The Morning Report — 3/17/26

Despicable.jpg

Good morning kids. The word of the day is "DESPICABLE", and in the bitterest of bitter ironies it was belched out by a bipedal coprolite named Chuck Schumer, that is its very definition.

In 1990, Schumer co-sponsored a diversity visa program that offered green cards to 50,000 applicants annually via a lottery system. . . One noteworthy winner of this lottery program in 2010 was Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov, a Muslim immigrant and ISIS supporter from Uzbekistan. Seven years later — on October 31, 2017 — Saipov used a rental truck to mow down and kill eight people (and injure at least twelve others) in a busy New York City bike path as an act of jihad. . .

Keep that in abeyance for a moment and cut to 2009

“[I]llegal immigration is wrong, plain and simple. When we use phrases like ‘undocumented workers,’ we convey a message to the American people that their government is not serious about combating illegal immigration, which the American people overwhelmingly oppose. People who enter the United States without our permission are illegal aliens, and illegal aliens should not be treated the same as people who entered the United States legally. Any immigration solution must recognize that we must do as much as we can to gain operational control of our borders as soon as possible.”

. . . In April 2012, Schumer introduced a bill designed to eliminate laws like SB 1070, an Arizona statute deputizing state police to check with federal authorities on the immigration status of criminal suspects. The senator charged that such laws would inevitably result in “untrained officers … arresting anyone and everyone who might fit the preconceived profile of an illegal immigrant.”

In 2013 Schumer led the so-called “Gang of Eight”—four Democrat and four Republican U.S. senators—in the push to pass a sweeping, 844-page immigration-reform bill aimed at giving provisional legal status to at least 11 million illegal immigrants and placing them on a path-to-citizenship. The other Democrats on the panel were Michael Bennet, Richard Durbin, and Robert Menendez. A Politico.com analysis noted that their proposal, if passed, “would transform the nation’s political landscape” by “pumping as many as 11 million new Hispanic voters into the electorate a decade from now in ways that … would produce an electoral bonanza for Democrats and cripple Republican prospects in many states they now win easily.”

When Republicans in Congress failed to support the Gang of Eight’s proposal in sufficient numbers to pass it, Schumer blamed that failure on the racism of “Tea Party elites” who, he said, opposed amnesty because they did not want want America to become “less white.” “Yes, things have changed,” Schumer elaborated. “White Anglo-Saxon men are not exclusively running the country anymore…. In a pre-Tea Party world, the Senate immigration bill would have been welcomed by House Republicans,. However, the Tea Party rank-and-file know it’s a different America. It looks different; it prays different; it works different. This is unsettling and angering to some.”

In February 2014, Schumer said that Congress should make amnesty available to all immigrants who had come to the U.S. illegally as recently as December 31, 2013. When some Republican lawmakers expressed reluctance to pass an immigration bill because they simply did not trust that President Obama would enforce it, Schumer said: “There’s a simple solution. Let’s enact the law this year, but simply not let it actually start until 2017, after President Obama’s term is over.”
. . Schumer proceeded to call on Trump to close down his Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, which was investigating how to best deal with voter fraud. “[W]hat troubles so many Americans every bit as much as the president’s shocking response to this national tragedy is the methodical and pernicious way in which his administration is promoting discrimination, both subtle and not so subtle, in its policies and actions — especially when it comes to undermining the universal right of every American to vote,” Schumer said in a post on Medium.com. “Many of us found the Election Integrity Commission distasteful when it was first created,” he added. “The president’s recent failure to unequivocally condemn bigotry makes its rescission imperative…. Many of us found the Election Integrity Commission distasteful when it was first created. The president’s recent failure to unequivocally condemn bigotry makes its rescission imperative.”

Emphasis above mine as we now Psaki-Psircle back to Despicable/Chuck Schemer today:

Schumer claimed that President Donald Trump and Senate Republicans are attempting to “disenfranchise millions of Americans and undermine democracy by pushing this despicable SAVE Act,” also called the Safeguarding American Voter Eligibility Act.

He also called the election integrity bill “one of the most despicable pieces of legislation I’ve come across in the many years I’ve been a legislator.”

“Nothing is more important than defeating this dagger to the heart of our democracy,” the Democrat leader told reporters.

