Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Feds Seize 700 Boxes of "Votes" From Fulton County, GA, Election Hub; Democrats Shriek In FearVia Twitchy, Democrats are scrambling for a "plan" to #resist a signed judicial search warrant. MXM: Among the most scrutinized episodes cited by Trump was an election-night pause in absentee ballot counting, when Fulton County officials said a burst pipe temporarily halted operations. Trump later rejected that explanation, arguing the stoppage was used to clear Republican poll watchers from the room before ballots were retrieved from beneath a table and scanned without supervision. "In Fulton County, Republican poll watchers were ejected, in some cases, physically from the room under the false pretense of a pipe burst -- 'water main burst, everybody leave,' which we now know was a total lie," Trump told supporters on Jan. 6, 2021. He claimed the episode coincided with a sudden surge of votes for Biden and alleged that tens of thousands of ballots were processed while observers were absent.

I'm more curious why the DNI Director was on site. First, a Director isn't going to show up unless they know exactly what they are going to find, and it's very bad. Second, the DNI taking the lead suggests intelligence agency involvement (foreign and/or domestic). It, also, suggests there might be FISA warrant(s) active in advance to the FBI's warrant.
And, then you have the whole Dominion voting machine issue and a relationship with Venezuela, which could also explain a DNI presence. Justice for Rudy Giuliani?
I'm still ticked Rudy, who gutted the mafia and was America's mayor at 9/11, got his life and finances destroyed by a couple of Georgia vote counters who pulled out suitcases of (allegedly) fake votes at the last minute. So can Rudy Giuliani get his money back? His settlement was not an admission of guilt.
IIRC his case was specific to the two women that pulled ballots out hidden below their work stations after chasing out R observers. To save Rudy you'd need evidence that one or both of the women was involved with whatever the feds are looking at here specifically. Which...could be but who knows. Remember, at the time Georgia had a republican governor and a republican Secretary of State. Posted by: Smell the Glove ======= No they won't. Garland Favorito and other voter integrity groups have been trying to get those ballots for their lawsuit and despite multiple wins on paper, over the last 5 years never got access. GA Courts are comped too at the highest levels. There are two things that might explain things--one, Kemp is compromised by the 2018 race against Stacey Abrams and perhaps even cheated in his GOP gov primary race when he was SoS. Two, after the 2018 race, all the servers with election data at Kennesaw State (under contract to SoS) were wiped despite pending legal action. Three, Kemp's key SoS aide became a salesguy for Dominion and Kemp engineered with the State leg, a no bid contract for replacing the old Diebold machines. Ratshitburger has Chicom connections dating from his Ga House career and his brother was a muckety muck in Huawei USA. Chris Carr originally got appointed AG specifically to block a Georgia Religious Freedom Restoration Act when Sam Olens stepped down to a Univ. President. Posted by: Smell the Glove He was involved in the Kemp coverup just like Ratshitburger. His problem was that Burt Jones was a GA Senator and Burt's getting charged by Fani simply made him a martyr. So he lost his job in the primary and then pivoted to being anti Trump all the time. Kemp is anti Trump too but wise enough to keep his mouth shut about it. He was writing a thinly disguised real life expose of Atlanta's ruling elite. All about property development and grifting from that.
His Charlotte book was a thinly disguised portrait of Duke University just a bit after Man in Full. Seem to recall a lot of it was based on a relative's account of going to school there (mebbe his daughter or niece, can't remember). True, but his writing seemed to deteriorate from the great stuff he did earlier to just Tom Wolfe writes Tom Wolfe. Posted by: Archimedes at January 29, 2026 03:11 PM (Riz8t) 321

I'm gonna need a step-by-step description on how seizing the election ballots from 2020 is "all about the 2026 election."
What, exactly, from 2020 would have any relevance on 2026? But, she give the game away, doesn't she? That one line, "your right to vote." Well, if you were legal to vote in 2020, you have nothing to worry about if you're going to vote in 2026. But, if you were not legal to vote in 2020, you may have some problems voting in 2026, wouldn't you? Posted by: People's Hippo Voice at January 29, 2026 03:12 PM (oFt/K) 329

