The Morning Report — 3/6/26

NewsomJews.jpg

Good morning kids. The military operations to degrade Iran's military capabilities and ultimately to take down the regime continue, and evidently it is turning into a global affair. First we have the nation of Sri Lanka:

The fact the ship has been handed over to the Sri Lankan authorities so quickly strongly suggests the captain took the decision to preserve the life of his men by opting out of the conflict. . . Given the facts as known, this is the first time since the Second World War that a warship has been interned by the government of a neutral power. During the Second World War, several damaged U-Boats were able to limp to neutral harbours and turn themselves over to the authorities after being damaged in attacks, preferring to see out the remainder of the war in captivity rather than the certainty of death at sea.

And crucially Azerbaijan coming in against the Mullahs

President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan declared on Thursday that his country would use “the full might of our ‘Iron Fist'” against the terrorist regime in Iran after drones flying in from Iran struck an airport and near a school building in the Caucasus nation.

You might recall that during the Obama reign of error, Azerbaijan was going to allow Israel to base strike aircraft on its territory, making it much easier for the Israelis to reach Iranian targets with adequate payloads and fuel for the return trip, while attacking from the north, which would provide for the element of surprise. And Obama, being the Jew-hating dog-eating Muslim traitor he is, tipped off the Mullahs to this. Whether Israel alone even with these advantages could have achieved anywhere near a successful knockout blow against the Iranian nuke facilities back then is debatable, but in the event, it's now obviously a moot point.

On a positive note, along with Israel, Azerbaijan for sure does not want to see another Mullahocracy take control and so has a vested interest in real regime change.

Turning back to the USA, the big story is the departure of Kristi Norm from the Dept. of Homeland Security.

Noem’s tenure as head of DHS comes to an end after a heated Senate hearing, in which Noem blamed Trump for approving questionable contracts worth over $200 million for deportation ads, which raised concerns about potential conflicts of interest.

Say what you will about her personally, but the fact of the matter is DHS, with her as its administrator, was the key agency that finally sealed our border and deported thousands of illegal aliens, representing a key, if not the most important accomplishment for President Trump's administration to date, and fulfilling a campaign promise and the longstanding desire of all real Americans who voted for and support this President.

And now Sen. Markwayne Mullin has been tapped to replace her.

An administration official reportedly told NBC News that Trump decided to fire Noem due to “a culmination of her many unfortunate leadership failures including the fallout in Minnesota, the ad campaign, the allegations of infidelity, the mismanagement of her staff, and her constant feuding with the heads of other agencies, including CBP and ICE.” The official allegedly said: “Kristi’s drama sadly overshadowed and distracted from the Administration’s extremely popular immigration agenda, which will continue full force.”

Well, unnamed sources, so there you go. But the fact remains that Trump sacked her. And with regards to Minnesota, is she being blamed for the multi-billion dollar Somali/Democrat grifting or ICE rounding up the grifters, which is what they're supposed to do?! The fact that the Democrats and their propagandists in the media are over the moon about Noem's departure leaves me more than a wee bit disappointed.

Have a great Weekend!

23 The state of Colorado is repatriating bison to various Indian groups in the state.

DENVER — The City and County of Denver will give 34 yearling bison to American Indian tribes, on Friday, March 6.

The transfer is part of an ongoing effort to return the animals to their native homes and support conservation efforts on tribal land. The bison are part of the herd you see at Genesee Park along I-70.

29 The House on Wednesday approved the Tribal Trust Land Homeownership Act, with 176 Republicans voting in favor — just a week after some GOP House members reportedly drew battle lines over blocking Senate priorities. President Donald Trump has been pushing Congress to pass the SAVE America Act for weeks in a bid to advance the GOP’s election integrity agenda.

Sure would be nice if the article had given a brief description of what that act did and why Thune wants it so much. Seems pretty reasonable.

Note that Iran is only hitting fixed targets like buildings, radar sites. They would love to hit a USN carrier, but even if told where it was, they can not.

For mobility reasons i.e. time to get info to the launch crews but the carrier has moved, plus they do not have the right missiles for that.

124 The DOJ’s failure to act against Biden or his aides marks another setback for Bondi, who has already failed to act hold the likes of former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James to account.

