Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | DOJ Wingmen of Trump's Persecutor Jack Smith Shut Down An Investigation Into the Fraudulent Funding for Hillary Clinton's Russiagate OpIt's almost as if they're one big criminal gang.Justice Department leaders later tied to agency special counsel Jack Smith shut down an FBI investigation tied to possible campaign finance violations carried out by Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign when it used cutouts to fund the opposition research firm Fusion GPS and British ex-spy Christopher Steele's anti-Trump dossier, emails released Thursday appear to show. Iowa GOP Sen. Chuck Grassely, said his Judiciary Committee, which made public the messages, describes them as "internal emails" and an "electronic communication" from the FBI "exposing" the "refusal" by DOJ leaders "to open a criminal investigation into potential campaign finance violations committed by Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee." Grassley's office said that this potential criminal inquiry by the bureau was shut down "despite FBI agents' demonstration of a fact-pattern showing Clinton and the DNC intentionally concealed payments to inappropriately target then-candidate Donald Trump."As you may remember, Hillary Clinton lied in her FEC filings when she claimed that the money used to pay FusionGPS and Christopher Steele for the fake dossier was used for "legal services." You know, straight-up lying on required federal election disclosures. Wait a tic, isn't that what Trump supposedly did with his Sloppy Daniels "payoff" money...? Well, anyway, the DOJ shut this investigation down. No "intent," I imagine. Just a whoops-whoopsie sitch. Except... wait, Hillary and Marc Elias lied for years, claiming they didn't have anything to do with the dossier. Which would suggest this wasn't a "whoops-whoopsie" sitch at all, but another crime committed in service of a common criminal enterprise. Hm. Now I don't know what to think! So they nixed an investigation into Hillary Clinton's obvious federal fraud, but couldn't wait to improve a surveillance dragnet and fishing expedition into more than a dozen GOP senators and House members. Related: Paul Sperry wrote this earlier in the week. I've been waiting for more details or an article, but he hasn't published yet. So this is all I have about it for now, but I think it's worth reading: Paul SperryWell that doesn't sound like the James Comey I know. Below: A psychiatrist says that some of his patients are experiencing genuine problems in their lives due to Trump derangement. This really should go in The Week in Woke, but that is already stuffed. @paulsperry_ NEW: In presenting evidence in a motion to the court as part of its perjury defense, James Comey's legal team altered two words in a transcript of his 2020 Senate testimony to make it seem as if Sen. Ted Cruz asked Comey a key question he didnt actually ask him during the hearing ===================== It is a well known fact Democrat lawyers are allowed to lie to courts in filings regarding critical evidence, if it helps the court in it's duty to set the Democrat free or condemn Trump. You know, straight-up lying on required federal election disclosures. --- AND she lives in New York. AND a lawyer explained that it covered a straight-up violation of election law. Political campaigns can raise a ton of money, remember Kamala's 1.5 billion in a week? So, the laws say that you can use that money to win a race, but as he explained it, the requirement is that you "leave them as you found them". Which means you cannot use that money to destroy somebody's reputation and livelihood. You cannot use that mound of money to ruin somebody. Now, if they grifted before the race and you use that money to uncover their graft and that ruined their life, you still "left them as you found them", only you found out a little more about their past. But the "Steele Dossier" was nothing about how they found Trump, all all about what they wanted to make people think about Trump, and how they wanted the IC to give him a proctology exam. Whitewater scandal.
AI Overview - James Comey was involved in the Whitewater investigation as the deputy special counsel to the Senate Whitewater Committee in 1996, which looked into the Clintons' involvement in a fraudulent real estate deal. Comey's role at that time was to investigate allegations of obstruction of justice and document destruction related to the scandal. Years later, this previous work on Whitewater and the investigation into Bill Clinton's pardon of Marc Rich was seen as a prelude to his role overseeing the 2016 investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server. === Yup. The current project continues the effort to water down the Catholic church and make it more "open". If the globalists were in charge of the Pope, what would they do differently? Logical observation makes it hard to escape the conclusion that things are very clearly askew. That is not predictive, but in conjunction with other things, it does give an informed catholic pause. King Trump can do it all.
He now has an ICD code that liberal harpies shriek about with TDS. I never had Barky TDS because I mocked him and Mooch. I do admit to hoping he'd fall down AF1's stairs when he limp-wristed pancerzied down them. As well as some urges to whack off his facial mole with a rusty razor. Otherwise I was totally fine. Biden? Pure entertainment a word palooza blundering bumblebus. I never saw either of their mugs on my phone or in my dreams. I did dream, in 2016, of the grown Trump kids and me looking for a bannister in my grandmother's basement. That was pretty weird, but the closest I've come to dreaming of anyone in politics. Ivanka was very nice. Her brothers looked a bit on edge. We were, in fact, remodeling this entire house and I assume that is where the bannister idea came from and I needed their help. I dream in color and read. A lotta details. Sometimes I wake exhausted. On the bright side I have only had one nightmare in my entire life and my husband, bless him, got to witness it as well as be wounded (I scratched his forearm as he tried to wake me up at 0200). It's our version of the Jewish apron or the yarmulke that Orthodox Jews wear. There are levels of covenants we make above baptism in the temple. We promise certain covenants. Symbols of those covenants are sewn into the garments. So when we wear our garments, we are literally wearing our covenants every day, and making the literal action of putting on our covenants. From a practical level, they are so thin and light they feel like you're wearing nothing. And no chafing.
