Chicago Antifa Terrorists Box In an ICE Vehicle and More Antifa Ram Another ICE Van;
CHICAGO POLICE ORDERED TO FLEE THE AREA AND RENDER NO ASSISTANCE TO FELLOW LEOs UNDER ATTACK

This is insurrection.

The Democrat-Antifa-Media Cult is making it clear that yes, Antifa are their street paramilitaries and operate under color of law at the direction of Democrat politicians.

Shocking video captured the moment an unhinged driver rammed into an Immigration and Customs Enforcement vehicle in Chicago amid a spate of attacks on federal agents.

The chaotic scene unfolded when the black SUV was caught on camera suddenly plowing into the back of the ICE truck in the middle of heavy traffic on Saturday, the Department of Homeland Security said.

The driver then chased the ICE vehicle before repeatedly slamming into its bumper in front of shocked bystanders.

Scores of federal agents could be seen drawing their guns in a bid to prevent the driver from fleeing.

It wasn't immediately clear if the driver was apprehended.

The assault came soon after Border Patrol agents shot a gun-toting woman elsewhere in the city when an angry mob of anti-ICE protesters ambushed federal agents and boxed them in with 10 vehicles.

The woman, Marimar Martinez, as well as another driver, Anthony Ian Santos Ruiz, were both arrested and branded "domestic terrorists."

"The scene became increasingly violent as more domestic terrorists gathered and began throwing smoke, gas, rocks, and bottles at DHS law enforcement," DHS said.

Several Border Patrol agents were injured as the violent scenes unfolded, according to authorities.

Chicago Police were ordered to allow the terrorists to attack ICE and Border Patrol personnel.

Two longtime, ranking Chicago police sources sharply rejected the department's assertion that officers responded to calls for help from ICE agents who were rammed and surrounded by protesters on Saturday, telling Fox News the official statement is, in their words, "COVER THEIR A-- BULLS--T!!"

Their comments come as Fox News obtained an internal dispatch revealing that Chicago police officers were ordered by their chief of patrol not to respond after Border Patrol agents called for help, saying they were boxed in and surrounded following a ramming incident outside the city, according to multiple federal and Chicago law enforcement sources.

Fox News reviewed the computer-aided dispatch message sent to Chicago police officers by their chief of patrol. The message instructed officers not to respond to a Saturday morning ramming on the southwest side of the city in which an armed woman was shot and agents were boxed in and surrounded.

"PLEASE CHIEF OF PATROL NO UNITS WILL RESPOND TO THIS AS RELATED FROM 04-Oc5-2025/12:34:44...CALLER IS 1 OF APPROX 30 ARMED PATROL AGENTS (ICE) WHO ARE BEING SURROUNDED BY A LARGE CROWD OF PEOPLE REQUESTING CPD," the dispatch message read.

On Saturday morning, federal agents were rammed and trapped by 10 vehicles, where anti-ICE crowds had gathered for days. Nearly a dozen people were arrested.
In a statement Sunday, the Chicago Police Department disputed claims that officers failed to respond, saying they were on scene to manage safety and document the incident.

...

But two senior Chicago police sources told Fox News the department's statement was false -- and that internal communications tell a very different story.

One ranking source told Fox News that the Chicago Police Department's statement is "not true," pointing to "legit" dispatch audio.

UPDATE: Marxist racist Brandon Johnson confirms that the cops were told to render no aid to ICE and Border Patrol agents -- and in fact were told to protect "protesters," by which he means the Antifa/Democrat Street Militias.

The National Police Union calls the CPB's open alliance with Antifa terrorists "shocking."

But is it any longer?

The nation's largest police union condemned reports that Chicago officers were told not to help ICE agents surrounded by protesters, calling it "shocking" and a violation of law enforcement's duty to protect fellow officers in danger.

Presidents of the National Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) and Illinois State FOP expressed shock at reports that Chicago's chief of patrol directed officers not to assist U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents as they were surrounded by protesters on Saturday.

"Details are still emerging, but it appears that officers from the Chicago Police Department were ordered not to assist a group of ICE agents while they were physically threatened by what appeared to be an angry mob," said National FOP President Patrick Yoes in a press release. "Let me be clear, both the National FOP and the Illinois FOP believe that when an officer calls for assistance, you answer, no matter what."

