The Morning Report — 2/5/26

Morning Report intro.jpg

Good morning kids. As the spouse is going into hospital this morning for a scheduled surgical procedure, I'll have to keep it short and sweet (if you could call it that). . .

The assault on the rule of law and the fomenting and leveraging of violence and terrorism for political gain by the Democrat Party and its base and operatives in and out of government continues with the epicenter now in Minneapolis and likely to metastasize into a firestorm that will sweep the nation, especially as warmer weather approaches and especially the midterm election push gets into full swing. As history dictates, and should be obvious there can be no parlaying with an intractable enemy that seeks our destruction. And instead of marshaling every possible uniformed agent we can to utterly crush what can only be now described as an armed insurgency and insurrection that seeks not only the prevention of enforcement of federal immigration law but in point of fact, the effective overthrow of the federal government.

And yet President Trump has decided that he needs to make concessions to those that if given half the chance would string him up on a lamp post. I mean that quite literally.

Negotiating with terrorists, whether Islamic in Iran or Gaza, or Marxist/Islamic in America, doesn’t bring peace, it shows weakness and then the terrorism never ends and neither do the negotiations.

Ceding on ICE won’t buy peace. And it won’t even change the topic or end the violence.

There are very good arguments for why this administration should make domestic kitchen table economics its larger focus. If it doesn’t do that, the midterm situation may be catastrophic. But it can do that and fulfill core responsibilities like national defense. Immigration was a major reason, perhaps the biggest reason that Trump is here, because it embodies national survival. We can and should kick the can down the road on some global issues which have been too much the focus lately, but this is a primal issue which is why the Democrats have gone to the mattresses on it and why retreating on it would be a mistake.

Illegal aliens are the political power behind the ghost districts that Dems use to rig elections and maintain outsized political influence. That’s why it’s the one battle they can’t afford to lose.

The theft of the 2020 election, and everything that made the theft possible primarily both the Fauci/Chi-Com biowarfare, lockdowns, erasure of the most basic election voting integrity measures, and the George Floyd race riots that resulted from it and the J-6 Pelosi/Deep State-engineered J-6 fake "insurrection" put a giant sucking wound into the heart of whatever remains of our Republic as it is, but what we are witnessing here and now really is for all the marbles. They know it, and are surely acting like it and we better start doing the same right now, or else I fear that we are a dead nation walking . . . mostly right off a cliff.

Have a great day.

And lastly, a quick shout-out and a huge thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. It truly is appreciated more than you can know.

4 Yes, and Portland ICE is a good example.

They wrestled with Antifa like an older brother. That taught the left they could game the fight, throw a few punches, get thrown back, play "I'm not touching you!" games with armed police without consequence.

11 The Democrat demands have already sparked opposition from Republicans. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) has already declared that requiring judicial warrants, rather than administrative warrants, for immigration enforcement actions is dead on arrival. “That is a road that we cannot or should not go down,” Johnson said.

The Immigration Act of 96 (Billy BJ Clinton) explicitly moves most "expedited removal" cases out criminal and civil courts as almost any Immigration Agent has the authority to ask for the illegal alien to be returned to their home country.

I wonder what the response of SCOTUS would be if when Brown 45, in any issue where Leftist dogma is anticipated to take center stage in xer opinion, if those arguing a case before the court would just blow off any questions by Brown 45, waving off xer word salad and pointless questions with a "whatever, you're not a judge you're an activist" and move on.

17 I'm not sure what to think about the situation with illegals and immigration enforcement. On the one hand I think Trump dislikes bad press, so he'd do whatever to keep that to a minimum. On the other hand I don't think he'd completely stop the repatriation efforts.

I could see where Minneapolis might have really gone south and created a huge problem for the administration.

But, I also think the various media outlets are parsing what they're telling the public about what is, and what isn't the situation in MN. I think ICE is still there, will continue to be there and will continue to round up illegals there. Maybe without all the fanfare.

Bigger issue continues to be the judiciary and their horseshit.

Mike Benz is now arguing that the EU will succeed in crushing free speech in the US by conspiring to hit the social media platforms with bankruptcy levels of coordinated fines and penalties for not exercising hard core censorship.

Big Tech is expected to comply with the EU demands and the Left is confident that the 95% of the voting public who represent those who don't care one whit about the political theater we here immerse ourselves in, will be blissfully unaware of the outright fraud and corruption that has led them to barely getting by.

31 Once McConnell is dead or incapacitated - not retired, but completely out of the picture - we'll get to see what the new era of GOP grift looks like, as Thune will be free to execute on his vision of treacherous cuckoldry.

I'm mildly optimistic about it. The Southern wing of the GOP is not going to be as easy to control for him as it was for McConnell and Barbour, so they will stymie him occasionally, and force him to spread his bribes thinner.

And as bad as McConnell was, he was highly effective during his intermittent stints as America's most powerful Democrat. I don't think Thune has the brains or the influence to deliver for the Dems like he could.

I think the Dems will be weaker in the Thune regnancy, with less ability to determine events.