- Because no crimes were found to have been broken by Biden or his aides.
- Presumably because a DC grand jury, whose deliberations are secret, refused to indict.
- Ditto.

But, sure, if only the AG had a huge swinging cock and was gunning down Democrats in the street... then everything would be better.

If only Bondi flouted the law like Garland - who had the bureaucracy and judiciary in his corner... then everything would be better.

Blah, blah, blah. The shit that's happening has been pointed out. The hurdles she's trying to overcome have been pointed out. Maybe if she had bigger tits she'd get more support.

I think Noem was fired in much the same way Bovino was fired. After the shootings in MN, it was reported Trump was firing Bovino. In reality he moved back to his previous role in California but that didn't get many headlines.

Tomorrow, the first meeting of Shield is being held in Miami. Attending will be Latin American leaders like Bukele and Miele, Marco, Hegseth, Trump and Noem. In my experience fired people don't get a big new job and a high profile meeting with the boss.

I think Noem was becoming too much of the story in her current role, some her fault some not, and Trump thought it was time for a new leader with less baggage but he still wanted Noem on his team in a different role where the scrutiny would be different.

One of the critical jobs, maybe the most critical job, of a truly new, non-secular Iranian government is preventing sizable counter-revolution forces from surviving.

I'll bet everything I have the IRGC is already implementing counter-revolution plans. IRGC must have a number of hideouts for after a regime catastrophe of some sort, prepared and stocked in remote corners of the country. Mossad and the CIA likely know the locations. Or will find out. But it seems to me some sort of Tora Bora infantry forces search and destroy effort will be needed. To minimize if not quickly stop counter-revolution forces forming and recruiting in the boonies, a lot of executions may be necessary. Messy business ahead. Necessary business in my opinion.

Ferree told the FBI that he met a young girl who told him she had been raped by Trump and Epstein at a “fancy hotel.” He claimed that the young girl was later found with her head “blown off.” He said that, while the officers at the scene thought it was murder, the coroner later ruled it a suicide. There was no proof of such a case.

It appears that Lieu knew or suspected that the source of the allegation was unhinged or unreliable because he later re-posted only two of the three pages of the statement to the FBI. The third page included other bizarre claims about the Oklahoma City Bombing and a drunk Hillary Clinton.

197 Nonfarm payrolls fell by 92,000 for the month, compared to the estimate for 50,000 and below the downwardly revised January total of 126,000. February marked the third time in the past five months that payrolls declined, following a sharp revision showing a drop of 17,000 in December.

At the same time, the unemployment rate edged higher to 4.4% as jobs declined across key areas.

======================
28,000 of that number was due to a strike at Kaiser Permanente that is now resolved, so that will flip in the next report.

Another large decline came at the federal government

In February, federal government employment continued to decline (-10,000). Since reaching a
peak in October 2024, federal government employment is down by 330,000, or 11.0 percent.

VA Dems know that in November 2027 they could very well lose one or both of the House and Senate, which will hamper Spanberger's final two years, so they have to do all they can now and any leftovers next year. Although she can do plenty of damage with executive power.

226 MIRABELLI, ET AL. v. BONTA

The dispute dates back to 2023, when two teachers sued the school district, seeking an exemption from the district’s policies regarding gender and pronouns. They were later joined as plaintiffs by parents whose children socially transitioned at school (or who believed that their children socially transitioned at school).

The district court ruled for the challengers, but the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit put that order on hold while the state appealed. The challengers then came to the Supreme Court, asking the justices to intervene. In a mixed ruling on Monday night, the majority handed a victory to the parents but turned down the request from the teachers.

230 Major Announcement

I went to the ER January 16th for a kidney stone. When they did a CT scan to check the stone, they found a 50mm by 60mm mass just off of my pancreas. They couldn't tell what it was because the CT scan was done without contrast.

I went in last Thursday for an Upper GI Endoscopy and biopsy. The doctor that did it still wasn't sure what it was. He said it looked like a sack of marbles with fluid. They biopsied a round thing and aspirated some of the fluid. I had a doctor's appointment this afternoon and got the results.

It is NOT cancer.