Yoes and Illinois State FOP President Chris Southwood said the directive violated the most basic principle of law enforcement -- officers helping other officers in danger.

They cited the Illinois Trust Act, which limits local police involvement in immigration enforcement, and said it is contributing to a breakdown between local and federal law enforcement, particularly in sanctuary cities like Chicago.

The FOP also cited Department of Homeland Security data showing ICE agents have faced a 1,000% increase in violence since the start of the year.

Trump says he's sending 400 Texas National Guard officers to guard ICE facilities in Illinois, Oregon, and other states in insurrection.

President Trump is deploying 400 Texas National Guard troops to Illinois, Oregon, and other states as swarms of anti-ICE protesters continue to clash with federal agents, Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker said Sunday night.

The Democrat blasted Trump's "invasion" hours after the president mobilized 300 California National Guard members to Portland, where unrest has raged for over 100 consecutive days outside an immigration detention center -- a scene that has been playing out in Chicago since September.

Pritzker said the plan defies his wishes, adding that federal officials haven't reached out to coordinate or discuss the deployment.

"We must now start calling this what it is: Trump's Invasion," the governor said in a post on X, encouraging "every American to speak up and help stop this madness."

62 Chicago is one of the most corrupt cities in America. It is a one-party blue city in a one-party blue state, controlled by the mafia, the mafia-controlled unions, the cartels, and the street gangs doing their bidding.

Cleaning up Chicago means diminishing the massive flow of money paid to corrupt cops for the paid protection rackets they provide, as well as disrupting the money flowing into the Democrat Party Machine.

That's why Chicago can't afford to help enforce the law. It hurts their most important constituents financially.

there's a video. no 10 cars. they rammed her. I guess when an entire city is against you, you feel boxed in wherever you go. Maybe they’d have more luck in some trash city in Florida. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Of course nothing will happen and they will probably charge the victim with attempted murder.

that video is crazy! It looks like the victim was waiting for the semi to pass and ICE rammed them, then they shot her? Crazy video it looks like it was instigated by ICE and I doubt she had a gun.

Are any Chicago police ashamed, but too scared to speak up (even under a whistleblower protection?).

Glad I don't live in one of these lovely blue cities.

So, from comments, IF there is an uncivil war, is it just going to be in these cities?

I am not really in the mood right now. If it was August and 100 degrees I might consider, but fall is lovely in the mountains and I become trad wife and actually cook for the man I married in fall and winter. And mellow out.

Oregon Antifa has been asking for this for decades, or since Chaz. They will be an easy victory for the National Guard. Unsure about shitcago.

If a TRO or PI (preliminary injunction) exceeds the court's constitutional authority, the executive branch can seek a writ of mandate. Also, because these orders are hot button issues, a court may certify it's order for a direct appeal. Finally, it is typically the refusal of the district ct to stay the TRO/PI that goes up on appeal, and FRAP (rules of app procedure) 8(a)(C) allows such interlocutory appeals

A TRO keeps things as they are, the presumption being that retaining action as it was before the government action that led to the order is the prevention of irreparable harm.

There was tea leaf reading earlier this year that SCOTUS was going to nuke TROs completely because they were being abused, but directives to lower courts did actually slow the district courts from issuing them. This is the largest block of TROs we've had in months.

Plus, it's 14 days max. It's the definition of temporary.

Not totally true. TROs have to follow Scotus and federal rules of procedure and technically Trump is only bound by the decision for that particular judge as in Oregon Natl Guard. She has no authority over other states' national guards nor federalizing them to go to Portland. By bringing them outside of the 9th Circuit, that makes even if the 9th supports the issuance of the TRO invalid as to deploying troops from other states outside the circuit. They don't have jurisdiction over those.

This is probably going to be slapped down by Scotus with prejudice by a summary reversal which kills any subsequent action by that judge as there are no longer any dispute to resolve. Further attempts to revive any lawsuit then run into collateral estoppel issues.

Scotus did that during the Civil Rights Era to good effect. Time to return to it rather than reverse and remand. Simply shut them down in the first place with no opinion.

161 A TRO keeps things as they are, the presumption being that retaining action as it was before the government action that led to the order is the prevention of irreparable harm.

Once again bullshit "trump appointed" crap as any judge appointed by Trump in VA has been under the blue slip policy which allows Dem senators in that state to prevent the Senate from considering anyone they do not approve of. VA and OR have had two Dem Senators each during Trump I terms which means they tacitly approved them getting a Senate vote. So in many blue states, you have GOPe judges or even soft Dems depending on whether GOP or Dems controlled the Senate.

