I think Doctor Zaius correctly interprets the scrolls of the Lawgiver, except when he says "the beast man" he really means "Democrats, communists and other affiliated sex-criminals." "Beware the beast man, for he is the devil's pawn. Alone among God's primates, he kills for sport or lust or greed. Ye, he will murder his brother to possess his brother's land. Let him not breed in great numbers, for he will make a desert of his home and yours. Shun him. Drive him back into his jungle lair. For he is the harbinger of death."The Pope attacked the US for enforcing its border. Tom Homan fired back. Border Czar Tom Homan is pushing back hard on Pope Leo XIV, accusing the pontiff of misunderstanding the human toll of illegal immigration -- and arguing that President Trump's border crackdown is saving lives on both sides of the border. "Look, what he doesn't understand is the flip side to illegal migration," Homan told Breitbart News when asked about Pope Leo's comments on migration. "Thirty-one percent of women get raped making that journey, 4,000 aliens died making that journey under Joe Biden. [A] quarter million Americans died of fentanyl because he opened the borders. When you overwhelm the Border Patrol, all the bad things happen: Sex trafficking increases, fentanyl increases. Securing the border saves lives. And I'd be happy to sit down and explain it to him: Illegal migration is not a victimless crime. So President Trump having illegal immigration down 96 percent, he's saving thousands of lives every year." Homan, who described himself as a practicing Catholic, said Church leadership should be aligned with law enforcement and the rule of law. "I'm a lifelong Catholic, a still-practicing Catholic," he added. "The Catholic faith is always in support of law enforcement -- always has been. [Pope Leo] should be too."He also invited the Pope to allow unlimited immigration into Vatican City and see how that works out for them: "If we jumped the wall at the Vatican, penalties are MUCH harder than in America." Video here. Trump put a hold on the Pirate State of Minnesota's Medicaid funding. Guess who got angry and ran her ugly mouth when Trump mentioned the Somali pillaging of taxpayer funds? Standing before a joint session of Congress, Trump argued that America has been "plundered" by entrenched corruption and singled out Minnesota as a glaring case study. He alleged that members of the state's Somali community had siphoned an estimated $19 billion from taxpayers, adding that the true cost could be far higher. Other states -- including California, Massachusetts, and Maine -- face similar problems, he said, framing the issue as part of a broader culture of fraud that flourished under weak enforcement and open-border policies. "This is the kind of corruption that shreds the fabric of a nation," Trump declared, warning that the consequences don't stay confined to balance sheets. He argued that unchecked fraud and mass immigration drive up medical bills, insurance premiums, rent, taxes, and crime -- costs that land squarely on working Americans. In one of the night's defining moments, Trump announced a formal federal "war on fraud," naming Vice President JD Vance to lead the charge. Though the administration began targeting waste months ago, Trump said the effort is now entering a more aggressive phase. The scale of abuse already uncovered, he claimed, is so vast that fully eliminating it could move the federal government to a balanced budget with stunning speed. Democrats erupted when Trump referred to "Somali pirates" who "ransacked Minnesota," language that immediately drew outrage from Omar. Omar shouted "liar" from her seat as the president continued speaking -- a moment that crystallized the partisan divide over immigration, oversight, and accountability.I don't know if I can take credit, but I began calling them "Somali pirates" before I saw anyone else doing so. Below, she displays third-world standards of public behavior we've come to expect from our endless hordes of Cultural Enrichers.
One of the hooligans who allegedly pelted NYPD cops with snowballs in a rowdy free-for-all at Washington Square Park has been unmasked -- as a 27-year-old punk who was arrested for attempted robbery just weeks ago, police said. Gusmane Coulibaly was cuffed on Thursday in connection to the Monday afternoon mayhem that sent two uniformed cops to the hospital, authorities said. Cops didn't immediately say what he was charged with. It wasn't Coulibaly's first run-in with the law. He was arrested for attempted robbery in a Bronx subway station less than three weeks ago, cops and sources said. Coulibaly was one of four suspects pictured in surveillance photos released by the NYPD a day after video of the "snow"-commotion went viral on social media. The three others remain at large, police said. ![]()

However much Minnesota stole, that is how much they should not receive again, until they can prove they are trustworthy, which should take about 30 years of open books to prove. Tim Walz should be in prison. I know he got paid, because he knew and actively prevented whistleblowers from stopping it. And that Omar chicken needs to find out just how much of a blessing it is to be from Somalia, by having a taxpayer trip there, one way.

