Good morning kids. The usual suspects are getting all wee-wee'd up over ABC suspending unfunny, unappealing commie court jester Jimmy Kimmel for slandering Charlie Kirk and his supporters. Aside from being disgusting and tasteless Kimmel's tirade is essentially of the same variety that incites and goads psychopathic Leftists to attempt and in this case actually succeed in assassinating a political enemy whom they view as not merely that but as an existential evil that needs to be eradicated.

In the hours since ABC pulled Jimmy Kimmel Live! from its broadcasting schedule indefinitely, the Democrat Party’s biggest apparatchiks have rushed to express their collective outrage at a private entity punishing its talentless employee for his morally repulsive behavior. . . Where were such impassioned defenses of “speech” when Kirk’s was silenced by his assassin’s bullet? By all accounts, these Democrats are far more outraged by the fact that one of their party mouthpieces will be booted off the air indefinitely than they are about a man being permanently taken away from his family, allegedly at the hands of a pro-trans lunatic. Then again, such repugnant behavior is unsurprising. This is who these leftist ghouls truly are.

And yet MSNBC, which I label as MSNSDAP for the content and the characters and the content of the characters it inflicts on anyone who willingly or otherwise is subjected to it for any length of time. Here is a network that continues to give a platform to Al Sharpton, an individual who has a bloody track record of racial incitement that has led to the death of several people and the ruining of lives of countless others, and who continues to spout the most odious insidious and invidious racist and anti-American agitprop whether on his show or as a frequent guest of the once credibly accused murderer Joe Scarborough and his sleazoid concubine, the braindead bleach blonde Mitzi Baryshnikov. Both MSNSDAP and CNN have an audience about the size of a 500-watt community college AM radio station up around the Arctic Circle. But still. ABC did the right thing in yanking Kimmel because it has the responsibility to both its shareholders to protect their investment and to protect the general public from violent acts committed in the name of Kimmel as well as litigation from TPUSA and Charlie Kirk's estate and anyone who might be harmed by continuing to give a platform to Kimmel or someone as manifestly irresponsible to say the least, as he was in that broadcast.

And in a not necessarily unrelated story, we have this little item:

Tristan Anderson, a 22-year-old New Hampshire resident, has been arrested for allegedly plotting to assassinate Governor Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) using homemade bombs. The arrest followed threats he reportedly made to his roommate via Snapchat, where he also expressed anti-Semitic views and criticized the “Israel Deep State.”According to an arrest warrant, Anderson’s roommate informed police about the 22-year-old’s alleged plan and described items he possessed, such as fireworks, metal tubes, nuts, and bolts believed to be intended for pipe bombs. Law enforcement arrested Anderson last month, and he is currently being held without bail at the Merrimack County Jail.
. . . Governor Ayotte, a Republican and a Catholic, had recently expressed concerns about the safety of public officials in light of the assassination of Turning Point USA founder and conservative leader Charlie Kirk. In response, she has directed the New Hampshire legislature to enhance security measures at the State House.

Nothing to see here, folks, after all Charlie Kirk was assassinated by a combination Right wing Mossad agent! Certainly not an Antifa/transexual deviant hopped up on amyl nitrate and hormones and socialism.

While there are several very good essays about the ramping up of political violence and what we as a nation, or quite definitely a divided nation, or two completely alien nations occupying more or less the same territory, are headed for.

I'll leave you with this headline that is either a feel good story on its face or perhaps something that will add fuel to the fire of the already enraged Leftists out there.

The universities need to be dismantled. Just eliminate 100% of grant funding, eliminate all federal student aid of any kind, eliminate bankruptcy carve-outs for student debt, eliminate university tax exemptions. Just starve the whole damn system to death.

Harvard and its ilk will survive that, but be reduced and unable to engage in quite as much devastation. The rest will die and will subsequently be replaced. Civilization needs education and higher learning. It does not at all need *these* universities. Just starve them to death and let someone else buy their campuses at bankruptcy auction. Many of them will even be reopened as schools. The new owner can try again.

In the very, very, very old days, students did not pay tuition to a university. They paid tuition to their professors. The professors owed a cut to the university. Bring that model back.

Students should pay the university only for the direct costs of operations. Some annual fee for the upkeep of grounds and buildings and whatnot. Everything else is a-la-carte, and paid direct. Like Professor X and dislike Professor Y? Let your course schedule - and their paychecks - reflect that. Wanna join the Tranny Militant Student Organization? Fine. Societal free speech is never a blanket approval to say and do anything that comes in one's head. The legal free speech in America is almost that, but free speech ends up bumping up against free association legally at the same time.

If a clerk at a store in the 1820s went to a street corner and announced his support for pedophilia and his employer walked by, would his employer at that time have been obligated to keep the clerk on his payroll just because the speech was done off of the employer's property? He could choose to keep him. He could choose to release him, but no one serious would have been protesting the employer for letting the clerk go.

The problem with the appointments is that Democrats have refused all unanimous consent motions on all nominations this Congress. They didn't even do that under Trump 1.0. So, Thune had to build up support to change rules. 50+1 Senators which include process worshipers like Collins, and outright traitors like Murkowski, Mitch, and Tillis.

Antifa is not indigenous nor grass roots--it depends on funding and that funding comes from both domestic and foreign sources. During Kamala's run for the WH, people were tracking cell phone ids at those places (available from databrokers btw). Basically a large number of cell phone ids simply went from place to place where her rallies were being held. And a fair percentage were interlinked with riots, protests, and other nonesuch.

My guess, you have about 10k or so of traveling antifa that have money to rent cars, stay in hotels, meal money, travel by air etc. These are the types that went to Kenosha or any other place that the Dems want to make a scene.

Yes. The kneejerk reaction to her speech was ridiculous on the right (perhaps that was done on purpose btw). She mentioned the trigger word hate speech and folks went blank on the rest of the qualifiers--to wit, true threats of violence. Basically to make a true threat, there has to be specificity as in John Doe must die, preferably at 12 pm when he goes to the House to vote.

There must be some action taken to further that threat--surveillance and proximity to the target, possession of the means/materials to carry it out (weapons, etc.), and the physical ability to carry out the threat.

The greater the specificity and immediacy of the threat, existence of means, and opportunity, then the courts uses these factors to determine whether that is a true threat and thus not protected under the Constitution.

And death threats or threats of violence for someone's politics, race, etc. are in fact hate speech. It is just not all hate speech can be prosecuted.
