Representative Brandon Gill has filed articles of impeachment against rogue communist "judge" Boasberg.

Rep. Brandon Gill (R-Texas) will formally introduce articles of impeachment against radical left-wing U.S. District Judge James Boasberg for what he calls the judge's "corrupt and unethical" role in the so-called Arctic Frost investigation.

...

The articles of impeachment accuses Boasberg of authorizing unconstitutional subpoenas and nondisclosure orders as part of the FBI's Arctic Frost probe, which, of course, was signed off by Special Counsel Jack Smith. These orders targeted Republican members of Congress--including Sens. Ted Cruz, Josh Hawley, and Marsha Blackburn--while they were engaged in their official legislative duties, violating Article I protections.

Boasberg is also accused of allowing the DOJ to bar AT&T from informing Senator Cruz about a subpoena for his records for at least a year, citing baseless claims that Cruz might destroy evidence or intimidate witnesses. The resolution argues Boasberg's actions directly violated 2 U.S.C. sec. 6628, which protects Senate offices from such secret orders.

The resolution further alleges that Boasberg enabled politically motivated subpoenas against conservative organizations like the Conservative Partnership Institute and America First Policy Institute, as well as individuals such as Jeffrey Clark, Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, and Jenna Ellis--suggesting the court was weaponized to suppress political opponents.

The resolution concludes that Boasberg's conduct demonstrates a "pattern of impropriety" and a failure to uphold constitutional limits, making him unfit to serve and warranting removal from office. Amen!

Boasberg has faced mounting criticism for months over his blatantly partisan injunctions against the Trump administration--rulings that many legal experts say have no constitutional foundation. Previous attempts to rein in his judicial overreach and impeach Boasberg earlier this year fizzled out, but this latest effort has real momentum behind it.

Nothing will happen until Congress begins subpoenaing these courts to determine how the alleged "random assignment of judges" ALWAYS results in hard-left judges being assigned to the most politically-sensitive cases.

If they do so, they will find the courts and clerks are conspiring to very non-randomly assign the Democrats' most cherished lawsuits to their most reliable communist judges.

Feds prevented 6,525 suspected or known terrorists from entering the US this year.

In a few short months, the National Counterterrorism Center says it's helped prevent 6,525 known or suspected terrorists (KSTs) from entering the U.S.

This is after U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Border Patrol officers apprehended a record more than 3,000 KSTs in the U.S. illegally in fiscal 2025, according to CBP data.

Until this year, the greatest number of KSTs CBP and Border Patrol agents were apprehended during the Biden administration: 1,903.

The majority, 64%, totaling 1,216, were apprehended at the northern border coming from Canada between fiscal years 2021-2024, according to CBP data, The Center Square first reported.

Huh, the Biden Administration barely stopped any terrorists from entering via the southern border. What a surprise. I am shock.

GOP Senators introduce legislation to codify Antifa as a terrorist organization.

The Stop ANTIFA Act has been introduced by U.S. Sens. Ashley Moody, R-Fla., Rick Scott, R-Fla., and Mike Lee, R-Utah, which would direct the National Joint Terrorism Task Force to investigate Antifa.

The president's executive order designating Antifa a domestic terror organization came a week after The Center Square posed the question to Trump in the Oval Office, following a rise in left-wing violence, including the assassination of conservative political activist Charlie Kirk.

The president's executive order describes the group as a "militarist, anarchist enterprise," which calls for the overthrow of the federal government, especially targeting law enforcement.

...

Moody echoed the president's executive order, underscoring the group's continual targeting of law enforcement.

"Violent extremists who target our law enforcement officers and destroy our communities must be held accountable. It's far past time to designate Antifa a terrorist organization. The Stop ANTIFA Act makes it clear that organized violence has no place in America," Moody said in a news release.

Both Democrat candidates for governor in New Jersey and Virginia:

Yet they consistently vote against measures that protect girl's & women's opportunities, privacy, and safety. Remarkable.

Commenters wondered about this:

The fact that highly incriminating documents, including Comey's handwritten notes showing he knew from the start that the Russia collusion story was a Clinton campaign hoax, were found in burn bags inside a locked, unused SCIF at FBI headquarters is deeply strange and has bothered me since it first came to light. There are a few possible explanations. One is that a quiet "whistleblower" deliberately preserved them, knowing they were too explosive to destroy. Another is a straightforward bureaucratic failure, where destruction was authorized but never actually carried out. Yet another possibility is that the "unused" SCIF was secretly serving as an off-the-books storage site to hide sensitive materials from oversight, allowing them to disappear without being formally destroyed, and that when the old guard left, the stash was simply forgotten. There may be other explanations too. My best guess is that this was a bureaucratic blunder of the same kind that once worked in their favor, like when they forgot to close the Gen. Flynn case, which allowed them to target Flynn in January 2017 without having to open a new one. This time, the mistake caught up with them.

