Feds Seize 700 Boxes of "Votes" From Fulton County, GA, Election Hub; Democrats Shriek In Fear

Via Twitchy, Democrats are scrambling for a "plan" to #resist a signed judicial search warrant.

Among the most scrutinized episodes cited by Trump was an election-night pause in absentee ballot counting, when Fulton County officials said a burst pipe temporarily halted operations. Trump later rejected that explanation, arguing the stoppage was used to clear Republican poll watchers from the room before ballots were retrieved from beneath a table and scanned without supervision.
"In Fulton County, Republican poll watchers were ejected, in some cases, physically from the room under the false pretense of a pipe burst -- 'water main burst, everybody leave,' which we now know was a total lie," Trump told supporters on Jan. 6, 2021. He claimed the episode coincided with a sudden surge of votes for Biden and alleged that tens of thousands of ballots were processed while observers were absent.

NEW: A visibly uneasy Fulton County, Georgia, Commissioner, Mo Ivory, reveals the FBI took 700 boxes of 2020 ballots.

If I were forced to guess...

1. State law requires them to retain the ballots - AND -
2. They didn't think that anyone would get a warrant to look at them - AND -
3. They thought that if #2 failed then they'd get warning.

No they won't. Garland Favorito and other voter integrity groups have been trying to get those ballots for their lawsuit and despite multiple wins on paper, over the last 5 years never got access. GA Courts are comped too at the highest levels.

If you watch, you see votes being subtracted from Trump totals and added to Biden's in real time. Same thing happened in other races for the GA Senate seats. That cannot happen without fraud because of the Scytl election results server gave the same election data feed Edison for the media as they did Sec. of State offices. These were reported up from the central election offices (also where fraud occurred) to the Scytl servers and then to the media and SoS office.

No legal way for votes to be subtracted from a candidate under that setup.

Ga Legislature had Trump 2020 elector Burt Jones as Lt. Gov running the Ga Senate in 2022-24. Burt was not happy to be one of Fani charged for being a fake elector. Fani was excused from Burt's case due to Fani contributing and verbally supporting Burt's Dem opponent in 2022 election.

Former Kemp running mate LTG Geoff Duncan leaping to the Democrats last year after losing to Burt Jones in the primary.

SoS Ratshitburger survived by the usual splitter GOPe type that prevented other better GOP candidates in the primary from beating him. Helped that the Dems did not have a competitive primary for most of the races so Ratshitburger got some Dems voting in the GOP primary to get just about 50 percent that would have caused a runoff.

You can register by a Paper form, online, or motor voter... and for ID you can use something as worthless as a Bank Account statement, with an address, or a utility bill... none of which are verified with the institution...

If you have no ID at all, even a bill, they will still register you with a 'voter ID'.

There IS a single database with all Calif Voter IDs, but they will not give access to the Feds....

I believe there has also been an order of protection since January 2021 to preserve all those ballots and records because of a lawsuit brought when an election supervisor suspected counterfeit ballots had been injected into the count.

Surprisingly, her sentencing guidelines were given as if the jury had convicted her of the felony version (of whatever version of crime the prosecutors twisted out of preserving records), even though she was convicted of the misdemeanor version. There is a big Chamber of Commerce group that seemingly wants to hand the state over to the Dems. Port of Savannah is part of it because less foreign trade, like from China, means less grifting. The other part is GA GOP itself has a fair number of corrupt GOP types like the former Speaker of the House who used his official position to block trials for his clients. He would claim he was busy doing state's business when a client wanted a delay in a case.

I think part of the Chamber issues are that some of their clients make money from the human trafficking (Atlanta Hartsfield is a nexus point) and drug trafficking from illegals. Banks, real estate, attorneys, criminals, etc.

I think Arizona as a border state has the same infection and for the same reasons.

Somehow putting stickers on the mirrors in cheap hotels is seen as sufficient response to the problem. Oregon is on the I-5 between Canada and Mexico, and everything that moves flows on it.

They of course had the key felony/misdemeanor part of the hearing far down in story (if they included it at all) and ambiguously reported -

Contrast it to Colorado Newsroom who I'm guessing did their own original reporting -

This is where the left really sometimes gets stupid. Yes, you need to focus your hate on someone. But it doesn’t have to be the person who (a) has power, and (b) is inclined to your position anyway. Trump’s first term would have gone a lot differently if they’d just treated him as badly as any Republican president; there would probably have been no need for fraud to keep him out a second term.

The same will almost certainly be true for Tulsi Gabbard. They will push her against the wall rather than just welcome her and allow her to naturally flow left like any politician does.

Smartmatic election software was created in Venezuela for Chavez's elections in about 2005 or so. Smartmatic then shared its code with Dominion by Dominion purchasing Sequioa Voting Systems that Smartmatic acquired (think there were some antitrust issues and thus Smartmatic pivoted to foreign elections), Diebold got bought out and left the election business by ES&S .

ES&S and Dominion dominate electronic voting and election management software now in the US.

352 I read the bill of particulars: the FBI didn't just seize the various ballots related to the 2020 election, they also seized the voter rolls. I expect Fulton County is going to have to do some explaining on why they had more votes cast than registered voters.

Also, you can't get a TRO against a search warrant. There is such a thing as Motion to Suppress, but I doubt Fulton Co. is going to have much joy with such a motion.
