Fortunately Bitsavers has and recommends an anonymous rsync server, and I have a 100TB server sitting in the US, so it's filling in all the gaps now.

And now that I have 500Mb internet I can pull from there any time I want.

(Looks like the timings I want didn't exist until 1991.)