Where the federal judge says the federal government does not have the right to protect federal property if the state--and solely on the testimony of the state, completely disregarding any testimony from the federal government--says they shouldn't.
That the state of Oregon--and only the state of Oregon--is allowed to determine if and when the federal property should have additional protection.

It's an absolutely bonkers ruling--that topped itself by the addition that Trump can't send National Guard from ANY state to Oregon.

How TF can the State of Oregon have veto--have standing-- over the deployment of National Guard from other states?

South Korea had pretty intense riots back in the 80s and the two sides had a real science of breaking them down. Have your club and shield men pinch off a bit of crowd and shove or club them down, have others in groups wrestle them off to jail. If a cop got sucked into the mob, they'd get walloped on too.

Antifa doesn't have enough foot troops to do this for long in one city, and for sure not in many cities at the same time.

263 Just for everyone's edification:
Clause 2 Habeas Corpus

The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.

The constitutionality of suspending habeas corpus remains debated, but the Suspension Clause in Article I, Section 9, explicitly permits its suspension only in cases of "rebellion or invasion" when "public safety" requires it, a power most legal experts agree belongs to Congress, not the President. While President Lincoln's suspension during the Civil War was controversial, it was later ratified by Congress, and subsequent suspensions have been met with legal challenges, with the Supreme Court asserting access to the writ is a fundamental right that cannot be easily suspended.

The "Suspension Clause" is located in Article I, Section 9, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution and states that "The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it".

No it can't actually. If it is contrary to existing law and precedent, higher courts can dissolve it using their role as supervisors of lower courts.

Furthermore, it has no binding whatsoever to National Guard in other states being deployed outside the 9th Circuit. As a matter of law, a district judge's court ruling formally is only applicable within the district it is issued. And the broader notion of collegiality among a circuit's district court judges is not necessarily binding on another court depending on the circumstances. It is certainly not binding on Texas, etc.

Long arm aka conflict of jurisdictions cases get messy but she has no literal jurisdiction over other states outside of the 9th Circuit nor their national guards. Probably not even over Trump in this case or DoW.

269 They don't want their children or grandchildren killed.

I think what you are saying is that the judges are afraid of the wrong people.

Had a problem with that in Afghanistan. An officer swearing out a warrant or engaged in a search operation would usually be called to be a witness in court to be questioned by the defense. In AF, the crims just killed the officer since dead officers can't testify.

I came up with a scheme where through digital signatures Chain of Custody could be maintained and the presenting officer was not necessarily the investigating officer. The crims didn't know who to kill.

This can be done with judges. The judge can hear the case and through technology adjudicate the case and through digital signatures order sentencing or whatever needs to be done and keep anonymity.

Obviously you can't do this for elected judges, but for lifetime appointments, absolutely so.

President Trump is trying to head off a full blown civil war. Right now, it's relatively isolated. President Trump is trying to go the legal route, arrest, toss in jail, etc., in the hopes people regular people don't take the gloves off. There is also some reason to believe antifa won't like spending years in jail. Up until this year, antifa operated with impunity because they had local cover via judges. Law, precedent, and Constitution is clear, Commander in Chief role, including over the state militias is absolute and a district judge due to separation of power is not able to adjudicate such questions.

302 Again, and I just can't get over this:

The Democrats have gone completely, absolutely, in every measure of insanity, mad in their jihad to fight for illegals.
Eyes blood-red with rage.

I mean, we passed, "imagine if the Democrats fought that hard for Americans?"
And we're in, "have they ever fought even 5% that hard for Americans?"

The absurd "kicked anthill" swarming they are doing over this means the illegals aren't just a front for vote fraud and billions in laundered government funds--I think this leads to the extinction of the Democrat Party.

That is, the funds and the vote fraud are just the surface of what they're really doing.

Those of you who know what happened in Spain can already appreciate how lop-sided the correlation of forces has become. We're now to the point where local police forces can only (barely) be ordered to retreat, not actually take offensive action.

No governor has (yet) called for the National Guard to refuse orders because
1. It would be actionable treason
2. They would overwhelmingly ignore it.

Street theater is really all they have left, and they seem to be climbing the escalation ladder in the hope that something will occur to them later on.