_______________________________ I tend to think a more accurate description would be the "Somali Gypsies". First, the Gypsies (Romani) are nomadic. They have an origin (probably), but disperse themselves all over the globe (you will find them in little pickets everywhere). AND, you will find the same issues at each location (Sweden being on of the latest to realize a "Somali" school system had misappropriated millions right out of the country). Gypsies are categorized by their petty crime, theft, fraud, violence, deviant, illegal occupations, and an outright refusal to assimilate into society. Sound familiar? Regarding the Russiagate 10th Anniversary from a couple threads back, here are three of the more interesting things that I remember. One, I don't watch TV, and something that really jumped out at me reading quotes from the Sunday talk shows was that the operatives they sent out were very careful to say "hacked the election" -- not "computer hacked the election" or "hacked election computers," so plausibly maybe just an Election Life Hack, like putting a folding sandwich bag on the end of your brick of cheese to keep it fresh. They let the LIVs just assume they meant computer hacking, and to this day, most Democrats believe (without evidence) that Russian computer hackers broke into election computers in 2016 and electronically changed election results.
Two, the Election Life Hack of buying ads on Facebook was, IIRC, not even done by the Russian gov't; it was just a few hundred thousand dollars, which is at the level of private individuals For The Lulz. Three, that is also true of the rallies they sponsored, with the bonus of sponsoring both extremes, and Michael Moore went to one of the far-left ones -- but the Leftstream Media only ambushed a right-wing normie in her front yard. TJM,
FWIW, a license to do business can be treated as a due process property interest so denial requires some degree of due process using the Mathews v. Eldridge balancing test to determine how much. To get a temporary injunction, one must allege an irreparable harm if the license is denied until the case is litigated. Once it is litigated, the plaintiffs surely hope that judge will find grounds that the plaintiffs will suffer irreparable harm due to unjust action by the government and prevent the revocation of the licenses. As far as appellate courts go, it depends---issues of public highway safety, federal laws requiring English competence, possibility of CDL schools and authorities simply pencil whipping applicants for a fee, all come into play here. What makes anyone think they'd treat Looney Tunes as worthy of respect? Posted by: "Perfessor" Squirrel --------- Star Dreck was already well developed by the time Paramount got bought. So the question was to cancel the series or not and as we have seen even with Disney and its Snow White debacle, at a certain point, it costs more to can it than to issue the dreck because losses can be written off at that point. Posted by: whig at February 26, 2026 07:06 PM (E4rtv) === IIRC, MacArthur ordered all planes up for an expected Japanese attack at dawn. The Japanese attack was delayed by fog (I'm working from memory here) or some other reason, and by the time they showed up over Clark Field and the other USAAC bases, the US planes were being refueled. Of course, there were no radar nets operating in the PI and even coastal observation posts would have been of little use for detecting Japanese AF units based in Indochina and flying over water. 167 Don't most judges start out as lawyers? This seems to be a structural problem.
Posted by: fd All judges do except at the most junior level of magistrates and justices of the peace. Even there, a lot of them are now lawyers due to intense competition and oversupply of lawyers. Many here would benefit from Alan Zimm's book on Pearl Harbor. He was at a conference last weekend here and got to talk with him a bit. He has a big bone to pick with Adm. King over the 1942 convoy situation, think there's more to it than he suggested. Will leave it there.

I just woke from a very rare 2hr nap. Had some benign things zapped off my face & the dermatology esthetician went very wild for perfection. I was a complete idiot (which is also rare) & did not use the numbing cream to numb my entire face.
I endured pain for my craft, which I still haven't found. Whoa. High tolerance for pain but after the 30min mark I was very close to saying enough. Being tough I do not show pain, so it was exhausting. That said, I could no more roll into a Goodyear Tire place for a tire silicone butt lift that wear a jetpack on the Interstate. I once saw a woman in TJ Maxx in FL & felt sorry for her as her face was so severely burned and oozing. Thought, "Bless her heart." She was having a ball & foreign. Women would fly in from wherever for plastic surgery. It is one thing to go through a windshield & need plastic surgery. Another to look like a burn victim & appear in public as it was revolting. I think it was from a CO2 laser. Or she was dragged under a car on asphalt. I look like I have chickenpox & will not venture out of my cave for days. Maybe if my grands want to come mock me, that's fine. At least I don't look like my entire face is falling off. Posted by: ChristyBlinkyTheGreat at February 26, 2026 07:32 PM (WONhk) 197
Lawyers writing laws... its almost like ensuring Job security.
Posted by: Romeo13 a ======= I hate to tell you but one of the reasons that laws, codes, regulations, are poorly written here is that it is a craft and writing statutes is seldom taught at law schools and certainly not a required ABA core class. The mythos of the US law emphasizes case study so the students presumably learn how to write statutes by reading of cases where it is applied. Turns out it is a piss poor method to teach students. Euroland, because of civil law depends a lot more on teaching students how to craft statutes, codes, etc. Our law students are taught common law applications via caselaw to statutory law instead. And fwiw, no law school teaches writing judicial opinions either except as a special course on occasion. Last I checked, Judge Aldisert's textbook was about the only formal text out there on doing so. And much of our Congressional law is now crafted by outside interests and presented to Congress critters to sponsor. They have become PR flacks for the laws they propose rather than they or their staffs actually writing the laws. Posted by: whig at February 26, 2026 07:33 PM (E4rtv) 198
23 According to a cartel judge, the 20,000 unvetted, untrained illegals who were given CDL licenses will suffer "irreparable harm" if CA voids their CDLs and forces them to confirm their citizenship.
Forcing citizens to get a poison shot = not harm Taking away a criminal's license to drive a truck = harm Hmm...that doesn't look like its quite right to me... You're forgetting we live in upside down r*tard land right now. This kind of brain locking bullsh*t is what we have to look forward to for the foreseeable future.
