"Destiny" -- Stephen Bonnell -- is a far-left literal cuck who "shared" his wife with another dude and left him for that other dude.

So he's been celebrated by all the organs of leftist propaganda: Politico, CNN, the New York Times. He's the Bro Whisperer for the left, and they want to make him famous.

What they don't tell their readers, of course, is that he has been calling for the murder of Republicans (including Tom Cotton) and celebrating terrorist violence for years.

This is no fringe nobody. He is the biggest political streamer in the world, making millions of dollars, feted by the Democrat Party as the guy who is going to deliver them the young male vote again.


He urges his listeners to "gut" Republians and "shank" them: "You have to shank these motherf***ers so that their intestines writhe upon the stage! Slice 'em up! Slice 'em and f***in' dice 'em!"

He also urges his followers to murder property owners, shouting "Kill them! Kill those motherf***ers! Murder those motherf***ers in the street! Let the streets soak in their red capitalist blood, dude!"

Another one: "If you cared about Medicaid fraud, you would kill [Republican Senator from Florida] Rick Scott."

Below, in response to Tom Cotton, he posted the picture of a home-made DIY gun, urging his followers to shoot Tom Cotton.

I have now learned from Michael Knowles: That's not just a DIY gun, that is the specific plan for the DIY gun used to assassinate Japanese PM Abe. He's explicitly calling for someone to assassinate Tom Cotton.

As I've mentioned before, he supports all the terrorists, all of them, and has extolled Hezb'allah, Hamas, and the Houthis. He had a Houthi terrorist on his show and laughed about his stories of murdering people.

He used to do a podcast with far-left woke Jewish guy Ethan Klein. Ethan Klein agreed with him down the line on the need to destroy Israel. But where Ethan Klein balked was over murdering babies.

Hasan Piker disagreed. He wants the Jewish babies killed, and supported Hamas' murder of literal babies. His reasoning? Terrorists should kill all "settlers," and that definitely includes "the baby settlers."

By the way, Piker was so angry that Klein refused to endorse murdering babies that he declared war on Klein and urged his followers to harass him. Among the things his followers did? Call CPS to make fictional claims that Klein is abusing his children, so they should be taken away.

This is the man that the NY Times, CNN, Politico, and all the rest of them have been promoting as the streamer that young angry men should make their new guru. They celebrate him for having a progressive brain inside "a MAGA body."

Somehow, they keep missing all of his quotes about the need to murder Republicans and Jews.

Despite this near-constant glorification of terrorist violence and his urging of his supporters to murder Republicans and Jews, Twitch has never banned him. Once or twice they slapped him with 24 hour suspensions.

They won't ban him because he makes them money.

Violent speech as far as threats and obscenity have never been protected speech. For the most part absolutists ignore both history, text, and caselaw to reach some of their absurd conclusions. Remedial classes for people too lazy to actually delve into the topic and a thwack on the back of the head when someone inevitably uses the tired logical fallacy of slippery slopes.

Much more of a risk that if you do not stop people from being vile death threat machines on social media that the on off switch gets turned on and then the shooting starts.

Those making the threats being deplatformed, defunded, and denounced from everyone is far more likely to thwart a general civil war than tra la laing about absolute free speech to make those violent threats.

I watched Shoeonhead's video the other day. Yesterday I watched Bridget Phetasy's episode. I've heard Ana speak recently in ways that suggest she's already broken from the left, even if she hasn't quite figured it out.

Publius, it is grossly more complicated than that and self defense laws are better dealt with in gunthread than a general forum. Courts themselves don't agree on what a 'true threat' is but agree that it is not protected speech--what to do about a threat is another whole line of caselaw where it comes down to ---it depends.

And the jury determines what it depends upon using caselaw, statute, and the facts of the case. Essentially in self defense, you admit to the crime but claim it was justified. That puts the burden of proof on you to show that. Very different than normal criminal defenses.

Traditional monogamy is an attempt to compromise between male and female wants - she gets the best guy she can get that will raise her children, he gets certitude of paternity.

Feminism though damned traditional monogamy as discriminatory against women but the outcome of their attacks has been a growing accepting of de facto polygamy which they claim is more discriminatory towards women.

Initially prosecutors--every state has laws regarding threats and those statutes have the elements of the crime in your state. Then you have caselaw, basically, Scotus rules that subjective intent governed federal laws on threats--that is prosecutors had to show mens rea (Elonis case in 2014) that the 'rapper' had to be intentionally threatening the poor ex he was stalking. Elonis ended up convicted anyway but fed statute had a high bar. State statutes vary and many are under anti stalking and other such provisions.

Threats are a weird area of 1st Amendment jurisprudence because in some contexts, like when I lectured in class, the words are protected speech and in an alleyway with me holding a knife saying your money or your life---it becomes an element of a crime. Protected and unprotected speech is frankly a wandering and meandering set of court cases where Scotus never really sets hard guidelines in order to allow lower courts context to deal with the situation.

Chaplinksy v. NH, for example, fighting words case, almost every jurisdiction has breach of the peace laws using that court opinion for wording--except the courts have distinguished that case with newer ones--thus you can get whiplash where a case turns on a very slight difference--e.g. does it matter that you insult the cop with fighting words versus an average citizen.

Key Cite, I never liked as much and I had problems at times with Westlaw classification.

Also used an academic source that was better than the ugly text from Lexis on law reviews. If you know my real name, I have a couple of articles placed in law reviews. More fun than academic journals to be sure.

SKS was and is a better rifle for individuals at that price. Easier to put optics on as well with a better safety.

In some ways, it also imposes better firing discipline with a ten round mag and stripper clip loading.

What you do is deal with how the law applies to the given facts in the dispute at hand--handwaving about generalities gets your ass handed to you when the judge stops you with an objection from the other side or by curing your crap in jury instructions.

Cases at trial don't turn on big concepts--but on the minutiae of the case at hand. That in part is where people watching a result often cannot understand how a jury reached that decision.

I'm of the belief, in some situations, someone's words are incendiary enough, that if you are standing in front of him, your fist is "free speech."

But again, this is a limited right. Your fist must be holstered at the time, and only allowed to be used in self defense. And if you manage to kill the guy, we're going to prosecute you for excessive force, and let a jury of 12 decide your fate.

Years ago, my SiL insisted that I watch that stupid Madonna film. In her dance troupe, there was a single hetero guy (although you wouldn't know it by how he talked and moved), the rest were all flaming homos. And all were absolute assholes. They gave him a ton of shit for being hetero, openly insulting him and telling him that he should try homo sex, because he might like it. When he complained to Madonna, she basically told him to shut the fuck up and be more like the rest of the dancers.

He eventually quit the tour in frustration. That whole segment revolved around teh ghey being a choice and having nothing to do with it being hard-wired. I rather suspect that Madonna and her asshole minions were stupid enough that they didn't realize how the film undercut the most common arguments for ghey sex.

They are still out there but cost about what an AK goes for nowadays. Still a better rifle--handloading mine with hornady flex tips, I can get about 2 MOA at 100 yrds on a benchrest using Tech Peep Sights mounted at the back. If I used the original open sights, probably more like 3-5 MOA with older eyes now. Russian made bought when Obammy won the presidency because Fck that guy in Particular.
