to offend me! Another time, months prior, on my Benghazi rampage, I told them how wrong the column was and the replies would rise up like fire ants after stepping on their nest. I persisted. At one point, loaded with information they had never seen in the US press, and my timeline of events, one dimwit asked if I was CIA. Then WaPo wanted a real email and name and ended my entertainment.
