She is predicting that Trump will start a war to remain in power past his second term

She claims to the NYT -- which expresses no skepticism, of course -- that Trump "screamed" at her to not release the name of Epstein's "clients," because, as Trump "screamed," "My friends will get hurt!"

The New York Times didn't see fit to ask her about that.

Outgoing firebrand Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene openly speculated that President Trump lacks religious beliefs and slammed the "sexualization" of women at his lavish Mar-a-Lago club in a blistering series of interviews.

Greene (R-Ga.) reflected on Trump's stunning remarks at the memorial service for late conservative icon Charlie Kirk, in which the president was taken aback at how the Turning Point USA co-founder "wanted the best" for his enemies.

"That's where I disagreed with Charlie. I hate my opponent, and I don't want the best for them," Trump declared at the same September memorial where Erika Kirk powerfully forgave the sicko who allegedly killed her husband in cold blood.


"That was absolutely the worst statement," Greene told the New York Times. "It just shows where his heart is. And that's the difference, with her [Erika] having a sincere Christian faith, and proves that he does not have any faith."

She publicly decried the arrests and treatment of the Jan. 6 Capitol rioters, backed Trump's dubious claims that the 2020 election was stolen, and even briefly garnered some buzz that she could be his VP pick last year.

She later added: "For a lot of MAGA, Trump is a savior, and he's like a god to them."

While looking back on the causes of her falling out with Trump, Greene concluded that "it was [Jeffrey] Epstein. Epstein was everything."

Greene also took issue with the aesthetic of women at Trump's Mar-a-Lago club, contending that they're oversexualized.

"I never liked the MAGA Mar-a-Lago sexualization. I believe how women in leadership present themselves sends a message to younger women," the congresswoman said.

"I have two daughters, and I've always been uncomfortable with how those women puff up their lips and enlarge their breasts. I've never spoken about it publicly, but I've been planning to."

You're giving these hacks far too much credit. Such consistent behavior makes people on the right lethargic, because they come to think of the left as though it is being run by Ernst Stavro Blofeld or someone similar.

The media isn't running these stories to distract us from Somali fraud or whatever. They have X amount of airtime or pages to fill and the editors at Pravda and Izvestia only allow articles on certain subjects. This is why they eventually rotate back to old stories like the El Salvador prison.

I'm fairly certain I was saying in December of 2020 that we wouldn't be going back to the Bush era of GOP politics, that Trump had materially changed the game within the GOP to the point that a GOPe shill in MAGA clothes wouldn't be able to get past the presidential primary voters any time soon because they won't be allowed to say certain things.

The GOP is just...different now. It's not 100% changed or a force for good overall, but it's materially different now, for the better, in 2025 than it was in 2015.
