New Details on Church Invasion Prove It Was a Straight-Up Hate Crime

Tyler O'Neill's thread has the supporting charging documents.

This behavior would not be tolerated if a mosque was invaded.

Tyler O'Neil
@Tyler2ONeil

HORRIFYING NEW DETAILS

The invasion of Cities Church was even worse than we thought.

Agitators blocked stairs so "parents were unable to get to their children" at Sunday School.

One told a kid, "Do you know your parents are Nazis, they're going to burn in hell?"

...

William Kelly, "DaWoke Farmer," shouted, "This ain't God's house. This is the house of the devil."

About 50 members of the congregation were "stuck" towards the front of the church. Not only did the agitators take over the service, but they "made it nearly impossible for parishioners to get out and leave."

One woman broke her arm.

Congregants "were terrorized, our children were weeping, college students and young women were sobbing, it was impactful and it will take time to work through."

An agitator "continued to scream in the faces of young children while they were crying."

Nekima Armstrong, a main ringleader, said that @citieschurch
"cannot pretend to be a house of God while harboring someone who is directing ICE agents to wreak havoc upon our community and who killed Renee Good."

Make no mistake: this church invasion was an atrocity.

Sadly, Democrats like @Jacob_Frey, are carrying water for the agitators. Judges denied arrest warrants for 5 of the 8 charged defendants.

But @HarmeetKDhillon says this isn't over. Stay tuned.

Compare and contrast what these criminals did and how they were quickly released from custody to what they did to the J6ers who simply walked through the Capitol.

The two-tiered system of injustice is going to destroy our country.

As gay sex assailant Don Lemon declared -- and he was privy to the intentions of the invaders, being part of the plot himself -- the entire point of the exercise was to "traumatize" the church-goers. Including the children.

As some point out, a Catholic church was similarly invaded last year, by a gunman who shot the place up.

Two children were murdered.

If protesters have the right to go armed to "protests," so do the people being "protested."

So these are the kinds of posts ... and headlines ... that get me banned and also wear me out.

Do you think any group just wandered around town, with a will to fight, and just happened to walk into a church ? Or a mosque ? Or a synagogue ?

Or any Damn where else where folks gather, and advertise their ideology ?

No. Folks do not. Of course it was "hate". No two people ever fight without "hate". Good Gawd. How many posts will drop before we get to the obvious ?

37 I think that we are also going to find that the group has others who created a disturbance elsewhere in order to distract and tie up the police so they couldn't get to the church.*

Because there is no way someone in the church didn't call 911.

Yet none of them acted with any concern that they would be arrested.

*
Or they had insiders in the PD tipping them off.
This is why the judge denied the arrest warrants.
Because search warrants go along with arrest warrants.
And the judge is protecting the phones of the co-conspirators.
Because the judge IS a co-conspirator.

I would have had more than a broken arm trying to defend children. And for these bastards to tell children this stuff to their faces, as they wept, enrages me.

Thanks for getting the truth out and may it spread far and wide, Ace.

Pure evil. This is more than simple fraud. It is demonic, the hate they have for others who don't fuel their fire.

I want this cleaned up by the US Military. Scrubbed clean after the nasty people are jailed and millions deported.

I agree with another Moron, make MN a territory. Strip them of everthing. Put the leaders in prison.

To think I spent most of my life thinking MN was an innocent and cold state up north, eating a lot of cheese like Wisconsin.

In reality they are a hive mind of evil and insurrection. The trans movement is high priority to them, as noted by the trans killing of children in the church.

Yet what appears on the surface to be a routine disagreement between the executive and the judiciary on a rather mundane question is anything but. Schlitz, a former clerk to Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and a George W. But you will NOT shut down their taxpayer-funded vote-buying grift. That's the entire foundation of the Democrat Farm/Labor party.

