Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | The Morning Report — 1/21/26![]() Supreme Court Associate Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson used legislation passed as part of the post-Civil War “Jim Crow” laws Tuesday to justify a Hawaii gun control law. The Supreme Court heard a case challenging legislation passed by the Hawaii state Legislature after the Supreme Court’s June 2022 ruling in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen. Jackson questioned United States Principal Deputy Solicitor General Sarah Harris regarding the constitutionality of a law that prohibited concealed carry permit holders from carrying a firearm on private property without permission. . . “So I guess I really don’t understand your response to Justice Gorsuch on the Black Codes,” Jackson, a Biden appointee, told Harris. “I mean, I thought the Black Codes were being offered here under the Bruen test to determine the constitutionality of this regulation. And it’s because we have a test that asks us to look at the history and tradition.” “The fact that the Black Codes were, at some later point, determined themselves to be unconstitutional doesn’t seem to me to be relevant to the assessment that Bruin is asking us to make. So, can you say more about that?” Jackson continued. “Things I didn’t have on my bingo card today: Justice Jackson defending the racist Black Codes as precedent for what we should consider constitutional,” Carrie Severino of the Judicial Crisis Network posted on X.A complete and utter debasement of anyone and everyone who ever suffered under the Democrat Jim Crow laws. Of course the bitter irony of this, to anyone with a conscience and an iota of moral rectitude is that it comes close on the heels of the birthday of Dr. Martin Lather King Jr. (yes I am well aware of Dr. King's failings as a man and his ties to communism, yet his beliefs and words are what matter most, especially in light of the fact that the racialist-Left are now embracing anti-white/American/Judeo-Christian evil as a means of destroying this nation and attaining absolute power, but I digress). And how does this square with Michelle Obama demanding a boycott of white-owned businesses? I'm so confused! Yes, Kentanji Brown-25 is indeed an intellectual lightweight if not a dolt whose career achievements are based solely on the content of her melanin and XX chromosomes, certainly not her brain case. But this is not stupidity on her part. This is pure political expediency on her part. She will debase herself if it helps put a torpedo into one of the key pillars of the Bill of Rights. She knows enough to know that because she's black and female, and that she has a propaganda machine fully in her corner, no one will dare question her lest they be labeled racist and sexist. In fact, I'm waiting for the usual suspects to call her citing of Jim Crow laws as some sort of brilliant judicial masterstroke. Chuckle-worthy that the case in question comes out of Hawaii, insofar as we are always quoting noted Hawaiian justices Buch M. Danno, Moe Loki and Mac A. Damia, who no doubt will be weighing in on this next item to give Kristi Noem a whack on the knuckles. Arrests are coming soon in the investigation into an anti-ICE mob that crashed a Sunday morning service at Cities Church in St. Paul, according to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. Noem appeared on Newsmax on Tuesday evening and said that arrests would begin “in the next several hours.” The secretary also said that ex-CNN host turned YouTuber Don Lemon could face charges for his involvement in the church protest as well. “There will be arrests tied to that, and people will be brought to justice for how they violated the law in that situation,” said Noem. Noem suggested that Lemon’s claim to have only been a bystander and journalist during the incident at Cities Church is belied by the foreknowledge he had of the demonstration and relationships has with activists involved. “The fact that ahead of time, before this even happened, he said that he had conducted some surveillance before they went into this church, he identified individuals that were going in with him that were activists in the work that they had done in the past, the fact that this entire situation was then posted on the Black Lives Matter website, all of that is something that they’re going to be responsible for,” said Noem. While the left yawns if not applauds Brown-25 Jackson invoking Jim Crow laws to dismantle the Second Amendment, Their heads will explode when Noem goes after the terrorists who invaded that Minneapolis Church with the FaceAct and anti-Klan