Kash Patel Files First-Ever Terrorism Charges Against Two Antifa Men
Plus: John Bolton Surrenders Himself for Arrest and Booking

What a dummy, doesn't he know that these two men don't even exist?

Good luck prosecuting ghosts, you big dope.

Two men identified as Antifa members were indicted Wednesday on federal terrorism charges for what authorities describe as a coordinated assault against an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Texas. The indictment, unsealed Thursday, accuses Cameron Arnold and Zachary Evetts of attempting to murder federal officers, providing material support for terrorism, and discharging firearms during the attack on the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado on July 4.

FBI Director Kash Patel called the case a historic milestone. "For the first time ever, the FBI has arrested anarchist violent extremists and charged these Antifa-aligned individuals with material support to terrorism," Patel said in a statement obtained by Fox News. "This was a planned and coordinated terrorist attack on the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas, where armed extremists tried to murder U.S. officers on July 4th." He added that the arrests were made "under President Trump's new authorities at record speed," noting that more than 20 individuals tied to the same Antifa network have been apprehended. "No one gets to harm law enforcement. Not on our watch," Patel said.

Attorney General Pam Bondi praised the indictments as a major step in the Trump administration's crackdown on left-wing extremism, describing Antifa as a left-wing terrorist organization that will be prosecuted to the fullest. According to the Justice Department, the suspects were part of a larger group of black-clad individuals who opened fire on ICE personnel and local police officers outside the detention facility. Surveillance footage and recovered weapons show the attackers were equipped with AR-style rifles, body armor, and two-way radios.

Court documents describe how the suspects fired on an Alvarado police officer responding to a 911 call, striking him in the neck, while other gunmen unleashed up to 30 rounds at unarmed correctional officers who had stepped outside the facility. The indictment quotes one of the men shouting, "Get to the rifles!" moments before opening fire. Twelve sets of body armor were later recovered from vehicles and nearby wooded areas, along with spray paint and fliers reading, "FIGHT ICE TERROR WITH CLASS WAR!" and "FREE ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS."

Meanwhile, Oregon declares that it's in open rebellion against the Union.

Portland's City Council voted Wednesday to officially enshrine its "sanctuary city" status into law -- defying President Donald Trump's intensified crackdown on illegal immigration and further insulating local law enforcement from cooperation with federal immigration agents.

The 12--0 vote approved both the "Protect Portland Initiative" and a companion ordinance that formalizes how the city will resist federal enforcement operations led by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The move came after a lengthy public hearing dominated by activists and residents urging the council to stand against Trump, according to The Oregonian.

Mayor Keith Wilson celebrated the outcome, describing it as a "clear and powerful message" that Portland would not bow to federal pressure. "We are a proud sanctuary city in a sanctuary state, and we will continue to live our values -- even when federal directives make it difficult," Wilson said in a statement, vowing to use the new framework to push back against what he called "federal overreach."

And the morbidly-obese JB Pritzker says he's a neo-confederate.

Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker is floating an extraordinary idea -- that Democrats could one day prosecute Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents for doing their jobs. In an interview this week with FOX 32 Chicago, the Democrat governor suggested that state and local prosecutors may pursue criminal charges against Department of Homeland Security officials and ICE agents operating in Illinois, a self-declared sanctuary state. "The tables will turn one day," Pritzker said, hinting that prosecutions could come after President Trump leaves office. "These people should recognize that maybe they're not gonna get prosecuted today -- although we're looking at doing that -- but they may get prosecuted after the Trump administration because the statute of limitations would not have run out."

Pritzker claimed he has been in discussions with Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul and several state's attorneys about how they might pursue legal action against federal immigration enforcement officials. "We're talking to the state's attorneys and Attorney General to see how they can go at this because what we want to make sure is that they follow the law," Pritzker said, framing ICE's enforcement of federal immigration statutes as potential criminal behavior.

Unrelated: John Bolton surrenders himself for arrest. Note that he was permitted to surrender himself, and wasn't subjected to a humiliating public leg-iron frog-march like Peter Navarro was.

These are always explained in a vacuum, but it's interesting to note that in the past 6 years, a surplus in September is unusual. Only happened once, last year, and to a smaller degree.

And look at the delta between last year and this year. We've been making up ground since January when we started behind 2024 to the point of finally actually being ahead of 2024 (lower).

Still a deficit overall, but progress.

Bolton screwed himself back in the Biden years as he apparently admitted to federal investigators that his AOL account was hacked in 2021 (I think). So if top secret compartmentalized information was being sent via that unsecured route, he is cooked as he admitted the account and other incriminating evidence back in 2021 when he feared no repercussions from it.

The number of counts in the indictment makes it more likely he will spend time in the gray bars motel. Now, imagine what top secret compartmentalized info that Brennan and other deepstaters like Clapper have squirreled away and/or sent via ordinary emails. Perhaps Comey as well.

70 BREAKING: ICE has just arrested an illegal immigrant who is an ACTIVE Illinois Police Officer - now what?

ICE doesn’t *book* anyone. There is no due process, straight to the gulag to be deported or disappeared

Who said he’s illegal? What ICE says and the truth are often 180 degrees apart. Have you heard of innocent until proven guilty? Ice sure as hell hasn't.