Translation, it's a dagger in the black heart of Democrat tyranny, putting a real impediment to their ability to steal elections.

A Mauritanian illegal immigrant marked for deportation since 2002 has continued to live in the US and is a registered Democrat who voted in every election since 2008, authorities claim.

Mahady Sacko, 50, who goes by the nickname “Sacko Scorpion,” was busted last week in Philadelphia for allegedly falsely claiming citizenship to cast a 2024 ballot.

He was picked up in a joint operation between Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the FBI who charge he “falsely represented that he was a US citizen in order to vote and register to vote” in the last preidential election, according to a press release.

Sacko denied the charges when called by The Post, claiming: “Everything is a lie! They are lying about me!” before hanging up. He has yet to enter a plea in his case.

As the issue of election security ramps up in Congress with the SAVE act, Sacko’s arrest was one of nearly a dozen uncovered by The Post of non-citizens allegedly voting in US elections, sometimes for decades, with many remaining listed as active voters on state rolls, even after their convictions.

“The reality is aliens are voting in American elections,” J. Christian Adams, president of Public Interest Legal Foundation, who has spent decades working on election integrity told The Post, noting no one is quite sure how widespread the problem is.

There were about 14 million people who are in the country legally but who are not citizens in 2023, according to the Pew Research center. While they may have work permits and visas, they can’t vote.

“It’s way worse than the left says, but it’s way better than some others say,” he added.

Pennsylvania, a crucial swing state, stands out for disastrous alien voter registration, said Adams. The Keystone State has admitted a glitch in its “motor voter” program, which registers voters at the DMV, inadvertently has allowed approximately 100,000 non-citizens to register to vote, though some state officials dispute this number.

Another Pennsylvania voter, Indian citizen Kaushalkumar Patel, 47, of Allentown will stand trial this month for allegedly voting illegally in the 2020 election in Penn.

Patel’s lawyer Philip Steinberg previously said he’s waiting for more information from the goverment laying out their case against Patel, saying in a statement: “Mr. Patel has lived a law abiding life in the United States for over 20 years. He works, pays his taxes and is an active participant in his community. He is also the proud father of two young daughters.”

On March 6, Canadian Denis Bouchard, 70, pleaded guilty to two counts of making false claims he was a US citizen to vote in 2022 and 2024 elections in North Carolina and faces ten years in prison.

An investigation by The Post revealed a man by the same name and age had voted in every election since 2004 and was not registered with a political party. That man was removed from voter rolls in that state after Bouchard’s conviction.

In one shocking case, Chinese national Haoxiang Gao, 19, who was a student at the University of Michigan, was charged on June 3 last year with illegally voting in the 2024 election, but fled to China before he could face justice. . .

. . . Polling shows the SAVE Act is extremely popular with voters, getting over 70% support, with even half of Democrats in favor.

Not only do illegal aliens help steal elections, they steal our society and destroy our culture. Talk about decolonization. Well, Decolonization begins at home. Assimilate or get the hell out. By any means necessary. Yeah, Schemer and the Dems are easy targets but Thune and the GOP not going all out to ram this bill home is is as sharp a dagger as Schemer and his ilk's opposition.

While we're on the subject of despicable, I give you the Blonde-bobed Borgia of Bolshevism:

Wow. I’ve been keeping track of Virgina’s new governor, Abigail Spanberger, she who ran as that rarest of political creatures: a moderate Democrat. But the moment she was inaugurated, she ripped off the mask and flew her socialist freak flag. Nowhere has this been more evident in her—and the Democrat-controlled legislature’s--mania for gun control.

I wrote about her “assault weapon” and magazine capacity ban on March 15 in Democrats go gun crazy. Despite there being no such thing as an “assault weapon,” Spanberger has banned AR-15s and the like as well as magazines with greater than 15-round capacity. This is a blatant violation of Heller and Bruen and is sure to be eventually overturned by the Supreme Court, if Democrats don’t seize total control of government and pack the Supreme Court before then.  But that’s just the beginning . . .These constitutionally suspect measures are surely only the beginning. The legislature, at the urging of the “moderate” Spanberger, are on a roll. It’s HB 110 that is most revealing of their ultimate intentions. All tyrants immediately ban citizen ownership of guns. That’s a bit difficult in America, which unlike all other nations has a Second Amendment, so they go as far as they dare, and Spanberger dares greatly.

