The Morning Report — 11/14/25

Morning Report intro.jpg

Good morning kids. Quite a few things breaking this morning, first of all comes news that Sen. John Fetterman was hospitalized yesterday

During an early morning walk, Senator Fetterman sustained a fall near his home in Braddock. Out of an abundance of caution, he was transported to a hospital in Pittsburgh. Upon evaluation, it was established he had a ventricular fibrillation flare-up that led to Senator Fetterman feeling light-headed, falling to the ground and hitting his face with minor injuries. Senator Fetterman had this to say: ‘If you thought my face looked bad before, wait until you see it now!’ He is doing well and receiving routine observation at the hospital. He has opted to stay so doctors can fine-tune his medication regimen. Senator Fetterman is grateful for the EMTs, doctors, and nurses who are providing his care.

Despite his party affiliation, his outspoken opposition to that party's positions on a number of crucial issues as well as their violent rhetoric and smearing of President Trump and his supporters has earned for him, at least in my eyes a level of respect I never thought I'd give when he first came onto the political scene running against Dr. Oz. Seems like a million years ago now. To me, John Fetterman is sort of an almost RINO, but kind of in a good way when you think about it, considering the actual definition of the term? Yes, at the end of the day he is a doctrinaire liberal Democrat and as a politician will no doubt go where he's kicked and generally vote the party line, but his willingness to sepeak honestly, openly, frankly and loudly against the hardcore leftist maniacs and their positions is both refreshing and welcome.

So I personally wish him well and that he has a full and speedy recovery.

I will bookend this with a report breaking this morning of the hospitalization of "Reverend" Jesse Jackson due to a progressively worsening "rare" neurological disorder, along with Parkinsons disease that he had been battling for the past several years.

Jackson's record as one of the most divisive racialists and race-hustlers to have blighted the American societal/political landscape is extensive, and as such he has done more to put people at each other's throats than anyone until the coming of Al Sharpton and of course Barack Hussein Obama.

I'll not share my feelings about Jesse Jackson as I'm sure you can probably draw your own conclusions.

Elsewhere, I give you a well-written piece that is otherwise clueless or naive in its outlook.

Congress Has Forgotten How to Legislate Congress once built the future through lawmaking; today, it mostly performs instead of legislates.

That's just the headline and sub-head. Where to even begin. Congress generally does not want to legislate as passing laws would make members of both parties politically vulnerable to voters should they pass unpopular legislation. On the other side of that coin, the author seems to have forgotten all about that thing called OBAMACARE which it's namesake and Congress rammed down the throats of the American people with virtually zero debate. Of course seizing one sixth of the American economy and literal control over the life and death of the populace tends to make gaining and maintaining absolute power that much easier. Tyrants and despots have known this sine time immemorial, and when Obama boasted about fundamentally transforming America that was not mere rhetoric. It was is and always will be his and his fellow travelers goal, by any and every means necessary.

About the only thing that has stood in their way has been President Trump and his ability to wield executive power in an attempt to rein in the real legislative power of Washington DC – the unelected unofficial and all-too-powerful so-called Fourth branch of government: the administrative state, bureaucracy. And that has been challenged and fought tooth and nail by Democrats, GOP sellouts and of course a rogue judiciary.

And, it is heartening to see that the administration is serious about going after Antifa in declaring it a foreign terrorist organization, although quite a bit of its terrorism is being inflicted right here at home. And on that note, with the rise of CommunISlam here at home, we face a monstrous internal threat like never before.

The Democrat party has transformed itself into the Democratic Socialists of America.

Yes as the title states American Communism must be eradicated. I am open to suggestions, preferably a solution that allows us to actually preserve the spirit if not the entirety of the Constitution, the rule of a just and stable law and our society and that does not entail bloodshed — except of course in self defense.

And internationally, things seem to be heating up in the southern hemisphere.

US aircraft carrier nears Venezuela in flex of American military power

And lastly, a quick shout-out and thank you for your continued support in hitting our tip jar. It truly is appreciated more than you can know.

Have a great weekend!

The problem is that we are up against people that don't recognize the rule of law and view our Constitution as an obstacle. I cannot think of any way to solve the problem that does not involve levels of violence that would make people outside this nation terrified of us.

19 Oh congress legislates, it's just that when they do it's usually garbage like the patriot act or Obumblescare.

The bottom line is that congress, in the main, does not represent the people and are largely there to feather their own nests and the nests of the paymasters and controllers.

What else can explain their constant drive to implement amnesty in some form or fashion even after they have been told directly by the people that we do not want amnesty.

When was the last time that a Congress followed the Constitutionally described appropriations process in order to have monies appropriated for an upcoming fiscal year? Or, to put it in terms of how they have dodged doing so, when was the last time the government was NOT funded via Congress passing a continuing resolution?