It’s a targeted attack against Pritzker because he committed the sin of actually standing up to Trump.

Most undocumented immigrants don't use false papers because that compounds problems. To work for the police he would need false papers. It seems very unlikely.

what might be going on is that ICE arrested an immigrant with legal work papers, because they just seem to be arresting anyone who is an immigrant, as long as that immigrant is brown.

ICE raided a business and took away dozens of immigrants that all had passed the E-Verify system. The Miller administration has decided that no immigrants are legal.

I’d love to see ICE piss off a couple of them big cop unions and let them fight it out amongst themselves for a minute

If poker, he's lying horribly. Vegas has the most talented poker players in the world aiming for the highest stakes, and he didn't get past them to the tune of $1.4mil.

If blackjack, he must have been winning on wild 5- and 6-figure bets.

1) That does not apply in immigration cases. The burden of proof for proving lawful residency is on the immigrant in question.

2) Until and unless they become citizens, immigrants reside in a country at that country's pleasure. They have NO right to remain if said country should want them gone, for any reason, or even for no reason at all.

Unlike Letitia James, Antifa activists arrested in Chicago and Portland, etc., Bolton can't rely on a friendly jury to nullify any conviction. Dems still think he's some war-criminal Nazi, and Republicans either don't know/care about him, or think he's a traitor. Posted by: bill in arkansas

Back in the days of Ma Bell, Royko suddenly started getting ATT service calls because if you did not dial 1-800 first, the last 9 digits were his phone number at the Sun Times. So he asked ATT nicely and they basically blew him off. So then he started replying to the service calls in various ways --like We are ATT, we don't have to do anything you want and so on.

ATT caved after a few columns and changed the service number.

But go ahead and telegraph the coming abuses of power.

BTW, that’s not what’s going on now. There is materiality to the charges. They have an actual fact pattern that fits the law and indictments. They are precedents, and the are not unusual applications of law. They are made up out of thin air like the charges against a Trump and his administration were.

269 Politico, Aug 30th 2025: JB Pritzker is losing weight. Even Donald Trump is taking notice. Pritzker, a potential 2028 presidential contender, would hardly be the first candidate to drop weight ahead of a campaign.

Gov. JB Pritzker doesn’t quite look the same on the campaign trail these days. His pants hang loose, his jacket buttons no longer strain — the Democrat known for his barrel-shaped frame cutting a noticeably trimmer silhouette in his bid for a third term.

“How about, just for health,” Pritzker said when POLITICO asked about his weight loss.

Or, as just about anyone familiar with the rich history of pre-presidential pound-shedding is starting to suspect, how about for 2028.

The fight over Pritzker’s appearance picked up this week, when President Donald Trump told reporters that the governor “should spend more time in the gym.” Pritzker, whose leaner profile has turned heads everywhere from Springfield to image-obsessed Los Angeles, responded that “it takes one to know one on the weight question,” calling Trump a “bully,”

312 Farming isn’t what people think of. It’s not a 50 acre farm run by ma and pa. Most farming in America is Big Agri farming with millions of acres under control. And like all big corps they love illegal alien cheap labor.
===
Wrong and right. 90% of the farms in Ohio are family owned. Pretty much they use migrant labor for the harvest. Unless they only grow corn or soy which they can use machines to harvest. The ecomics of farmer are brutal. The processors squeezed all the margin out of farming.

Posted by: Clarkson at October 17, 2025 01:11 PM (+Wwxm)

313 The calories that actually keep the world from starving (corn, wheat, soybeans) are all harvested by machine. No need for illegals (or legals, for that matter... one guy driving a combine replaces hundreds of stoop-labor peasants).

Pay attention to Autonomous Drive Farm Equipment. Tomorrow's farm will run itself - especially, grain farms.

319 Moving targets. Shooting at the range is one thing, without experience hunting, much harder to lead moving targets. Plus, normal Western civilization types are socialized not to kill people--estimates from Col Gross, "On Killing" are that a few percentage of infantry are the killers--the rest kind of spray bullets around.

Thanks. Didn't know the details of the encounter and presumed static initial targets, then, potentially bunkered/static targets when attempting to determine location of fire. I presumed there would be some glitching when it came time for ultimately committing the act.

There is something about a considerable loss on soybeans. China decided not to buy any, "which has transformed and export market of $12.6bil in sales in 2024 to one in 2025 with zero sales, perhaps leading to an impending industry-wide subsidy of $10bil for displaced farmers, with more losses and more subsidies to come."

Wild Bill Hickok was known for his ability to kill people in duels. And he was asked about it one time. He said, when his gun has left the holster he had already decided to shoot to kill--"a lotta men will hesitate to pull the trigger--I don't."

A similar gunfighter was Col Askins. If you read Unrepentant Sinner, his autobiography, he indicates the mindset where he served in wars and on the Border Patrol during the Wild Days, and then even in Vietnam where he was probably the first to use a 44 Magnum to kill a Viet Cong guy in combat.