President Trump is trying to go the legal route, arrest, toss in jail, etc., in the hopes people regular people don't take the gloves off. There is also some reason to believe antifa won't like spending years in jail. Up until this year, antifa operated with impunity because they had local cover via judges. They no longer operate under local cover because the feds are coming after them.

Yes, the gangs are independent and operate on their own agenda. Antifa is the only element under direct control.

Contrast that with 1936 Spain when every single entity split - the Army, Civil Guard, Assault Police. The tiny Air Force remained loyal and so did most of the sailors, but they first murdered their officers rendering their ships inactive.

Nothing like that is going to happen now. Cops are going to get the Blue Flu if ordered to resist feds.

Immigration control is an actual function of government. You cannot obstruct government function just because you want to. If you get hit back extra hard because you think you have some sort of right to obstruct government functions you don't like, that's FA/FO right there.

It doesn't matter how gritty it gets. ICE is a government function and we've even given Immigration enforcement so much power that people assisting in the obstruction of ICE doing their jobs are indictable as accessories.

And this isn't like when Taney told Illinois they can't free any slaves, per Illinois preference. Prickster and Johnson are meddling in federal powers in a way that they don't need to be in order to run their state and city.

Habeas is extraordinary relief available when a person is not brought before a judge in regular proceedings. After conviction, it can be used dependent on a statute from the 90's that tightly restricted habeas in federal courts due to abuse for post conviction relief apart from the regular appeals procedure.

For Dems and their pet judges, they are trying to use habeas process to circumvent the various immigration statutes giving that jurisdiction over immigration courts, not federal district courts.

So the left's legal eagles are making up specious habeas arguments in federal district court regarding immigration cases (like for Maryland Man) that will inevitably be overturned on appeal.

The Maryland chief judge, for example, issued an unconstitutional and illegal order that tries to order district court judges to scrutinize all deportations in that state.

Things like this are the biggest ballache I have with them. It would be nice if they’d say “Fuck you, we are enforcing the law as the people expect.” But no.

Most moved there when the rioting in Berkeley was closed down. Similar for Seattle. Once the paid for riot system was set up and running recruits went there for the action and money.

The Berkeley rioters and such were deeply imbedded in the CA public schools all having make work jobs. Haven't heard much from them since the early days.

364 The difference is that the South had a strong martial tradition, and the people largely (not all by any means) supported the insurrection.

People forget that originally your state was more important than DC, so of course the people volunteered to fight when their state was being invaded.

That isn't the case any more, per the "no blue states, just blue counties" meme. The Left doesn't have anything but the cities, and no way to project power from them in any sustained way. And no way to feed them when things finally go pear shaped.

They rolled a chicken-stripped fatty onto a hand cart to haul into the Portland ICE building when fatty antifa wouldn't walk, and they thought dragging it would leave blood smears as its face was abraided away by the friction of the concrete as agents hauled it away by the ankles.

See, they do care for the protestors

A priori for Pete's sake. Been doing this a bit, I know what precedent is, but that does not limit an unscrupulous judge who distinguishes on point binding caselaw. It would help if autocorrect would stop dangling my posts, lol

I can't wait for people to start "PROTESTING" the ATF and IRS.

370 It is a bought and paid for situation that has been trying to build something like an army for at least 5 years in America and can't exert power beyond the lone wolves like Taylor Robinson or in a mass within their deep blue enclaves like Portland.

They are paid and fed there. Really that is the main reason. That sort of money leaves trails too.

373 I don't know what would be worse; if something kicked off before 2028 (regardless of who started it in earnest), or if the dems took back DC somehow and then went even more batshit.

The latter would be a near guaranteed rerun of Spain, but with some additional twists - and with populations with 100 more years of ghastly inspiration on how to clean our their opponents, along with fragile interconnected global economies.

What I do know though is that things can't keep going the way they are going. Non-progs are done with the crazies, bums, murderers, invaders, and pedos. No more. And enough see there is no reason to make nice, as well.

375 The more militant Antifa see to depend on the more "moderate" Antifa to hide the militants as they all dress in black. But how many "moderate" Antifa are willing to be arrested as terrorists?

ICE might start arresting a few involved in "direct action", but perhaps with the terrorist tag, they start taking down more that block ICE from taking action, or from moving at all. Then the "Moderate Antifa" stop showing up and just whine online?