FWIW I searched for the news on the appeals court hearing on Tina Peters sentencing, a dozen results (the networks, local news) were copy/pastes from what I assume is AP's original reporting. They of course had the key felony/misdemeanor part of the hearing far down in story (if they included it at all) and ambiguously reported -
"But the elements of one of those, a felony conviction for criminal impersonation, was improperly presented to the jury with language for the misdemeanor version of the crime, another element of her case that alarmed the panel’s judges." Contrast it to Colorado Newsroom who I'm guessing did their own original reporting - "But Judges Craig Welling, Ted Tow III and Lino Lipinsky de Orlov of the appellate court raised concerns about that trial during Wednesday’s hearing, questioning whether an improper jury instruction led to Peters’ conviction on a felony charge despite drawing language from a misdemeanor statute. Do I think she would follow through? Eh I don't know. They did make it personal for her so at least there would be a chance.
This is where the left really sometimes gets stupid. Yes, you need to focus your hate on someone. But it doesnt have to be the person who (a) has power, and (b) is inclined to your position anyway. Trumps first term would have gone a lot differently if theyd just treated him as badly as any Republican president; there would probably have been no need for fraud to keep him out a second term. The same will almost certainly be true for Tulsi Gabbard. They will push her against the wall rather than just welcome her and allow her to naturally flow left like any politician does. Per Grok, it says there could be 500-2000 ballots per box; depends on the size and type.
So, 350,000 to 1,400,000 ballots. Yes, that's all the votes cast in Fulton Co in 2020. In a state Trump "lost" by 11,000. If you want to say the Dems are royally F'ed, you're underselling what's about to happen. Posted by: People's Hippo Voice at January 29, 2026 03:17 PM (oFt/K) 342

YMMV Posted by: Martini Farmer Smartmatic election software was created in Venezuela for Chavez's elections in about 2005 or so. Smartmatic then shared its code with Dominion by Dominion purchasing Sequioa Voting Systems that Smartmatic acquired (think there were some antitrust issues and thus Smartmatic pivoted to foreign elections), Diebold got bought out and left the election business by ES&S . ES&S and Dominion dominate electronic voting and election management software now in the US. Posted by: whig at January 29, 2026 03:19 PM (2swu2) 344

If it can be proven that the 2020 was totally rigged, would it be possible to claim that all Biden judges, no matter if Biden signed, or AutoPen signed, are invalid and can be removed? Why the fuck would they have kept the ballots? You fucking retards.
--- Because: - U.S. Department of Justice v. Fulton County (or Clerk Ché Alexander): This federal civil lawsuit, filed in December 2025 -Related DOJ lawsuit against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger: The DOJ refiled (or revived) a suit in late January 2026 seeking unredacted voter registration data from Georgia But also, I think there may be some other suits still trickling along out there. But yes, what's crazy is GA law only requires they be kept for 24 months. Posted by: People's Hippo Voice at January 29, 2026 03:22 PM (oFt/K) 346

In 2020 the judiciary said:
You can't investigate fraud before the ballots are counted because there has been no injury You can't investigate fraud during the count because then you are interfering with the count You can't investigate fraud after the count because now the count is final. --- And the recent SCOTUS ruling gutted that dodge. Specifically reference that tactic, of forcing them to wait and lose or file too early and lose. Giving campaigns standing BEFORE the election was huge. I read the bill of particulars: the FBI didn't just seize the various ballots related to the 2020 election, they also seized the voter rolls. I expect Fulton County is going to have to do some explaining on why they had more votes cast than registered voters.
Also, you can't get a TRO against a search warrant. There is such a thing as Motion to Suppress, but I doubt Fulton Co. is going to have much joy with such a motion. Posted by: Retired Buckeye Cop is now an engineer at January 29, 2026 04:05 PM (pJWtt) 353
