Revealed: The ICE Agent Who Shot the Paid Antifa Disruptor When She Turned Her Car on Him... Had Been Run Over By An Illegal Alien Six Months Ago, and Dragged Down the Street With His Arm Trapped in the Car

The ICE agent who opened fire in Minneapolis Wednesday was dragged 100 yards by an illegal migrant in Minnesota last June after his arm was trapped inside the vehicle during a traffic stop, The Post can reveal.
The attack on the officer, whom The Post is not naming, happened June 17 in Bloomington, Minnesota, exactly a month after embattled Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz labeled ICE agents "modern-day Gestapo" while speaking at a University of Minnesota Law School graduation in May.
ICE agents conducted a traffic stop on Roberto Carlos Munoz, a serial illegal immigrant from Guatemala with a lengthy rap sheet with charges including domestic assault and sex crimes against an underage teenager, according to records.
Munoz refused to exit his vehicle when officers approached his car, and the officer broke the back window in order to open the vehicle from the inside.
The suspect then sped away with the ICE agent's arm caught between the seat and the car frame, according to the Justice Department.
Prosecutors said he was violently dragged more than 100 yards as the suspect weaved back and forth in an attempt to shake him loose from the car.
The agent was hospitalized with "significant injuries to his arm and hand," requiring 33 stitches, but made a full recovery, DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said in a statement at the time.

A photo shared by CBS Minnesota showed the agent laid out on a hospital bed displaying his arms, one covered in blood seeping from several deep gashes.
Munoz was arrested and charged with assaulting the officer and was convicted by a federal jury last month.

The 1st Minnesota wasn't holding anything - every man knew they were going to be slaughtered. They had the highest casualty rate for a regiment in the Union Army during the three-day Battle of Gettysburg.

And for Walz to even compare himself to the valor of those brave men is disgusting and infuriating to me.

Yes. Some of the worst domestic violence cases I was involved with involved dykes. Super toxic, super violent, with almost no filter or "cooling off" mechanism. Male abusers tend to cool off and then feel sorry about it. Not so women abusers.

They can try but sentencing guidelines make that very difficult in practice. DoJ gets to appeal any stupid short sentence outside teh guidelines, like in the Kavanaugh assassination case. Judges have to give a legal opinion why the particular sentence departed from the guidelines under specific sections of the Sentencing guidelines.

Back when I did work on it, you would get things like an Orthodox father arguing for a low sentence because he had to supervise his daughters getting married and making a proper match. Overturned on appeal. Another was over the fact that the Mafia don had not had kids yet and deserved time to make a family.

BTW, I checked the AI answer summary and it was fake bullshit on this topic. Sentence outside the guidelines are presumptively a matter for appeal whether upwards or downwards by either side.

480 The best video I've seen of this is the zoomed-in and slowed-down video taken from the rear of the woman's SUV. I had to watch it several times before I realized that the ICE officer that ended up firing his sidearm was NOT standing in front of her car. He was initially standing off at the passenger side front corner of her SUV.

The front tires are turned hard to the left while the 2nd ICE officer was at the driver's door trying to open it. The driver puts the SUV in reverse and executes a clockwise J-turn. She then turns the front tires to the front. Now her car is pointed directly at the first ICE officer.

He had been in a fairly relaxed ready position with his hands up to his chest. He goes to Condition Red and draws his sidearm.

The driver starts to accelerate forward, spinning the 2nd ICE officer off balance, and drives directly toward the 1st officer. He then fires: once into the windshield and then into the open driver's window AFTER he's been struck by the SUV.

The driver made all the decisions that got her killed: she progressed from Obstructing Law Enforcement to Resisting Arrest to Vehicular Assault/Attempted Vehicular Homicide.

They so want more riots and violence, and if they do I hope Trump doesn't act like a pussy like last time, and instead just squished it immediately and starts rounding up all the funders.
