Another One of Biden's Third World Assassins Kills Four in Highway Massacre

He was given a commercial drivers license by "moderate" Pennsylvania governor Josh Shapiro.

And he's now murdered four people.

Doing the murders Americans just won't do.

The driver of a semi-truck at the center of a multi-vehicle crash that left four dead in Indiana is in U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody after a detainer was placed on him.

Indiana State Police said the fatal crash happened Tuesday around 4 p.m. in the area of State Road 67 and County Road 550 East in Jay County, where the truck collided with a van. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) told Fox News that driver Bekzhan Beishekeev is a Kyrgyzstani national who entered the U.S. via the Biden-era CBP One cell phone app on Dec. 19, 2024, at the Nogales, Ariz., port of entry, and he was released into the U.S. via parole by the Biden administration.

Beishekeev, 30, was reportedly driving on SR 67 in Indiana when he didn't stop for another slowed semi-truck, swerving instead into oncoming traffic and crashing head-on into a van, killing four people, several of whom were reportedly Amish.

...

Indiana State Police, citing the Jay County Coroner's Office, identified the four victims killed in the collision as Henry Eicher, 50, Menno Eicher, 25, Paul Eicher, 19, and Simon Girod, 23 of Bryant, Ind.

...

"Not only was Bekzhan Beishekeev released into our country by the Biden administration using the CBP One app, but he was also given a commercial driver's license by Governor Shapiro's Pennsylvania. These decisions have had deadly consequences and led to the death of four innocent people in Indiana on Tuesday," added DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin in a statement. "It is incredibly dangerous for illegal aliens, who often don't know our traffic laws or even English, to be operating semi-trucks on America's roads. These sanctuary governors must stop giving illegal aliens commercial driver's licenses before another American gets killed."

Very related but not the same incident: A trucker turns around on the highway and just drives the wrong way.

Is he an illegal? Probably! He is certainly employing Third World Highway Safety Protocols.

I guess it's not strong enough to stop 40,000 pounds of truck driven by said diversity from crushing you to death.

What I really fear is, if too many more Americans are killed by all this diversity, that some of our diversity may be sent back to the country where they were born.

Ethnic Kyrgyz make up the majority of the country's over 7 million people, followed by significant minorities of Uzbeks and Russians.[

67 I'm thinking that states who take CDLs seriously should open up inspection stations at state lines or close to state lines, and check everyone's CDL. If you are a U.S. citizen with one, naturalized or natural born, no problem. But if you are a foreigner with one...you get detained by ICE and sent packing.

I ordinarily would not like the idea but as long as other states give away CDLs to anyone and everyone like candy, even foreign nationals...well, other states shouldn't have to play the game or put their citizens in danger.

73 I read this article earlier today on this crash.

Apparently these trucker firms are known as "Chameleon Carriers/Networks" and the things they are doing are easy to find and well-known among the trucking community.

A chameleon carrier operation is about concealment. It’s about constructing a network of entities designed to evade regulatory detection and enforcement. The connective tissue can be any combination of shared Vehicle Identification Numbers moving between authorities, common officers or registered agents across multiple DOT numbers, identical or overlapping phone numbers and email addresses, the same branding and logos regardless of which company name appears on the door, common insurance brokers and policies, shared Electronic Logging Device infrastructure, overlapping financial services and accounting providers, coordinated recruitment pipelines from the same geographic origin, sequential authority registrations suggesting pre-planned entity creation, and shared terminal facilities where multiple authorities operate from the same physical location.

Middle America fly away country used to dominate trucking. Then asshole firms in sanctuary states started to use cheap illegal foreign labor and drove wages down to the point that many Americans got out of the industry. Especially owner operators.

In return these firms hire incompetent labor that kill people, minimal safety standards, and even are involved in arranging truck cargo hijackings by acting as illegal subcontractors between the shipper and recipient via trucking brokers.

US DOT needs to stomp on every blue state and the few red states issuing licenses to illegals and non English speakers and running CDL mills. And operators of those businesses need to face jail time and loss of their ill gotten wealth by fines.