Tyrants also exempt themselves from the law they pass. I know our Congress routinely does that . . . They’re exempt because they’re special. Normal Virginians aren’t fit to exercise their full rights under the Second Amendment, but Democrats—morally and intellectually superior beings—are.

The author notes "Virginia is fast becoming a socialist tyranny., to which I ask "and how should an armed citizenry react to prevent this?"

Elsewhere, the situation in Iran continues apace as is evidenced by the links.

Have a great Day!

And lastly, a quick shout-out and a huge thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. It truly is appreciated more than you can know.

I'm with Levin on this: he's the only conservative "influencer" (perhaps aside from President Trump) calling out the Deep State PsyOp "Right-Wing" Anti-Semite Grifting Hate-America Firsters by name.

Virtually every other "influencer" cowardly refuses to do so -- hiding behind the old RINO "we're better than that crowd" that gave us The Clintons, DogEater, F. Joe Mugabe, and Kommie-la.

You can't fight and destroy an enemy -- especially one whose "internally" co-opted your movement -- without naming names and destroying them literally.

76 The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit ruled Monday that the Trump administration can continue to quickly deport migrants to third countries after U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy directed the administration last month to first try to remove migrants to the country they came from and allow them to contest the deportation if their home country is not available.

Murphy on Monday blocked the Trump administration from making a series of changes to vaccines, including a recent overhaul of the childhood vaccine schedule.

The winter of '24-'26 has been exceptionally lean in terms of total snowfall and snowpack levels in the upper Colorado River drainage and indeed throughout the Colorado Rockies, with current snowpack levels at or near historic lows for this date, well below the average. While there may yet be a late snow dump in the high country boosting the final totals, it looks to be a low run-off year.

Here in Grand Junction we only had two snow days all winter, with less than 3" each time. Mildest, driest winter in my memory.

238 All sorts of things are legal that most people don't know about. For example there is a paper note called a five dollar gold back, which is legal tender in several states, which has a thread containing 1/1000 ounce of gold in it. That meets the Constitutional requirement for a state authorized legal tender, which can only be Gold or Silver.

240 Taxes are odd.

The government has an unending desire for money. And then has to decide what groups to tax (and how many dollars to print).

The fairest tax would obviously be a simple head tax. If FedGov spends $10k/citizen, every citizen gets a $10k bill.

But that would lead to riots and actual insurrections. So instead they hide as much of the impact of taxes as possible and target groups that they think will just "take it".

And here is one of my biggest complaints with the GOPe. The productive class which mostly votes R is the primary target of the tax code. Job #1 then for the GOPe would be to shift that to target primarily D voters - think Trump's SALT changes but way way bigger then that.

258 Spanberger and banning 'assault weapons and hi-cap magazines' are two excellent examples of the Left's strategy of getting the camel's nose into the tent.

Spanberger has spent the past 10 years as a Congresscritter falsely portraying herself as a moderate. Playing a long game for her planned eventual election to a much more powerful office. Next step for her is running for a Virginia Senate seat, Veep, or POTUS. She can run for anything in '28 and keep her governor's job if she loses. Her schtick will continue to be falsely running as Mommy Moderate.

Democrats see getting assault weapons banned by SCOTUS as the key win leading to a total civilian gun ban. The immediate goal is to sway enough SCOTUS justices into allowing states to ban them because they are evil mass murder devices, somehow not covered for civilian possession by the 2nd Amendment. If they win that fight, their next step will be working to ban shotguns or small pistols or some other class of firearm. Claiming they are now evil mass murder devices. Banning assault rifles will set a precedent for banning any class of firearm. Wash, rinse, repeat as needed to ban all civilian possession of guns.

272 What's amazing is Trump saw the psy op to split the party coming and preempted it. He immediately called out the Epstein people as kooks. At a time when that was a huge risk because it came out of left field.

That had nothing to do with Epstein - it was all to blunt the force of what was coming - the "thoughtful MAGA" on our side leading about half (or a large minority) of the party against itself. And make no mistake the Epstein piece was gamed out well in advance as the thing that could exploit existing fault lines in Trump support. Since they couldn't make their own party stronger, they needed to weaken us.