laws! Oh how delicious! Let's face it, it was an act of terrorism straight up. The terrorists themselves even crow (not Jim) about making people feel uncomfortable, about ICE or whatever the issue du jour may be. Let's take it a step further — what if one or more of the scum were armed? If Renee Good could use her SUV as a weapon and if a transexual could shoot up a Catholic school and mow down innocent children, then that Church in Minneapolis could've been the sight of bloody carnage. And given who and what we are dealing with, it may yet happen. What happens when the Einsatz-Groupies of Hamas along with Joey Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants' untold number of Afghan/Taliban asylum-seekers join forces with the Anti-ICE crowd and waltz into another church or synagogue in the Twin Cities to raise a few pulses?! Speaking of terrorists and those who give them aid, comfort and support: Minnesota attorney general Keith Ellison (D.) defended the group of anti-ICE agitators who stormed a St. Paul church on Sunday, telling former CNN host Don Lemon—who accompanied the agitators and boasted of conducting "reconnaissance" ahead of the stunt—that critics of the incident were "getting tender about a church service." Ellison appeared on Lemon's YouTube show on Monday to discuss the protest, in which Lemon accompanied Minneapolis attorney Nekima Levy Armstrong, St. Paul school board member Chauntyll Allen, and other activists on "Operation Pull Up," the Washington Free Beacon reported. The group disrupted services at Cities Church in St. Paul based on the belief that a pastor there works for ICE, shouting "ICE Out" and other slogans. The only thing that should be tender, is the skin on Ellison's neck after he's been sent to GITMO for an extended waterboarding session. This evil bastard. That's all I'll say. Elsewhere, Air Force One was forced to turn back to Andrews AFB due to some potential electrical system snafu, while on its way to Davos for that WEF conference. Feh. How does MN's "Duty To Retreat" work in the case of BLM gunmen in the church sanctuary? Would those defending themselves, their family, and the assembly be charged criminally if they neutralize the threat? Or are they expected to die for the cause? This is important, because I don't know what the law requires for body count and casualties before a sheep dog can be let off the leash. All of them do this, and this is a pretty mild example, frankly. Leftist men will make vicious, blanket attacks on "toxic masculinity." Leftist whites in general attack white people on every front, all the time. Leftist Jews will denounce of Zionism at the drop of a hat. And so on and so on. The funny thing about their identity politics is that everyone in their coalition MUST stridently identify as X, Y, or Z, or at least an ally of some group, for the few remaining straight white men. They must do this daily, in a strained and inscrutable manner - "as a gay Polynesian otherkin, I believe that tariffs on Norway are a genocide of my people." But, from to time to time, they MUST attack their own group, to show fealty to the overarching Party and its power demon masters - "Polynesian otherkin all too often appropriate indigenous cultures, which do not necessarily include a rich otherkin history in all cases. Added to that, the stupid lease youngest child had to sign for their apartment at Virginia Tech which I have to pay for for another 6 months despite said youngest child having graduated and being back in Texas, means that the first month spending was roughly 25% of what I had mentally allotted for the whole year. The silver market has been in a state of flux for about a decade. Small investor demand for the poor man's bullion has put extreme pressure on supply.
Blaming small investors for the Silver supply Squeeze is like blaming California Mercedes drivers for the high price of gasoline in that state. There is a whole lot of big player involvement in both situations. Chase Bank was fined $920 million dollars for illegally holding down Silver prices for years while they bought many, many tons of the metal, enough that they considered that huge fine just part of the cost of doing business. Until the last month or so very few people owned silver. The reason the propaganda press is blaming small investors is that the government plans to steal Silver from individuals because Chase Etc. can afford the lawyers to fight them in court, while small investors are helpless to stop them. I think the benchmark for the DoJ making arrests and incarcerating people was laid down on J6. That's the benchmark this DoJ needs to strive for.