The governor wants me to tell you why we’re not going to investigate.’ I said, ‘Please do.’ Because back in May, he had seen the evidence — video footage, cell phone records, testimony, bank data — all consistent with ballot harvesting. He told me himself it was compelling to be investigated. That was in May of 2021.”

Perdue paused before revealing the rest. “Then, in November, he calls and says, ‘We’re not going to investigate because…I’m a team player. If the governor doesn’t want to investigate, we’re not going to investigate.’”

70 Pepsi and Doritos have had to drop their prices 15% because Americans sn no longer afford to buy

That is one hell of a spin to deny Trump policies reducing inflation and supply chain / manufacturing costs - like reducing the cost of energy. Then there are a myriad of things that Trump had no influence over, like there being a bumper crop of cereals, and commodity prices for HFCS dropping.

Pepsi and Doritos aren't exactly MAHA or Cost-Conscious compatible items. Maybe with fewer SNAP dollars chasing Most Favored Gluttony Items?

78 Congress Could Fix The Entitlement Fraud Problem Overnight But Won’t

--

Seriously, did any of us ever expect these people to ever do what's right for the citizens it represents, do what's right for the health and strength of this country of ours? It will never be fixed. They have neither the courage, nor the will, nor the deep concern for America's financial state to ever do anything other than let it all eventually collapse. As long as their bank accounts are stuffed (and they have all become filthy rich off our backs), they are fat and happy, and have no more concern as we lurch further and further left, and further and further on the path to ultimate ruin. Congress will never fix the entitlement problem. They may lose their path to riches...

79 If you watch Trump for any length of time, you'll notice he often picks an unexpected or unpredictable path. I am not talking about 10D space chess, I am talking about merely doing what they don't think you will ever do.

Until you realize that his enemies carefully game these scenarios out before implementing them, and have at their disposal a raft of data, psychological and otherwise, that they use to strike at Trump and therefore us, you are not fit to try to figure out what he might be up to.

They want and need him to do certain things and sometimes he will pick an escape route they thought they had blocked off. It's what he does, and it's how he keeps us and our movement in front of them instead of falling way behind. It is nowhere near a fair fight, Trump just makes it look like one.

95 My hope is that the ICE thing right now is a pivot. Remember - this all started because we found out that the immigrant community, with full support of the state of Minnesota, was robbing the taxpayers wantonly with the undercurrent of "Whaddya gonna do about it, kafir?". So all the illegal happenings were identified, along with the illegal immigrants.

Problem was, the Walz administration and other third parties went on the attack as crybullies. Getting the rank and file to do stupid, dangerous, and even deadly stunts all in the name of "Virtue", as they defined it. So we've been bogged down in weeks of ICE vs. protestors, with the state actively protecting the criminals and threatening to jail (or *wink* *wink* *murder*) federal agents.

And those weeks means the actual fraudsters, whom the state of Minnesota were helping to get away with their crimes, basically were lost in the news from the Fifth Column.

So, take the wins so far on that end, dial it back, then send in the IRS instead. Audit them from the anus to the teeth. We're probably not getting the money back. But we need to stop the bleeding, and identify the human cancers that enabled the theft and fraud.

Now all but a small number of the craziest anti-ICE peaceful protestors in ultra-close proximity to ICE officers, will wear PRESS- or LEGAL OBSERVER-blazoned clothing or large patches.

For optics, the left still needs a few 'unaffiliated local grassroots peaceful protestors' on the forward edge of the riot area. Who if chased by ICE will retreat into a very-nearby group of fake-press and fake-legal observers, who Tish and Antifa hope ICE will beat into pulp.

It's always all about the optics.

Artemis 2 will eventually launch. But the latest hydrogen gas leaks are inexcusable in my judgement. If the troops in Florida couldn't make a fix in over two years after the leaks on Artemis 1, it's pathetic. I cannot recall H2 leaks at the pad-rocket fueling interface delaying launch during Shuttle Program, If there were some, it wasn't many and none in the final 10 years of Shuttle.

Fraud exposed in Maine: $45.6 million in ‘improper payments’ discovered in just ONE YEAR from ONE PROGRAM

“According to multiple reports — African immigrants who do not speak English in many cases and have no experience in health care are allegedly stealing millions of taxpayer dollars from the state by taking a 50-hour course to care for elderly Americans and then billing the government”

“Home care agencies that are essentially just PO boxes that send invoices to the Department of Health and Human Services and get paid — we also have the residential care facilities where actual houses are being operated under the guise of providing care for disabled adults”

“Maine improperly billed $46 million worth of Medicaid payments to the federal government and this was one program.”

Minneapolis showed that the sundowning pedophile wanna be dictator can be kicked to the curb. There will be some incredibly difficult moments we experience, but people are waking up to the power we have when we stand together.

We need to somehow transition from standing together as a community into standing together as a country. Minneapolis is a spark of hope, I just hope it can catch on everywhere.

NPR has been sane-washing Trumps bullshit since 2015. It's really no surprise they are just now slightly retracting from the sphincter.

This is why I stopped listening to NPR after decades. I couldn't take this anymore. PBS NewsHour has replaced them for me and it's miles better anyway.

If we survive, how many will say we weren't on the brink?