45 To defeat Communists, we must first understand them not as a political or even religious movement. Communism is parasitic. It seeks out rich fields and sucks the life out of them, and then moves on after destroying the host. Its genius is in first infiltrating a society's immune response system, education, academia, media, journalism, and the arts. Fighting communism then means fighting friends and family who have been infected--which is how Communism persists.
Many of the institutions are so infected that it is necessary to bypass them. The university is dead. Hollywood is dead. The mainstream media is dead. Public education is dead in many parts of the country. What is emerging are new, functional institutions empowered by new technology and new rules. Communism eventually collapses the system. America is probably the only country that can develop a parallel functional system while the infected parts die.

47 Sen. John Hickenlooper (D-CO) said, “Yeah, I think so. … I hate it, but yeah, it was worth it, definitely.”

“We got people to pay attention to the fact that this is a traumatic, in many cases, life or death situation for people all over this country,” he added.

Sen. Jack Reed (D-RI) hesitated before concluding that yes, it was worth it to him as well.

“I think it was because I think the perception — we made it clear that it’s not just a healthcare issue, but the whole issue,” he said.

The Whole Issue

67 How does any child graduate from high school not knowing how to do basic math? How basic? In 2023, 13% of students who took a UC San Diego math assessment could not perform at first-grade level, and 25% of kids got the equation 7 + 2 = [ ] + 6 wrong.

==

From an absurdity viewpoint, we can laugh at this all we want. But I'm horrified at this. Ok, it's CA, where these kids know about anal sex, but can't add 7 + 2, but public schools from coast to coast are churning out very similar stats, I have no doubt. It's a colossal failure of the education system and the effects on the future of what's left of this country are going to be completely catastrophic.

92 I'll not share my feelings about Jesse Jackson as I'm sure you can probably draw your own conclusions.

--------------

I'm old enough to remember when he was "hired" as the close spiritual adviser to Bubba Clinton "and family" during and following the Monica Lewinsky scandal.

It's grifting all the way down ...

Also, Jackson of course was an opportunist who used the assassination of MLK, Jr. to position and "stage" himself as KIng's successor.

For example, several witnesses -- including Rev. Hosea Williams -- stated that Jackson was not near King when he was shot and that the blood on Jackson’s shirt (a turtleneck he wore on TV appearances the following day, including NBC’s “Today Show” likely came from the balcony floor, not direct contact with King.

158 YD, I’ve been on an omelet kick lately. 3 or even 4 egg, big fluffy omelet stuffed with ham and cheese, maybe some onion. Chipotle with Adobo.

A technique someone suggested is add salt to the eggs, a splash of water, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Let set for at least 15 minutes.

Lots of butter. Lift up the edges and allow the runny portion to fill in the gaps. When almost dry (tricky part) flip the whole omelette and cook the ofher side. Add ingredients, fold into the half crescent shape. Voila!

179 It is a bit of morbid fascination, watching the Democrat base of young, college educated still defend that system, even as it's bleeding them dry, because they still believe the lie.

One of the interesting dynamics that play out is that as people get more experience their salaries go up and for some reason LIVs don't get that.

The left goes to young people and says, "we need to tax the rich!" as if the people they are trying to tax are some other group of people...not these same young people in 20 or 30 years.

There is also a game where "the rich" getting taxed are supposedly people like Musk or Bezos. Whereas "the rich" that the left actually taxes are small business owners, people that climbed the corporate ladder, and professionals like doctors.

Look at the trolls who come in here and there go to line is always some variation of "Boomers have ruined the world for us young people" without a shred of realization that not all people of every generation are the same or that some of us Boomers have been fighting this shit longer than they have been alive. Marxism 101. Marxists ruin shit like they did with Obamacare and the healthcare industry and then blame us for not bailing out the shitty system we never wanted in the first place.

There is no more Democrat Party. It is now a marxist party no matter what they call it and it will bloom into full blown marxism for this country if it isn't stopped. It's happening in western countries around the world. It's not a conspiracy theory, it's a well planned and well funded attempted takeover of the west.

The NY Post has an article about Michael Wolff trying to work with Epstein to take out Trump.

In late 2015. Then into 2016.

This PoS (supposedly an author) was trying to work up a blackmail angle.

But I just remembered something - Wasn't it only a few short months ago that there was a "love letter", claiming to be between Trump and Epstein, complete with a bawdy drawing of a woman? They say it was from 2003, but given how fast and loose the Democrats et al are playing with the truth, I'm now wondering if the Wolff malfeasance is related and there was another Ra*Th*erGate situation that was simply glossed over.

243 The “safe space” sticker is especially telling. The academic fad of declaring places “safe spaces” is possible the worst idea any academic ever invented. To have an open-mind and the ability to think critically the last place you want to be is in a “safe space,” where different ideas are banned and you are kept nicely protected from being challenged. That public school teachers today are pushing this idiotic idea tells you they have no concept of what teaching is all about. If anything, they are anti-teachers, working hard to shrink and calcify the minds of the children in their care.

From time to time I will point this out...

This portion of your URL "si=XvgmqJylz1Nxq-Y2" is a tracking tag. If someone clicks on that link it will tie their YT account to your YT account. If you are even remotely paranoid about TPTB tracking everything about you, you should remove that.