I presume arrests have been made in Minneapolis. That's a good sign. But are those arrested in jail, like the J6'ers or are they running loose on bond... that was denied to anyone caught up in J6? I fully understand Trump's DoJ is facing a very unfavorable judiciary now. Every case must be water tight. But that doesn't preclude a black robed tyrant from tossing a case out of spite. It's about dividing people, and pitting them against one another so that your masters can enslave them. It's about terrorizing young children in their churches. It's easier for my cock sweat to be forced through a waiter's lips than for a white supremacist to enter the kingdom of heaven, and don't you forget it, crackers. The Left doesn't even try to understand Trump. That would humanize him, of course. They insist on seeing him as a caricature. And these are people who fancy themselves savvy and nuanced interpreters of events and human psychology. His letter to the president of Norway is the latest example. If they made the slightest effort to account for context and Trump's history of statements and actions around NATO and national security, with the slightest allowance for this famous and harmless ego -- but they are incapable of this. They require the pretext for another conniption and call for impeachment.

Anyone who says nothing is happening is clearly not paying attention. The post WWII order is dissolving. Decades of political/military alliances are being fractured and a new era of nationalism and free association based on the priorities of individual countries is going to replace it. Trump is creating a new world order and building a dominant western hemisphere alliance that will focus on the welfare of the people and not international cartels of wealthy oligarchs and politicians. Yesterday, Howard Lutnick boldly and clearly stated at Davos that globalism is dead. Can't be more clear what is happening. I expect Trump's speech at Davos to be a banger. We're not saying that Blue Lives Matter was behind feeding false information to far-left, anti-ICE protestors. We're not saying they were in fact they were just driving around in what appeared to be unmarked vehicles with tinted windows... drinking coffee and listening to Guns and Roses.... being chased down and surrounded by protestors. What we ARE saying is that if it DID happen.... it sure worked remarkably well in NINE DIFFERENT STATES, allowing ACTUAL raids to successfully take place unimpeded, helping support the capture of HUNDREDS of criminals. Combat veterans, off-duty officers and patriotic Americans have had enough of the radical left... and are being activated across the country to back our #lawenforcement. A lot of snow is predicted for Monday and Tuesday next, but since I work from home, I won't have to worry about it until it is all over. I should take time on Friday to make sure the snowblower is ready for action.
And with regards to Monday-Tuesday, I expect to hear the ridiculously overused "nor'easter" descriptor every other minute. Posted by: Mary Poppins' Practically Perfect Piercing (aka Eloquent Depression) at January 21, 2026 08:46 AM (ufSfZ) 228

"A Rupture, Not A Transition": Canada's Carney Says "Rules-Based Order Is Fading" Ahead Of Trump's Address In Davos
"...the breaking of the world order, the end of a pleasant fiction and the beginning of a brutal reality where the geopolitics of the great powers is not subject to any constraint..." --- That's what I voted for. That's what we all voted for: Death of the post-war "order." That saw all the nations of the world exploit and plunder--with help of American elites--the American people. Because this technocratic elite, them, knew what was best for all of us. We had to do with less, we had to dream less, we had to hold back in all things. To fund their plans, their dreams, their development, their future. When "fighting communism" was played out as an excuse to impoverish Americans, they moved to the "war on terror." When that played out, they are on to "racism," or "climate change" or "Russia." The reason always changes but their prescriptions never do. After Trump Meeting, Slovak PM Fico Says 'EU Is Not Taken Seriously' By World Leaders ...
Posted by: SMOD at January 21, 2026 08:30 AM (RHGPo) ++++ The EU is not taken seriously because it's fake and gay. It's a largely non-functional superstate comprised of dead or dying individual states. It increasingly has no effective power center and its internal governing process is deliberately inscrutable and unaccountable. Even now, *decades* into the EU-as-government experiment, the "2 AM question" - that is, "who in Europe do you call at 02:00 due to an international emergency" - *still* cannot be reliably or consistently answered. The EU is a pseudo-empire, but nobody knows who the emperor is at any given time or if he is dressed. The EU is what happens when you try to split the baby between imperial and nation-state government, and it works as well as anyone rational should expect. The EU is disrespected because it is irrelevant, and it is irrelevant because it's a hidebound, sclerotic, weak technocracy run by anonymous midwits to control masses of retards to enslave the diminishing population of the competent in a grand game of Calvinball. It turns out that Ahmad Jihad Bojeh (obviously Amish, amirite? or maybe Quaker), the shitstain who murdered 3 people in Florida was charged with shooting up a Wawa back in 2020, injuring multiple victims.