They still aren't sure where it came from, what caused it, or if any organ is feeding it. I have a follow-up scan next month and they'll see if it's growing or not.

The only point of this is to get a regime that will not monetarily support interntaional terrorism and nuclear ambitions.

Islamic cleric, secular monarch, democratically elected president, it doesn't matter their background.

We're not bombing missile sites deep in the mountains to secure democracy. We're bombing missile sites deep in the mountains to kill military capabilities. Israel is targeting political leadership who would use it.

Regime change will probably be necessary, but that doesn't mean that Trump has to portray himself as bloodthirsty and obsessed with making Iran America.

This is the issue. If they can arbitrarily ignore legal precedent and language, what makes their opinions have staying power? They’re reasoned against the prevailing way law has been interpreted for a very long time. There’s no foundation under the house.

On the bright side, post on X claims and explains how Israeli hackers used the IRGC street and university surveillance system of street cameras including facial recognition to build a database of the entire IRGC and Basiji members. The surveillance system built by Chicoms was for creating an Iranian database for the regime to go after protesters and regime opponents.

The system also apparently caught much of the street violence where the Iranians killed innocent protesters (the drive by shootings) and these have been used to turn relatives of the dead into informants for Israeli intel.

So we plink launchers and exits.

And that is specifically what is being done. No openings, the big caves become tombs. If you look at bomb pictures, where you see smoke rising in a vertical pillar above the bomb explosion, that means it was a penetrator. Probably our 2000 lb cheap type which I forget the designation.

In a very permissive air environment where aircraft can loiter, we can be very precise even with relatively dumb bombs with a JDAM kit attached.

Remember, one of the problems of caves and explosions is that like the Hezbollah head, if the blast does not get you, then the poisonous vapors can and do kill people in unventilated bunkers. Most of those vapors are heavier than air.

This is known. There was video yesterday of what appeared to be just undeveloped desert sand energetically exploding after we somehow got a bomb or drone up wherever the entrance is.

335 isn't it up to the Iranians once the dust settles? Or do we not trust the people there to "choose wisely?"
Posted by: Martini Farmer at March 06, 2026 08:57 AM (jtM2q

I implicitly trust the bulk of Iranians to choose wisely. They're DONE with this bullshit.

But the choice isn't theirs.

The proportion of Shia fanatics outstrips the carrying capacity of any government that isn't fanatical Shia. They'll destroy any attempt at it. So the way I see it, it leaves us three options.

1.) Let them choose new leaders, and guarantee this new regime's defense from the Islamists in to the foreseeable future: unacceptable.

2.) Let them choose new leaders, and leave them to be destroyed by the Islamists until such time as they regain power and start terrorizing the world again, and then do this same thing again: shitty but acceptable.

3.) Choose an acceptable Muslim leader to dominate the country, someone not too insanely radical but strong enough to impose order... someone like Qaddafi: still shitty, but probably the least risk to us.

No good option is on the table. A free and prosperous Iran is not achievable without a permanent presence, and likely not even then. We need out of this.

Governor (who is a conservative R) appoints someone to serve until a special election is held on the next regularly-scheduled general election day to fill the remainder of the term. Mullin was elected in 2022.

Of note, the appointee cannot run in the election to fill the remainder of the term, and must be a member for at least the past 5 years of the same party as the departing senator.

Immediate filling, resignation does not take place until end of March reportedly which allows confirmation vote before then. A new nominee is inserted immediately after the resignation takes effect from governor's appointment. It does, however, mean another special Senate election in November 2026 to fill the rest of Markwayne's term (to 202 but since Oklahoma, unlikely to be a Dem and the appointed senator can run as incumbent in that election.

363 On the bright side, post on X claims and explains how Israeli hackers used the IRGC street and university surveillance system of street cameras including facial recognition to build a database of the entire IRGC and Basiji members.

Interesting. Would be surprised if Z & a tad of NATO aren't in on it.

AI Overview:As of early 2026, relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Russia are in a state of "limbo" or strained, marked by a widening gap between Moscow's rhetoric and legal actions following a December 2024 plane crash incident. While traditionally strategic partners with a 338 km border and $5 billion+ in annual trade, Azerbaijan is actively distancing itself from Russia's influence, balancing relations through ties with Turkey and NATO while supporting Ukraine's territorial integrity.

