The topic of the previous thread is why I have a hard time taking the current crop of leftist radicals seriously. Oh they talk a big game and they want to terrible things - but they’re all incompetent bunglers, they fuck everything up. Timothy McVeigh was an evil murderer, but he was also quite competent and came up with a hell of a weapon. The current bunch is like a legion of Squeaky Fromme’s out to take their vengeance on the world.

If I'm in a thread and someone posts nood, I usually close the tab and reopen the main AoS link, no pop-up add just going directly to comments when I do that.
I have noticed that if I hit the AoS link at the top of a comments thread I do get the pop-up ad, Its a tiny inconvenience, its 5 seconds and then you can close the ad, but if you were hitting that link constantly trying to score a 'first' I suppose it might get old. I don't have ad-block and just using chrome for my AoS habit. Posted by: PaleRider at February 19, 2026 08:13 PM (Sokdp) 37