103 I've never seen "charging documents" on Law and Order!
Posted by: TheJamesMadison

Depending on the exact charges, like misdemeanors, it can mean charging by information in the federal system. Felonies require grand jury indictment. So often a holding charge of information (sworn leo statements of witness interviews, videotape, etc.) is provided to the magistrate to indicate probable cause of a specific criminal misdemeanor law.

Charges can always be upgraded to felonies after a federal jury reviews the evidence and possibly adds to it such as subpoenas for texts, etc.

But people here were agitating for immediate arrests, DoJ responded and the magistrate judge threw out several of those arrests as lacking probable cause. They don't have that power for grand jury indictments.

Because they wanted the story of "white Christian kills black."

One of the black women (who I bet the judge let off) blamed the church members in her presser, saying, they have a right to investigate if an ICE agent was the pastor and, further, that the rest of the members should be investigated to see if they are ICE agents.

There is a reason the cartel judge refused to sign the warrants.

In Mass our grands sit with us all, but I have no doubt whatsoever I would protect them. I would die for them easily, and this is not dramatic reading. I have thought about this since the church shootings by trannies and this is my answer.

The church now locks the doors for children's Mass once a week at the school. Some people are armed, but I don't know who.

I'm not armed but I will go down fighting and have felt this way since 9/11 on planes. To the point a decade later my husband told me I should be second string vs in the mass of fighting back. I doubt it.

I once flew on an empty plane with about 10 business men. A Mexican looking dude's phone rang at 10k feet landing (during the cell phone bomb chapter of terror). The plane was half empty and a few men looked me in the eye and we all thought the same thing without words and were ready. The flight attendant asked whose phone and we all pointed to him. Ha! No bomb cause I'm still here.

I will fight.

That does not kill the cases, it simply means now that the whole shebang and protesters are now targets of a federal grand jury. Magistrate judges only have power over minor cases, not grand jury indictments. Once presented to a federal district judge, they might try to quash a grand jury indictment but that is often viewed badly by appellate courts and likely to be overturned.

Blue district court judges have basically shit in their nests by ignoring law and that means their leeway to keep going YOLO is getting restricted bit by bit. The 8th panel shredding the ridiculous injunction by a fed. district court judge regarding ICE actions is an example. Happened within a day or so of the initial injunction.

Schlitz, a former clerk to Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and a George W. 182 Yes, in Alabama. It’s cold - 41 but feels like 30. I don’t think it’s a heat pump - but it might be, it’s a commercial unit on the roof. I can’t get anyone out until tomorrow, regardless. Looks like I am canceling full classes until they do come, though. I have space heaters now and we can limp through tonight, but I don’t think leaving them running overnight is a great idea.

so .. heat pumps can't handle much 40 degrees past where you've set it. so if it's 40 below - wait what? It's not 40 below! ok say it's like here it's 22 degrees. my heat is set to 60 degrees, so it's not more than 40 degree swing or the pump will go berserk (and I'll go to emergency heat).

anyway the heat unit might not be broken, just gone a little haywire.

sorry! at least this is a rare occurrence for you! up here it's common. why we have other heat (central wood burning stove and fireplaces up thru the bedrooms).

I'm amused by the stories out of Canada now they are pushing electric heat up there. that's just crazy, it's crazy HERE to have all electric heat!

205 So, over the weekend, my meditation on this was this.

To Marxists, "comfort" makes you complicit (this goes back to Marx).

But what are the whiners whining about?

ICE platooning their neighborhoods doesn't make them feel safe--i.e. comfortable. Thus, what they seek is a *form* of comfort.

The castigate comfort, but they insist on comfort in their own terms.

Plus, what is the best that Marxism has to offer, granted it can do anything. Provide human comfort.

What do illegals, in the narrative, come to the US for? To have a better life, i.e. more comfort. And the Marxists insist that our laws should not withstand people seeking comfort.

So it's really about ONE group insisting comfort on their terms, or otherwise they are going to discomfort you.

But that means that they are--by their own reasoning--complicit in the rape and murder of American girls and boys.

Because they are comfortable NOT doing anything about that.