And that is a problem no doubt. You can see hobbyist videos on YT where hackers take apart these Chicom cheap routers, wireless access points, etc. and they spill info to overseas ip addresses. One trick is to put $(reboot) into the initial login screen as a password and on the no security types, it will launch a reboot of the device (it can also soft brick it so beware of doing that).

Best to stay away from no name internet cameras, networking, and IOT devices sold cheap at Amazon, Temu, et.

Plenty of decent equipment used on Ebay for things like network switches, etc. and the brand name stuff is only a few bucks more. Not all name brand are safe but rather safer in combination with locking down your router and outside comms from your network.

Classic "good boss" strategy.

Walz, Trump's short lived NSA director, has done a creditable job at the UN as ambassador for example and I agree with you. Best to give soft landings unless outright betrayal or criminal actions.

389 Stitt's term is up in 2026 anyway as governor and he is term limited. So the appointment is likely to be a Stitt placeholder and Stitt is probably the leading candidate for the special election to fill the rest of the term if he wants it. Name recognition and money enough to drive away serious contenders on the GOP side.

And he signed into law the bill that is preventing him from appointing himself, so someone gets rewarded with a short-term job that allows them to keep the title "Senator" for the rest of their lives.

392 This is what has generally been reported by msm:

>Congressional Hearing: During a House Judiciary Committee hearing on March 4, 2026, Rep. Sydney Kamlager-Dove (D-Calif.) directly asked Secretary Noem if she had "sexual relations" with her top adviser, Corey Lewandowski.
Non-Denial: Noem did not directly deny the allegation, instead calling the question "tabloid garbage" and accusing the committee of sexism.
Reports of Dismissal: Reports indicate that this "non-answer" was considered a "final straw" by the White House, leading to her being fired by President Trump shortly after.
Context: The alleged affair, along with accusations of mismanagement at the DHS, has been widely covered by various news outlets.

BTW, both Noem and Lewandowski are still married to their respective spouses.

Then:
As of early March 2026, U.S. Secretary of Labor Lori Chavez-DeRemer is facing an internal investigation regarding allegations of misconduct, including an claimed affair with a member of her security detail.

Her husband, Dr. Shawn DeRemer, is accused of touching two women inappropriately at the agency in Washington.

Marty Walsh, former US Secretary of Labor, whether in or out of government, 2016 or now, rest assured scandal accompanies. (Now on the board of the Biden Library.)

Boston Herald: Battenfeld: Marty Walsh choice for VP under fire in children’s food scandal, Dec. 2, 2025

Marty Walsh’s tenure as U.S. Secretary of Labor (March 2021 – March 2023), the Department of Labor (DOL) oversaw a period of historically high, pandemic-related unemployment insurance (UI) fraud, with estimates suggesting that tens of billions of dollars in federal funds were improperly paid out.

394 Longtime lurker here, and Hungarian-American. The Orban-Zelensky items on here are a little bit misleading.

I like Stephen Green in general, but he's needlessly complicating the history of "Subcarpathian Ukraine." The history is pretty straightforward, actually, before 1920. It was part of the old Hungarian Kingdom before the Treaty of Trianon. Even under Austrian occupation or in the Turkish occupation period, it was considered part of occupied Hungary.

After 1920, it changed hands a bunch of times, but between the wars it was Czechoslovakia, during WW2 it went back to Hungary, then after WW2 it was first USSR and then now Ukraine. (Green does a good job of noting the exceptions to this, but those aren't that important.)

There is a small Hungarian minority there, of 150K people, but yes, they've always been mistreated by the Soviet and Ukrainian authorities. Green is acting like this is some kind of pro-Putin conspiracy theory. Its not.

150K people isn't a lot, but the whole Hungarian nation is about 10 million, so its more important to them than it would be to a larger nation.

And generally speaking, Hungary doesn't want it back. Its super-poor!

395 The interesting thing about this is 99% of the Muslim World is not condemning Israel. As for the other 1%, well, that's the United Kingdom and France for you.