CAIR must be stripped of 501c3 status

Exclusive: Chip Roy introduces bill to strip 'absurd' tax-exempt status from CAIR, other groups with terrorist ties

As Roy says, I don't even know how they've kept their status as an American "charity" through all these years of funding terrorism.

'We should have ended this long ago.'

Republican Rep. Chip Roy of Texas is leading the charge to ensure Americans are no longer "inadvertently subsidizing" groups with terrorist links, Blaze News learned.

Roy introduced legislation Tuesday that would eliminate the tax-exempt status for extremist groups with close ties to terrorist organizations, according to bill text obtained exclusively by Blaze News. Roy is setting his sights on groups like the Council on American-Islamic Relations, which has been found to have ties with the Muslim Brotherhood and even Hamas.

'This must end.'

"It is absurd that the U.S. has provided organizations with ties to terrorism tax-exempt status in the U.S. -- resulting in the American people inadvertently subsidizing terror against themselves," Roy told Blaze News.

"It is ridiculous, and we should have ended this long ago," he continued.

More surprises: When men outnumber women in an industry, it's called "inequality."

When women outnumber men, it's called... "parity." Equality.

I didn't know this: the UK is so totalitarian they prosecuted Tommy Robinson for terrorism, for exposing Muslim rape gangs.

He was acquitted today (or yesterday).

In case you missed it: Big Brother Corporation, I mean the BBC, has been exposed for chopping and editing Trump's words to make it sound like he was telling J6 protesters to go to the Capitol and "fight, fight like hell."

Prayers for Scott Adams, and I hope Trump can get him the experimental drug he's requesting.

Scott Adams
@ScottAdamsSays

On Monday, I will ask President Trump, via X, to help save my life. He offered to help me if I needed it.

I need it.

As many of you know, I have metastasized prostate cancer.

My healthcare provider, Kaiser of Northern California, has approved my application to receive a newly FDA-approved drug called Pluvicto. But they have dropped the ball in scheduling the brief IV to administer it and I can't seem to fix that.

I am declining fast. I will ask President Trump if he can get Kaiser of Northern California to respond and schedule it for Monday. That will give me a fighting chance to stick around on this planet a little bit longer.

It is not a cure, but it does give good results to many people.

I am in NoVA, and we never had much economic downturn, no matter what was happening in the rest of the country, because the fed only grows, doesn't get smaller. (until now, thank God)

I was born in DC, grew up in McLean when it was one stoplight and a cow pasture, and the area exploded over the last half century with every hanger-on to power that the government could attract, from all over the country and the world.

If Trump succeeds in significantly downsizing the fed, Virginia will see change in the long term, but right now? ugh

I think the disgruntled agent theory makes the most sense - was told to shred, gathered everything up and then stuck it in a scif and told the boss the matter was "taken care of." Maybe gave a note to the incoming admin to take a look in said scif. Thus, keeps his head down but still makes sure the truth comes to light.

Colorado had two amendments to tax those rich folks more this year. One to skirt the TABOR and not refund excess money collected for free meals for all kids in public schools from a bill they got passed previously and one to limit itemized deductions for state taxes for rich folks (over 300K income) to expand the free meals and for SNAP. I voted no, but both measures will probably pass since "only rich people are hit by this tax"

Extra off-putting to me that the 'tax' is by capping deductions, commies really hate people making their own decisions on what kind of charity to support.

150 >>> 112 All due respect, you're not a nationally syndicated comic guy, with an estimated net worth of $20 mm. I'm too pretty to do math, but that should buy him at least another decade of life.

It didn't buy Rush (AM not FM) an extra decade. But it did buy him time to get the congressional Medal of Honor, thanks be.

Scott implied maybe his contact info or his case file got misplaced, so he never got scheduled for the drug. If they can at all prove it was intentional and not a clerical error, like with FEMA bypassing MAGA houses, then heads need to roll. Figuratively.

Maybe gave a note to the incoming admin to take a look in said scif. Thus, keeps his head down but still makes sure the truth comes to light.

238 And how's the tea in China?

Depends. Did you spend your whole life paying for that tea to be told you were far too rich to bitch about not getting it and you should pay again for it because the Tea Company decided it had better things to do with that money?
I mean, the Tea Company had to commit to bringing it here for you, and you were compelled to pay for it ahead of time with the understanding that not only would you lose everything you paid if you missed a payment and you selfishly think you should get some of it.