Assuming that you do remove the tracking tag, and that no other modifiers - like start time - are included, you can also remove the '?'. This would leave https://youtu.be/4J8jcI0WtzM as the entirety of the useable URL.

Too much of the Dem party's leadership is captured by AIPAC. Their little colony on Palestine land will not see the end of this century, inshallah.

The Dems will snub democratic socialists every time they lose their own primaries to us. we cannot leave the fate of our politics within a hostile court. DSA needs to be the legitimate and dignified political party that it ought to be instead of assuming we’ll always be in the Dem’s good graces.

You literally can't have democracy without socialism, which is democracy in the economic realm. As we all know, if billionaires control all the money (or even just capitalists generally) and control all the workplaces, that is a dictatorship.

Just feed them a drink and ask them. The commies don't have any problem telling you that this is what they're after. They're counting on normal folks' innate decency to keep the population compliant until they feel powerful enough to flex their muscle.

The outro song was a banger!
https://youtu.be/FhAfXTzR2rQ

Cool backstory (from Wiki):
the closing theme was written by an Atlanta musician named Jim Ellis, who also wrote incidental music for WKRP. He didn’t have any lyrics for the tune yet, so he sang a bunch of gibberish to give a feel for the song. Hugh Wilson, the series producer, decided to use it anyway, as he decided it would be a humorous commentary on the incomprehensibility of many rock lyrics. He also figured since network announcers usually talked over the closing credits, that viewers wouldn’t be able to hear the lyrics anyway.

319 297 What strikes me about other shoppers in the grocery store is how they'll pass you in the aisle without ever making any eye contact, a smile, a head nod, or any polite acknowledgement that you're even there, but will scan your cart intently checking out your selections.

Where I live, they will generally ignore you unless they're a man with both facial hair and tattoos. Those ones will stare you down with a death glare for about 6 seconds, then move on.

All laws can be boiled down to "uniformed thug with legal immunity pointing a gun at your face and demanding your property or your life in service to any number of social issues"

So you want to operate a cupcake cafe business? Pay these taxes/fees. Refuse to pay, and we start off with an unarmed fat Karen harassing you in the middle of the business day. Continue to refuse, and it ends up with a squad of armed Sheriff's Deputies locking down your business, shooting your dog and taking you to the pokey in bracelets.

All over cupcakes.

The move is a response to slowing subscriber growth, intense competition from rivals like AT&T and T-Mobile, and a need to reduce costs to improve profitability and competitiveness.

348 I sat in on a telephone town hall with my Republican Congressman last night. He crowed about the end of the shutdown, but then a caller asked him how long the CR was for, and why don't we pass annual budgets.

The Congressman said he was actually on a study committee to figure out a way to "return to regular order".

Like they don't already know! They did it for decades: The President would propose an annual budget; the Senate would propose an annual budget; the House would take those proposals and sit down and write an annual budget and pass it.

351 I'd hope DOGE is cleaning up Snap and the EBT cards.

Give them 10% of what they eliminate.

I'll check out people's carts at the grocery store. Not too often but if people are really out of shape, then I'll peek.

I'm usually fruits, veggies, yogurt, eggs, meat if it's on sale. I'm off of milk and bread. And my Armagheddon supply is still insanely stocked.

353 Good morning, all, and thanks, J.J. 🙏

From above, 'The Democrat party has transformed itself into the Democratic Socialists of America'

Because almost no one took it seriously?

Read some local, public Facebook pages a day or two after the recent elections in PA (that the Dems LARGELY took) & was surprised to see the exchanges between Antifa supporters and those whom they considered Fascists, or leaning towards in both cases.

Lots of accusations, of course, but the people at or leaning towards Antifa acknowledged they were socialists or communists, or very close to, and 'fighting' fascism was near and dear to their hearts. Further, it seemed that several defended Antifa as a component of American patriotism & were more than casually familiar with recent military service. (i.e., Don't you dare put that on me! I've served to protect...)

I think an awful lot of people - perhaps those more so in urbanized areas, involved with education and/or trades (which is about everything around here) - are not clear as to what embodies socialism, communist, and fascism.

Fox News, Video captures communists marching in Philadelphia, chanting for a 'class war' Jul 30, 2024.

354 Accidentally tuned into a different radio station in the car (WVCW (99.5) VCY America, Delaware state, I believe) a bit before 3 pm. I wasn't sure what I was listening to, i.e., an audio clip, podcast, live show, but I left it on as it seemed quite different for talk radio & possibly "Christian" radio. Anyway, in those few minutes, there was a host and/or guest discussing Trump befriending Islamic countries and that he'll changing the currency of the US to accommodate... something.

Yeah, different, but I'm not going to explore this one more - especially in this region.

357 The USPS probationary period is typically 90 calendar days for career positions, but it can be one year for other roles or vary based on the type of appointment. For example, new career employees in a bargaining unit position have a 90-day probationary period, while non-bargaining positions require a one-year probationary period of continuous service. Some exceptions exist for roles like Customer Service Assistants (CCAs) who successfully complete a certain number of 360-day terms before converting to career status.

The USPS can separate a probationary employee at any time during the period.