Trump *immediately* corraled them, before the op even got going in earnest, with everyone wondering why he'd "gone crazy" that day. Risked looking like a pedophile AND going after his "biggest supporters" and the entire base he'd built, two things they assumed Trump and his "ego" would never do. All because they wouldn't, because they actually are vain arrogant pedos. Dummies.

Reminds me of the pretty good 1991 film The Rocketeer, featuring a young pilot (portrayed by Billy Campbell) who becomes a rocket-powered hero with a young Jennifer Connelly as his love interest.

TRIVIA: In '86, after graduating from college and going back to my hometown of Las Vegas, I played on the local club Rugby Club Team with Billy Campbell (a great guy and a stud athlete) -- and cousin of the great actor Bruce Campbell (best know for portraying Ash in the "Evil Dead" trilogy as well as the TV series "Burn Notice").

He was in town filming the first couple seasons of the great TV Series "Crime Story" starring Dennis Farina. The stories he used to tell about the Hollywood cocaine parties (in which he refused to indulge) were amazing ...

349 Spanberger gets to cruise the Sunday morning press magazine shows and crow about how she enacted "common sense gun control laws." All of this is just "resume building" for higher offices.

Interesting because for the past couple of years, the demographics who bought the most guns or became the first time gun owners, include women, PoC, LGBTQ+ and various marginalized communities.

Dems are incapable of keeping up with political trends because all of their consultants stopped learning things in 2007. They are incapable of challenging their priors.

“Our main priority is affordability and ensuring all Virginians have access to housing.” *Goes straight to guns* It's really bad timing to split the base now. This may cost them the redistricting bill.

Democrats consistently shit the bed 😭😭😭😭 I’m so sick of this. They're the Washington Generals of politics.

This is the moment in history they could flip huge numbers of voters, but they decide to demonstrate that they are still all in on the biggest single issue that keeps single issue voters opposed to them, and gains them nothing.

Doesn't stop them from trying because there's no penalty for it.

If the Supremes would have a governor arrested for contempt and have them sit in jail for six months, that might stop them.

This is one reason the Dems have been going totally nuts when a Republican wins a POTUS election. With five Leftist Justices, the Left believes it will be able to get SCOTUS to both gut the Bill of Rights and declare a whole lot of unpopular Leftist-desired policies and laws Constitutional. Also, everything getting to SCOTUS will be strictly screened by a Leftist reading of the 14th Amendment equal protection clause.

That's easy enough to defend. You just don't have bacon on the menu...it's not selectively serving some groups of people and not others with your basic product.

Now, when people posing as gay couples ordering gay wedding cakes get turned away by Muslim bakeries....I went looking for clips of Crowder doing it 10 years ago, but found a different video reporting on it that made me a little sad and nostalgic: https://tinyurl.com/y4zhvknr

411 In certain states, including Florida, courts have carved out a unique legal pathway allowing hospitals to seek emergency orders compelling cesarean sections against a woman’s clearly expressed wishes.

That almost happened to us with the first kid. The people on my wife's side have...big heads. When they did an ultrasound of the kiddo, his head was large and they were afraid he was gonna be a Down's baby, and a huge baby if full term, and advised an abortion might be warranted. At one point, the doctor wanted to induce my wife, but the answer was, "we have wedding to go to." Doc said, "The wedding is more important than your baby?" So doc sets date to induce wife. That morning, we get a call that they are over-filled with mamas going into labor and we're told not to come in, so we don't...until doctor calls a few hours later and says, "No, you NEED to come in." So they give her the drugs to induce. If it wasn't because the doc was so tired and needed a nap, she would have been C-sectioned, but instead, that gave enough time for full dilation and a natural birth...he weighed in at 7lbs, 10oz, not a huge baby. Yes, docs do get it wrong.

Yeah, it'll get overturned -- eventually. Years from now. Long after its damage has been done, and there is no longer any judicial remedy available.

After all, it only took five years for the Supreme Court to agree that, despite what 80+ judges across the nation said in 2021, a political candidate does indeed have standing to challenge the conduct of an election. Are we intending to allow the whole woke Left agenda, item by item by item, to each embark upon the chimeral journey through the court system?

We'll never survive the trip.