87 "Middle America fly away country used to dominate trucking. Then asshole firms in sanctuary states started to use cheap illegal foreign labor and drove wages down to the point that many Americans got out of the industry. Especially owner operators."

And all for something they should not have been allowed to do to begin with. In no way should foreign nationals who cannot even read or speak English should be hired or allowed to be hired by these companies. They need to be curb stomped as well as every state government that issues CDLs to people who have no business being here.

Posted by: Cow Demon at February 05, 2026 06:39 PM (hJH5n)

88 I'm thinking that states who take CDLs seriously should open up inspection stations at state lines or close to state lines, and check everyone's CDL. If you are a U.S. citizen with one, naturalized or natural born, no problem. But if you are a foreigner with one...you get detained by ICE and sent packing.

I've seen quite a few lawsuits with plain folks involved reported. It really depends on their local bishop as it is more a group of shared beliefs among the Amish and Mennonites that in particulars relies on the local bishop for application of those beliefs to specific circumstances.

A lot more variation than one would expect and for seemingly inexplicable reasons that would cause bishops to differ. Sort of like Orthodox and Ultra Orthodox Judaism's reliance on rabbinical guidance on specific instances.

96 Incredibly sad every time one of these illegal trucker murderers kill innocent Americans. Or every time a drunk illegal does the same.

Read just today of this and there are trucking companies, called "chameleons" who frequently change names so that they can't be tracked. I guess if you see one and report it there is a problem finding their name on a data base?

Saw a video of a Hwy Patrol officer pulling over a semi in Arkansas. He had a laptop of road signs, etc, and this illegal couldn't speak nor read English.

Then the back of the semi revealed it packed with illegals.

I hope this is stopped today. Now.

Yes and no. DoT certifications matter in interstate trucking so Duffy has control over that like enforcing the existing law that CDL drivers must be fluent in English before licensing and driving. Even more for hazardous materials.

But local traffic and a lot of normal CDL licensing practices for interstate trucking have been left to the states for regulation and when those states let those gypsy trucking firms flourish then they end up killing people.

Owners need to be considered accessories before the fact and go to jail too for employing incompetent drivers doing illegal shit.

141 A trucker turns around on the highway and just drives the wrong way.

------------

Since I've been working as an independent contract courier (driving my own car, not a big rig) for 13 years around the highways of Northern AZ, I've been using a couple of apps: (1) obviously, Google Maps which of course tracks me; and (2) an Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) App to identify and attempt to avoid road construction, accidents, and/or closures.

The latter has alerts, which send text messages to my phone when new incidents arrive and are subsequently cleared.

At least once a week I'll get an alert that there's some idiot driving the wrong way on one of the highways here (more than likely cars, but now I wonder how many are big rigs)?

Another anecdote: when I see DPS (formerly Highway Patrol) after pulling over a big rig, half the time the drivers are wearing turbans (and I can't remember the last time I saw a white dude or dudette) -- and now there are Indian restaurants virtually everywhere on freeways all across the nation.

161 I am pondering at 53 finishing out my working years as a trucker, it is probably what I should have done rather than the Army and my education.

I am probably going back into information warfare in the short-term.

May your wishes and dreams come true.

I drove delivery and farm trucks for my father as a yute. Have no tolerance for asshole unsafe truckers and I knew a bunch of the old knights of the road back in the day. Wife's family had one owner operator and another uncle was a husband and wife team.

Her paternal uncle drove after retirement from the lumbar industry--usually hauled bees of all things.

Me, I am physically shot to the point I could not literally take driving long distances anymore although I have the tools and training to do it.

Bad spine and a major operation coming up on it.

163 Locally we have one township - roughly 86,000 residents - now about one-quarter foreign born. There are more than 70 to 100+ different languages and dialects are spoken there. Reportedly, 25.9% to 27.5% of households in the township speak a language other than English at home

West African and Asian populations are extensive in the county and in the state. (And obvious at the DMVs.)

Philly takes in immigrants & then nudges them into collar counties via non-profit corporations, etc. and that's how the ring counties are also picking them up - NP corporations, etc.

