When unverified rumors first circulated that Rep. Ilhan Omar had once been married to her own brother, some liberals were scandalized that Republicans had the nerve to mention the rumor at all. You don't accuse someone of something like that without solid proof, as one friend said to me. But it was all a matter of context. The same sentence that sounded bizarre and depraved to American ears--she married her own brother?--sounded banal to anyone familiar with the Somali diaspora, where pretending to be someone's mother, wife, or sister is a common way of obtaining legal residency for them. A 2008 State Department study of African refugees (many of them Somali) seeking family reunification in the United States found that 80 percent of applications included at least one fraudulent family member. The program was then suspended for four years until a DNA testing requirement could be added.

The type of fraud alleged in the [Nick Shirley] video matched the fraud described in an August 2018 memo by a Minnesota Department of Human Services investigator, which claimed that "the overall fraud rate in this program [CCAP] is at least 50 percent." DHS stopped payments to fifteen daycares for "demonstrated intentional overbilling" on the scale of "an average of 23.9 children per day, per center."
These centers did serve children, just not as many as they claimed. "It is not unusual to see attendance records claim X number of children arrived at the center between 8:00 am and 11:00 am when the video surveillance shows only a fraction of that number," the memo states.Here's an additional excerpt she posted to Twitter:

Just to clarify, the somalis are not the brains behind this, just have a look at their average IQ. This was set up by the same party that insisted on bringing them into the country, legally or illegally.

They were allowed immigrate to the US for the exact reasons we are seeing. They are a reliable voting block for the left in exchange for payment, aka fraud. It doesn't cost the fraud enablers in our government a cent and they get guaranteed votes.

I think the Dems are going to go kinetic with their flying monkeys. The amount of money at stake and their liberty is now on the line so I think the Dems will go for broke sooner than later.
At a minimum, Bessent argues that the take was between 300-600 billion in fraud. Musk, who probably take a broader view estimates 1 trillion to 1.5 trillion of fraud, waste, and abuse.
And this stolen money runs the urban shitholes and fraud centers in every state while the jobs, taxpayers, and industry flee from the urban areas.
Our entire urban economic system relies on welfare clients and voter fraud, a bit of tourism including medical services, and raking off vast amounts of money to government types and their families as kickbacks, drug lord protection payments, stolen taxpayer money, bribery.

Fincen and databases are a very powerful tool and once employed in an area, it can now cross reference medicaid and snap benefits with the person sending money abroad. They can use cutouts but that becomes pretty easy to indicate when they cross check IRS payroll and FISA withholdings--you don't have a job and are sending 3k abroad, then suspicious transaction flagged, do it again, cops come to see you.

This guy is going to pop up in the news in the not too distant future. Mohamed Said Duale. He's arguably the richest man in Somalia (Billionaire)....and he made his fortune via a money transfer business.
I was a bit annoyed that none of these media accounts (even on the right) make any effort to identify the primary banking systems used by the Somalis in Minneapolis. The answer is Wells Fargo (due to that bank having a significant number of Somalis working in the local branches there).
The big money transfer operation used in Minneapolis is Dahabshiil Money Transfer (which is owned by the guy I mentioned above, Mohamed Said Duale). I'd guess that guy is likely participating in the various fraud schemes found in Minneapolis, and despite the average IQ of a Somali, it only takes one guy with a brain to set it up and upgrade. Mary K Hamm made the point that this scam was so open and brazen because blacks -- and especially Muslim immigrant blacks -- can do anything and get away with it.

Exactly. You have to not only ramp up and escalate, but you need to punish the domestic terrorists directly and indirectly. Anytime an ICE agent is struck? $2000 bonus. Stuck and injured? $5000 bonus. Make it public and immediate. Have the agents thank the protesters for the bonuses. Sure, long-term it's not sustainable, and could lead to agents deliberately provoking incidents, but in the short-term, it would be amazing. Well, my friend is in hospice with very little time left, liver and kidney failure. Saw him yesterday, he looks like an Auschwitz victim, wasting away. His priest is going over to deliver last rights.
And just to make everything a little better, I found out Wed that I need a hip replacement. My hip lasted 50 years since I got run over by a truck while I was riding a bicycle, but the cartilage is all gone, and it is just bone on bone now, the x-ray looks pretty bad, even to my untrained eye. At least I have my beautiful girl friend to hold my hand... Oh wait, that's a cheap blowup doll, never mind.
And just to make everything a little better, I found out Wed that I need a hip replacement. My hip lasted 50 years since I got run over by a truck while I was riding a bicycle, but the cartilage is all gone, and it is just bone on bone now, the x-ray looks pretty bad, even to my untrained eye. At least I have my beautiful girl friend to hold my hand... Oh wait, that's a cheap blowup doll, never mind.

And just to make everything a little better, I found out Wed that I need a hip replacement. My hip lasted 50 years since I got run over by a truck while I was riding a bicycle, but the cartilage is all gone, and it is just bone on bone now, the x-ray looks pretty bad, even to my untrained eye. At least I have my beautiful girl friend to hold my hand... Oh wait, that's a cheap blowup doll, never mind.

You won't get to 100 percent at that point, or perhaps ever, but you will be free from so much of the pain you have now. You will need help the first couple of weeks for sure, and you need to be diligent with physical therapy and gentle exercise from now on. It's worth it. My prayers with you through this!

They seem to have some tactic in advance, to engage the cops while blocking traffic. Not sure if the running over ICE was part of their training ... I'd guess not. Driver was acting all friendly before that, but not complying, just blocking. The wife outside seemed to be trying to provoke.

But the workers in the DHS did not bother filling out these forms. When the forms were demanded, they began fabricating them and back-dating them to make it appear that they were doing their jobs, rather than just sending out American taxpayer dollars to pirates.

I personally busted a long-time Federal employee filling out forms he was personally prohibited from touching by simply asking questions to other examiners when I was reviewing "their" work (the prohibited guy had filled out several of those review forms and placed other people's initials on the forms). When I asked simple exam-related questions like "What made you concerned about this particular loan's credit evaluation?" several of the other examiners ratted him out. He was damn near fired (and should have been) a few months later.

I'm constantly getting complaints about how much ours cost and always, "but but all my friends have much better insurance, blah blah". I've tried and only find general numbers, I'd like something I can plug my coverage in to compare with average plan details. I think mine is about average and obamacare screwed it all up for everyone but I can't find a definitive source.
Anyone know a useful comparison tool anywhere?

But yes it's all hella expensive now in large part due to Obamacare mandates.
When it comes to employee group coverage it boils down to how much of that big cost your employer is willing to swallow to attract and retain employees. Your part is what they don't cover. Your best basis of comparison will be similar sized companies in your general location. I don't know if any online tools with this information.