He was found "not guilty by reason of insanity" and...this is the infuriating part...set free to murder again. Sorry, if you're insane in a way that makes you shoot people, you should, at a minimum, be institutionalized, not dumped back on the street. That's why we have "guilty but mentally ill" as a possible verdict here in Alaska. You get sent to a mental institution first, and then, if the docs decide you're All Better Now, you get to go to prison for the rest of your term. We have this due to a case way back in the '80s, where a psycho named Charles Meach, who'd been institutionalized for beating a retarded supermarket bagboy to death, was set free, only to promptly murder four teenagers who caught him burglarizing their campsite. The Marxists and their terror groups funded political Islam, trained it in the trade craft of terrorism, and maintained direct operational links with them in many cases. The poor dumb browns were on the wrong end of the power dynamic, and their revolutionary consciousness would develop according to preordained dialectics with the help of proletariat vanguard leadership. They would be used against the capitalists, and then run their fiefdom as good socialist apparatchiks. Problem was, the European radicals were unserious, middle class students, and when that generation hit middle age, they melted right back into bourgeois society, took jobs at NGOs and in government, and served the continent up to their deadly serious, much more aggressive comrades. Last week UAE canceled its study-abroad program in the UK, because they got tired of their sons returning from London radicalized by the Brotherhood. So that's how that went. >>Black man being busted on a KKK law on MLK Day.
I know it takes time, but the arrest really should be a televised pre-dawn raid. Not kidding. Recall the video of the abortion clinic prayer dude having multiple FBI SUVs roll-up and storm his home as his family is getting ready for school and terrorizing them because he had prayed at a clinic 1 year earlier. >> According to Iranian and Israeli media, roughly 16 Chinese military cargo aircraft have landed in Iran over the past 56 hours.
If accurate, this would represent the largest single Chinese military airlift to Iran in such a compressed timeframe. Not only has Trump abandoned the Iranian protesters, he’s also letting the Chinese move in with military hardware. Unreal. Posted by: Vengeance at January 21, 2026 09:35 AM (DZ6nv) 383
KJB certainly descended to a new low not seen since CJ Taney stuck up for the fugitive slave laws.
That's some interesting stuff. Can she go lower? Does she have any hobbies? Does she have pets? Does anyone love her? Is she capable of making a joke or even reason? Im thinking bolshevik to the bone. Posted by: torabora at January 21, 2026 09:40 AM (29T0f) 384

From above, 'None of us are immune from the voice of the public,' Ellison said in an interview with Don Lemon, who accompanied the agitators and boasted of conducting 'reconnaissance' ‘They’re Getting Tender About a Church Service’: Minnesota AG Keith Ellison Defends Left-Wing Agitators Who Stormed Minnesota Church --- Ellison using a Dorothy Parker phrase, "getting tender about?" It's actually interesting and mocking, too. "Just a Little One" (Short Story): In her 1929 story "Just a Little One," the narrator says, "You can always tell that the crash is coming when I start getting tender about Our Dumb Friends." Who are the Dumb Friends by Keith Ellison 'standards'? The general public? The worshipers of the Protestant church invaded by protestors in St. Paul, MN? BTW, Cities Church, is a congregation affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC). FFS, now the Baptists will wade in. It's simply not true. Grassley put out a tweet a couple hours ago claiming he is not opposed to the SAVE Act. All of this was ginned up by Scott Presler misinterpreting a Grassley constituent letter and having his tweet repeated over and over.