Pennsylvania congressional redistricting, particularly the 2022 map, maintains a split in the Philadelphia region, placing parts of the city into districts with neighboring counties. (The 5th Congressional District includes portions of Philadelphia, Delaware, and Montgomery counties, while other districts, like the 1st, connect Bucks and Montgomery counties.)

Same with Allegheny county in western PA. The city of Pittsburgh is often split into different congressional districts to connect its dense urban population with suburban and rural areas, sometimes resulting in districts that span multiple counties.

Honestly, when reading the Founders I always got the impression that they believed Benevolence was to be a pre-requisite for Public Service.
At the very least, in theory. In practice, they often behaved in a similar manner to any other population of humans.

I have a huge bruise and lump on my left hand. I did not hit it with anything, bump it into anything, or have any other sort of accident. It has gotten steadily bigger over the course of the week.

So, I went to urgent care to see if they could figure out how it occurred and how not to do that again.

The nurse practitioner had me take three xrays, and stated that there was no bone damage, so she figured I probably hit it on something and it would go away on its own. She said she didn't have an MRI to check the soft tissue but I was free to go to the ER and have them... tell me that same damned thing, I expect.

Huh. Here it is three days later and it is still there and still growing. Do I waste my time going to someone else or do I just wait and hope for the best? Honestly, why did young little miss nurse think that was going to be a good answer? Which specialist is the one for "lump in hand and big ol' bruise"?

Robbery charges in other states, weapon and dope charges in state, it doesn't matter. Marriage and then placement into a lunatic program (few and far) to hide until feeling ready to cope.

PA State Police and local law enforcement are not mandated to enforce federal immigration laws, which are primarily the responsibility of the federal government.

243 Thanks for all the well wishes. In a bit of pain right now due to the fact that I cannot take my anti arthritic drugs for this whole month before and after the surgery.

For fun, I did have a surgeon for prostate surgery that was the exception to old Jewish doctors. Guy looked young enough to be Doogie Howser MD but he was excellent. Mayo Clinic Scottsdale and I have had good luck also with second opinions at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville.

But for the spinal surgery, don't really want to travel and have top surgeons nearby to do it. Did get a second opinion from a top neurosurgeon who is a head of department of a medical school in neurology and he agreed with my surgeon about what needed to be done and the quality of my chosen surgeon.

Once the kids are parked on the floor, they have around oldsters who volunteer to bring their friendly dogs to visit the children. The kids love it, the parents do, and so forth the oldsters and their dogs.

320 Best kind of dopamine hits. For them and us, giving them belly rubs and head scratches.
Posted by: whig

Miss Dixie does not give me belly rubs or behind the ear scratches.

Seems fair

321 BTW, pawn, any tricks that you have to manage pain or that I have I will reveal. I use heat in the morning to get started to move and cold to address pain. Bad arthritis is kind of like rust--it hurts the joints worst when you get moving, then it is okay for a bit, until it isn't. Then ice.

Because I was bored when I had knee surgery and was in a soft cast for awhile, I practiced mental imagery as in viewing pain as a colors--fiery red for nerve zingers, crushing pain as purple, and no pain as blue. So I would mentally try to reduce inflammation in the knee by treating it mentally as a ballon and imagine myself squeezing the ballon to let out the pressure.

Used a temperature gauge as inflammation of joints can show up on those infrared temp gauges. It actually did lower the heat and inflammation a bit by doing that regularly. Breathing helps me to deal with nerve pain zingers.

Don't want to harsh their mellow upstairs but thanks for all the well wishes and kindness. I'll try my best to reciprocate by paying it forward. Gotta go ice now.

323 whig-

I didn't have much choice in the route I took after my second back surgery to fix the first one was messed up again by the Workers Compensation.

My mind wasn't affected that much by the opioids as I was able to do some amazing engineering for years after that.

But I can relate to people manually checking out if they lose what ever made their life worth living because I have gone there by choice a couple of times just to remind me of why I take it.

I pray I never have to face that.

I don't have any tricks other than changing positions and reciting the Lords Prayer over and over.

325 Like all normal Americans, I am outraged by UK grooming scandal, where children were repeatedly raped with no interest in protecting them.
This transportation scandal gets me about as mad. When will Americans see that justice is done, even it means a long prison term?