However, unfortunate for our side, they have called that they are rubber and we are glue.

Spears. In most cultures, spears and variants were the primary hand-to-hand killing weapon. The Japanese samurai used naginata and yari as their deadliest weapons (cinema downplayed them in favor of the katana, because the katana was flashier and more entertaining to watch). In Europe, the spear was the mankiller until the advent of firearms, and it still took several hundred years for it's replacement by the rifle and bayonet, which is still a form of spear. Modern soldiers are still taught the basics of spear/bayonet fighting today.

Yes. the only permanent dismissals are via an actual ruling by a judge that can be appealed. Usually the ruling is pretrial but a few times can happen after the prosecution has shown their case or after the defense rests but before the jury gets the case. These summary decisions are one of the most reversible on appeal of any judicial decision. That is because the dismissals have to be by law, not by fact. The only thing more reversible is the rare judge overturning a jury verdict.

I did fight. And when I asked the people I thought I had been fighting for to stand up for me, several told me "no one cares, go kill yourself" and everyone else just looked the other way.

So I think I'm done. What I'm afraid we are seeing is that our people no longer share the values necessary to maintain a Republic. Standing up for a falsely accused Marine should be instinctual for anyone who says "thank you for your service" and means it. But in 8 years only 1 has.

Worse, the younger generation of men witness variations of this betrayal and come to the conclusion that we were fools to believe in America. I'll can't agree with that but I don't blame them for not fighting.

All OT.

All meant for Israel, which had to sustain itself as a political entity as the crucible of the Christ.

Israel was to be a great nation, so the Lord arranged a plundering of Egypt, because that's what "great nations" did. That's how they came back from Egypt with the initial confidence they had.

But misadventures did not sustain the Northern 9 tribes, which never recovered. (Although I'm not sure whether the Levite tradition was maintained in Judah and Benjamin or not).

We are in a different age with a different covenant.

on one hand, two spares is not unreasonable

on the other hand, 60 rounds seems a little heavy for a "just walking around" ammo load

339 I'm sure I don't need to tell any of you this, but I will anyway.

As a RN, after one nurse was attacked in the parking garage one night, we had meetings with security. Who showed us basic ways to stop an attack. Or try. Included some basic breaking physical holds. I still walk with keys jutting between my fingers out of habit. To gouge eyeballs. If we were alone we could request a security guard to escort us at night.

I rarely sit with my back to the door where people enter, as I still people watch. I do this on planes and at airports out of habit. In restaurants. Granted,at an outdoor Alison Krauss concert last summer, I did not screen 3k people, but that was an exception. I don't screen everyone coming into Mass, but I do look at the people around me. I look like a classy old broad who would not be thinking defense in Mass, but I do initially.

I always have a plan. When our son was playing sax in nightclubs in college (FL), I told him to find his exits (after the RI horror fire that killed many).

I am olde but fairly fit and I will fight.

I don't understand the mindset of anyone in MN who does not feel this way. Are they blind or just stupid and brainwashed?

No, it's fucked up, obviously. I'm saying that the people there made their decisions as to how to act as best as they could, to the degree it was even a decision and not simply fear and confusion, and i'm not going to be the one to talk shit about them and play the "well I wudda kicked they asses" game. They're not cops. They're not soldiers. We don't all walk around trained and ready to get into a fucking street fight at the drop of a hat. And beyond that, what if this was The Lord's plan for them anyway? They chose not to escalate or retaliate, but to suffer the indignity. Now they're simply victims in the eyes of anyone who isn't a retard smellie, and no one can say "well they were fighting too hurr durr".

They had no reason to think "hey, what do we do if a failed cable newscaster shows up with a bunch of retards and starts a ruckus". Who the hell would ever think that is a thing in the universe of possible events to have to plan for or even brace for? It's church, for crying out loud, not dollar shot night at the Rusty Bucket.

So, yeah, I don't fault them for not launching a counteroffensive against the brownshirts, but if they don't have any kind of security plan in place *now*, then that's on them.
